The FDA fined him $35 million for it. Now he’s going to jail it looks like.

He wrote about one family that had a thriving business, a bakery, and how the FDA abused them over and over again, even after they complied with everything, and they shut them down anyway.

I think their mistake was saying something on the label.

It’s difficult to say precisely how much the industry spent on efforts to help pass the health care reform bill, however, because when an organization donates to a politician or party committee, it doesn’t exactly leave a note saying “For the passage of the health care reform bill.”

What we can tell you, however, is that Big Pharma spent boat loads on political influence during the two years lawmakers worked on the issue.

How much? Try about $31.6 million in contributions to candidates and committees during the 2010 election cycle. Major donors included PhRMA, whose individual employees and PAC donated more than $1 million. According to our health care reform cheat sheet, more than 62 percent of PhRMA’s contributions between 2007 and 2010 benefitted Democrats. Major drug manufacturer Pfizer, meanwhile,

doled out more than $1.6 million in campaign contributions during the 2010 election cycle, though it split its contributions evenly between Republicans and Democrats. And Amgen, another drug manufacturer, spent a little more than $1.3 million during that same time period, sending 55 percent of contributions to Democrats.

Ted Cruz is right — Refuse to fund Obamacare! Nobody likes it!

“Obamacare will fail” refers to the fact that as marketed, even written, it will fail, and to fix it, the oligarchs will demand more steps toward overt nationalization, like Obama promised back before he was a candidate, when he said they would have to do it by steps

Ted Cruz is the only way to stop runaway government. The sequester agreement may yet still be known to savvy historians as the one chance the Republican Party blew to stop the tyrannical government before it got its legs.

If not now, when? If not here, then where?

People are SICK TO DEATH of so-called conservative “strategists” who keep demanding compromise for the sake of winning later, hoping we will forget that TODAY IS YESTERDAY’S “LATER”, and they were ALWAYS WRONG, WRONG, WRONG, and wrong again!

To hell with the media scare tactics! Have these clueless “conservatives” learned nothing from the sequester scare? It came and went and the Slasher-in-Chief exposed himself as willing to cut first where it affects Americans in the street.

But the Republican Party bosses have already engineered its catastrophe. Throwaway candidate Bob Dole, for the election they obviously wanted to lose for some reason, because they’re so scared of the media I guess, instead of being scared of losing sight of principle. Then the George W Bush, who outspent Democrat Party hacks. Then they engineered the loss in 2008 with the candidate most likely to lose, John McCain. Some of their supporters began to wake up. Obama scared more of them awake, but then four freshman Republicans in Congress, elected on the tea party wave, turned tail or traitor and failed to stop runaway debt.

Since when is the government-media complex ever going to demand shrinkage of government?

Repeal Health Care: Americans Rising Against Police State

Obama: pushed through medical industry nationalization against the overwhelming uproar of outrage from the American people, making “offers they could not refuse” to pro-life Democrats to ram them full blast with only ONE HOUR for Congressmen to read the 3,000-PAGE document before voting.

Killing two birds with one stone, imagery intended, getting this federal extortion racket going, and getting rid of pro-life Democrats. Who thought that one up?

Of course some of those “pro-life” Democrats may have just been play-acting. Here’s Stupak declaring months earlier that he would vote for an abortion-friendly medical industry take-over.

And it is a takeover, and “fact-checking” web sites that claim it is not are lying, with 16,000 extra IRS agents getting hired specifically for its enforcement, nobody gets out alive with all their money intact, you do NOT get to keep the insurance you like, and we are STILL stuck with jack-booted enforcers stealing raw milk from natural food customers without warrant or court order.

IF we don’t stop stuff like this, RIGHT NOW, THIS YEAR, self-written warrant searches and warrantless wiretaps and assassinations at presidential whim, then the next four years are going to get even worse.

With either of Obama or Romney.

Obama is pushing this stuff harder with blowing off Congresss in his war against Libya and threatened wars against Syria and Iran and Panetta telling Congress they can go pound sand –for permission they ask the club of dictators in New York–. And oh yeah with NDAA Obama added a note that he would try not to actually issue the kill orders that are in the bill, which are only in there because he demanded it.

(How did he get them to do that, besides the fact that some of them wanted it anyway? Tell them he’d do it anyway, and guess who would get into the first orders?)

Not that they haven’t done some of that anyway.

WHO KILLED JOHN WHEELER?

And why did that story die so quick?

Groups and Groupthink traps: Liberty is based on Individuals

it’s the plantation authoritarians that are forever dividing up people into all kinds of groups and making everything into groupthink, and dividing groups against groups. People have problems because they are members of victimized groups. Here a group, there a group, everywhere a group.

But there is only one group that gets immunity from groupthink victimhood, that’s the Caucasian, white, man. As long as it’s a European-descended white male. Except for Hispanic whites. But if you’re Hispanic and white you get reclassified as the oppressor white male European-American IF you are Republican. Or classified as a member of the “sellout” group.

One Black Tea Party founder said he was told by Dick Gregory that he did not exist. So there are some people who are members of a super-group of “null groups” that don’t exist.

Another null group that does not exist, according to the groupthink group that is known as “liberals” in America, is the group of ex-gays. Exodus International was founded by members of the null group “ex-gays”.

Another null group, according to a former college acquaintance of one daughter of mine, is the group of Republican Hispanics. A friend was shocked and got a look as if she had seen pigs fly, and did not believe it.

Another null group we may presume is of Latin American nations that actually remove an president by legitimate constitutional means. A premise to this is that another null group is made of leftist presidents of Latin American nations that actually become dictators and deserve a constitutional outing.

Another null group is Latin American leftist presidents that need a coup to protect democracy in their country, unless it is a coup sponsored by the high priests of the Leftist Authoritarian religion.

Another null group is illegitimate voters and frauds. Unless it’s a Republican who is a accused.

And they are doing their heavy best at trying to make liberty candidates a null group but they are having a tremendous problem with that one.

How can they make a “group” out of a “group” that’s made up of fundamentalist Baptist Bible-thumpers, gays, strippers, atheists, Democrats, Republicans, independents, college professors, painters, rock stars, butchers, bakers, candlestick makers, government workers, private sector workers, union members, abortion advocates and pro-lifers, gay marriage advocates and traditional marriage supporters, Muslims, Christians, Hindus, Jews, Sikhs, you name it, and add to that people from around the world already waking up to this liberty movement.

We are tired of the driving indoctrination of groupthink. Mind control is the goal of the collectivists, whose architects have no intention at all of getting caught themselves in the trap they weave for the rest of us.

Their motto with pushing so much groupthink is “Divide and conquer”, and “divide an rule”. What better than to divide up everybody else into groups and get them to go at each other.

CONCLUSION

Just to clarify, ladies and gentlemen, natural human rights do not belong to groups, they belong to individuals. Every attack on the natural rights of ONE individual to life, liberty and property, is an attack on ALL of us, not just some sub-“group” of all of us.
