While espousing a fantasy version of history in the process.

We have seen Mr. Gutman’s writings from which we deduce his atheism, unless it is a very strange faith indeed. His monologue here is not a reasoned intellectual defense of atheism such as those of Andrew Flew before the irrefutable evidence of DNA convinced him of Intelligent Design. But this article reeks more of a passionate irrational hate for God, for Christianity, and for his ancestors’ faith, presumably Judaism.

His ignorance of accurate history and preference for Dan-Brown type alternate-universe “history” makes him unqualified for pronouncements on the subject. The history of archaeology is littered with mountains of testimonies against just-so attacks on Biblical history, denials that bit the dust time after time and time again.

They used to say the Biblical Assyrian Empire never existed, until they dug up the entire capital city. One skeptic went to the lands of Paul’s travels to show the Bible was myth and instead proved fact after fact and became a Christian. Simon Greenleaf, Dean of Harvard Law, and known as “the father of the rules of evidence” took the challenge to apply the rules of evidence to his denial of the risen Christ, and to his astonishment became a believer.

Lew Wallace decided to find the physical evidence to disprove Christianity, and the result was the famous literary masterpiece, Ben Hur, testimony to the risen Christ. You would think skeptics would learn better.

It’s like the guy in the insane asylum who said he kept banging his head on the wall because “it feels so good when I stop”.

Before we hear about his holocaust experiences, he would be well served to first remember the MILLIONS of Christians who gave the ultimate sacrifice of their lives to rescue the Jews from further slaughter at the hand of the ATHEISTIC regime of Hitler’s Germany.

He would do well to remember that the Inquisition persecuted the true followers of the God of love in Christ Jesus, and that these were the spiritual brethren of the ATHEIST regimes of recent modern history, for they hated, hated, hated the Bible with total dedication.

He would do well to remember that the great scientists of modern centuries that were the pioneers and founders of almost all modern areas of science were scientists who totally believed the Creation story of Genesis happened just as it is told.

We do well to remember that the greatest scientist of all history, Isaac Newton, absolutely believed Genesis and a young earth, and that he wrote more about the Bible and about faith than he did math and science..

And the ‘soulful eyes of a great ape’, and “lost innocence”. Gullible college anthropology students and maybe rabid socialists eat up that kind of stuff, but get real here. Chimps kill off a third of their males before they can reach maturity. Now again, get real.

The Zelayas and the Chavez’ and the Stalins and the Hitlers act more like these brutal beasts, but it takes a William Wilberforce in the British Parliament on a Christian mission from God to do more to stop slavery than any other man in Europe. And it was the Quakers and the other “fundamentalist Christians” that did more than anyone to stop slavery, while the more atheistic confederate colonel Albert Pike founded the Ku Klux Klan.

And Charles Darwin was saying that the inferior races would die off while the “civilized” white man took over.

One-third of male chimps do not make it to maturity, killed off by the rest of them. Too many humans act more like chimps than bonobos, especially without a God to restrain them. The most brutal regimes of history were the atheist genocidal tyrannies of National Socialism in Germany and International Socialism in Russia, China, Cambodia, and the murderous beasts continue today in North Korea and Zimbabwe.

It takes the love of Christ to motivate a former slave like Saint Patrick to love Ireland into the faith that stopped their slaving practices and human sacrifice in less than one generation, he and his followers shaming the European continent into following their lead.

Christianity ended gladiator fights, slavery, infanticide, and many more brutal practices in pagan Europe, and brought respect for women unknown in the ancient world. and Christian beginnings are seen in the genesis of centers of learning we now call universities, centers of care we now call hospitals and clinics, orphanages, and many other charity works.

Dr. Livingston stopped a massacre by enraged Arabs of a tribe in Africa, refused to tell where the diamonds were, Mother Theresa dedicated herself to caring for those who could not repay and was herself slandered as hobnobbing with world leaders, belied by her rebuke against the “leader of the free world” and his nation for its brutal treatment of the most helpless of its own, the unborn.

The love of Christ turned a brutal slave trader into its most ferocious opponent, so haunted by his atrocities that he wrote that most famous hymn of all the world:

“Amazing Grace”, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me,
I once was lost, but now I’m found,
Was blind, but now I see.

He mentored William Wilberforce into the Christian missionary field of stopping the slave trade, and Wilberforce went on to earn the title of “noblesse oblige” in the movie named for the song title, Amazing Grace.

That’s the power of forgiveness of sin, the power that was proven in the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

HondurasWeekly is one of the few Honduran news sources to provide the proper imbalance between the complete truth of events in Honduras by dutifully regurgitating UN press releases and OAS press releases, meaning they dutifully publish the press releases of organizations that did their best to protect the oppression of the poor in Honduras by a civilian socialist coup in 2009, which was stopped in June 28, 2009 by the constitutional transition to the government presided by Roberto Micheletti, national hero in the eyes of Hondurans.

If the UN and the OAS really and truly cared about human rights violations and threats and assaults on reporters, they would tell the truth about what these reporters wrote about that got them killed. Instead they blame the victims!!

Remember, these are the groups of nations around the world who cannot do anything without the approval of the dictatorships in their midst, including the dictatorships who barely even do lip service to their farcical play-acting at “democracy”.

Which country is chair of the United Nations Human Rights Commission this year? Syria? Iran? China? At least former chair Libya has come clean on its own about its activities, in truth, despite efforts to spin this change by others.

The headline of this United Nations press release would be enough to cause an unstoppable fit of uproarious cacophonous laughter, if it were no a continuation of the efforts to force the independent sovereign republic of Honduras to overlook violent crimes, unfettered corruption, and high treason against itself:

Hondurans are not fooled by the lies and innuendo embedded in this article, not at all. The authors know this full well. It is for the benefit of news agencies around the world who are either to corrupted by visions of elitist socialism, or too poor to pay their own staff, or just plain too lazy to do their own digging.

Seven journalists have been killed during this year of 2010. What is interesting that this is many more than the number killed during the same period of six months during the Micheletti administration, and yet they still blame what they call the “coup”, another factual error, since the arrest of Zelaya and the official recognition by Congress that he had disqualified himself as president with his treason, multiple felonies, sacking of the treasury, violation of court orders, ruling by decree, and despising the rule of law.

Everybody in Honduras knows that the journalists who are being cut down are the ones who supported the ouster of the golpista coup-running dictator Manuel Zelaya, Castro-Chavista puppet. Karol Cabrera survived at least two attempts on her life that we know of, one of which killed her pregnant daughter, and another that killed a journalist colleague while putting her in the hospital.

Everyone in Honduras knows that Karol Cabrera was targeted for being one of the most effective and outspoken truth-tellers about Zelaya’s crimes while he was still president, and one of the loudest defenders of the constitutional presidency of Roberto Micheletti against all the attempts to force Honduras to kneel at the altar of the International Socialist Mafia.

Every reporter in Honduras knows this. Everyone on this UN Commission has to know this. This was a press release about this nebulous “group of United Nations human rights experts”. They are no “experts” who do not even bother to say the obvious. These are people who are comfortable mouthing whatever their plutocrat bosses and autocrats tell them to say.

The next link is to the HondurasWeekly page that gives us the press release straight from the OAS commission Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) visit to Honduras on May 15-May 18.

IACHR Concerned About Human Rights Violations in Honduras

At least this one has a name attached to the press release, María Isabel Rivero, and a phone number, and an email, where one can express himself, not that it would do any good. If they want to keep any of the shred of credibility they have left (which is none in my opinion), they should stop blaming the victims!

Anything’s possible, AP is even going to publish a factual retraction after I called their attention to it. They said in one report that the UCD had protested Zelaya’s ouster when the opposite was the case. Sometimes it seems like they publish blatant factual errors that conveniently line up with the bigger lie, just to see if it gets past the readers. AP has published some of the biggest lies and most blatant slanders against the defenders of freedom in Honduras.

This fictional “report” from the OAS operatives in Honduras regurgitates more lies than the UN’s so-called “report”. Despite the fact that the new president Lobo has contradicted his electorate in falling all over himself to kiss up to the new foreign imperialist bosses, they still want to hang him for the sins of resisting Communist dictatorship and the abject starvation poverty that comes with it, when they threw out the “little Chavez” in 2009.

Not even Hondurans realize what a fantastic blow they made to the New Empire.

These representatives of Insulza in Honduras know full well what forces are doing the hits on reporters in Honduras. It is a complete diversion to pretend that the killings and threats come from anyone else but the supporters of the Zelaya dictatorship, drug traffickers, and the new “narco-socialist” coalitions, borne from the practice by the Communist guerrilla FARC in Columbia of financing their attacks on the people with drug money.

One member of this coalition of the millionaire-financed Chavistas and Zelayistas. When Juan Barahona stormed off the stage when Zelaya signed the accord, he insisted they would have their so-called “constitutional assembly”.

Since he was close enough to the would-be president-for-life to know that there was no intention at all to have a fair vote on the matter, what he really meant was that he was going to go ahead with the plans for forcing Honduras to accept the poverty of the path of socialist dictatorship.

He has no intention of trying to convince the people. If Hondurans can get over the generalized tendency to corruption, among the poor and rich alike, they can prosper. Under a socialist regime they have no chance at all. (See my other articles on the subject).

The drug traffickers and narco-socialists needed new staging grounds after being pounded into pulp by the Uribe administration in Columbia. Having free roaming privileges in Venezuela is not enough after all. Honduras is halfway to Miami and New Orleans from Venezuela.

The so-called “Resistance” of course knows who is targeting who. No doubt the most public demagogues are keeping their hands clean, but it does not take an army intelligence officer to see the obvious fact that they are coordinating strategy with their own violent underground.

But they are apparently just following Hitler’s advice to only tell BIG lies, because people are more apt to believe you if you tell the big lies.

The outrageous farce of this commission from the OAS coming in, saying they are “fact-finding” only to publish such an outrage against the truth of events in Honduras, is an insult to all Hondurans who know the truth.

It is yet another violation of the rights of free speech and free expression against the peoples of the world, really, because it robs the reader of the truth.

This so-called “human rights commission” is a dishonor to those same reporters, who uncovered the attempt to rob Honduras of all human rights by international thugs, socialist operatives, and drug cartels. They could not have done better if they had urinated on their graves.

zerohedge says he also warned that applying a “too big to fail” concept will lead to bigger more massive problems later on.

The Fed of course has acted contrary to its own advice for its own reasons, unless maybe this guy is some kind of maverick that slipped through the loyalty swearing process. But no matter, a guy that helps the thief in the robbery for pay while protesting the theft is just as guilty of the theft, and just as corrupt, unless he helps stop it.

Centrally Planned “Behavior Modification” Now

There they go again, while GCMC (government-controlled media complex) tries to get everybody to forget the attack on the United States of America and its constitution by an alliance of plutocrats, the president establishes another extra-constitutional group to tell us what to do and what to think under the guise of health:

One of the mandates in there is to centralize the whole health-care industry of the country, and they are so smugly sure of themselves in this one that they don’t even try very hard to veil their scheme in the usual weasel-worded obfuscations and legalese.

They even used the word “behavior modification”. Almost nobody objected to assaults on parental protection of children under the guise of state “protection” of children, after all. We all saw this up close and personal when they kidnapped an entire peaceful community out in Texas, and of course Fox News showed their fangs and joined in beating up on them. All for the poor “minors”. Right.

Never mind those “minors” were robbed of their mothers for weeks on end and never mind that not only did they not have the evidence that merited such a massive raid, but they couldn’t even sneak anything out of the poor children or their mothers!

So maybe they figure who could object to mandates from Washington to manipulate our behavior (purportedly) “for our own good” with a little bit of centrally planned “behavior modification”?

THE RETURN OF ZELAYA

In Honduras there is controversy about the possible return of ex-president Zelaya. This topic needs some clarifications.

As soon as Zelaya was dropped off in Costa Rica by the well-appointed Armed Forces of Honduras to avoid a greater evil, and to preserve democracy, just as was decided by the honorable Supreme Court of Justice of Honduras, the ex-president sought to return to Honduras by any means possible. Finally he finally was able to do it by irregular means, as smuggled contraband. He managed to get into the Brazilian Embassy, where he made his calls for civil war and anarchy, which thank God, were ignored by the people, who only want to live in peace and freedom.

His terrorist objectives foiled, Zelaya asked that he be allowed to leave Honduras, a request that the current President Lobo granted and fulfilled, and he was taken to the Dominican Republic, where he is living in luxury with all the creature comforts appropriate to a guest of honor.

Later on, Zelaya was named by Lieutenant Colonel Hugo Chavez as the political commissioner of Petro-Caribe, where, according to unchallenged sources on the Internet, he gets a salary of $20,000 per month, and gets his own private aircraft, credit cards, and travel expenses. That is to say, Zelaya’s sumptuous life of luxury is financed with money that could have gone to the poor in Venezuela, and are taken from funds that could go to hospitals, schools, streets and infrastructure that the Venezuela, hungry as it is, is not even producing their own basic food needs.
Now the ex-president in the cowboy hat wants to go back to Honduras, after having demanded safe passage to leave, but he wants to return without answering to Honduran justice where he has various cases pending processed by the Attorney-General of the Republic.

The cowboy commander pretends to be above the Constitution and the laws of Honduras and he still does not realize that for that very attitude that he showed when he was president, was why he was constitutionally removed from his position.

The communist countries of the Americas that have not yet recognized the legitimate government of Lobo, demand the return of Zelaya as a condition of their recognition. And acceding to that position, President Lobo agreed and even offered to fetch him personally and accompany him to Honduras, with all the guarantees of respect for his human rights.
However, Mel Zelaya rejected the proposal because he knows he will have to face justice and answer for his actions. He wants all the charges against him dropped without having to defend himself, as if flaunting charges for such abuses is possible under a fair rule of law.

It’s definitely just another show by the ex-president. He never tires of making himself the center of attention and getting headlines. But in reality, Zelaya does not want to go back to Honduras because it’s inconvenient for him.
Zelaya knows if he goes to Honduras he will have to face the charges against him, because there are autonomous and independent powers who fulfill their constitutional obligations. Besides, upon entering Honduran territory, he won’t be able to continue his parade around the world doing harm to Honduras and making up fables and lies about this nation.

The ex-president is aware that he does not have popular support nor leadership enough to be able to continue politicking in Honduras, and he would be ignored and rejected by the majority of the population and by the press, who consider him a black splotch upon the history of Honduras, a page that has turned, a disagreeable experience that nobody wants to ever repeat.

Zelaya knows it’s impossible for him to return to power and go on pretending to be a martyr before the world. He wants to keep on traveling with money taken from Venezuelans to discredit Honduras and its government. In reality, the strategy of international communism is to destabilize the government of Pepe Lobo and generate a climate of chaos, to favor the evil schemes Chavez is cooking up for Honduras.

No matter how many efforts the government of Honduras does to regain the recognition of these countries, it will not happen as long as the same presidents continue in power. That’s why Honduras should concentrate in developing and consolidating political and commercial relationships with the countries that have recognized it, which in the final analysis are the most important anyway for Honduran interests.

Zelaya debe quedar en el pasado y Honduras debe dedicarse a desarrollar todo su inmenso potencial para salir adelante y poder dar satisfacción a todas las necesidades del pueblo. Es hora de hacer progresar a Honduras y de llevarla por caminos de prosperidad y abundancia. Honduras y su gente se merecen lo mejor.

Zelaya should become history and Honduras should dedicate itself to its immense potential for progress and to forge ahead, and meet the needs of its people. It’s time to make progress in Honduras and take it on down the road of prosperity and abundance. Honduras and its people deserve better.

EL REGRESO DE ZELAYA

En Honduras hay toda una discusión en torno al regreso del ex presidente Zelaya al país; y eso hace necesario plantear algunas consideraciones al respecto.

Una vez que Zelaya fue dejado en Costa Rica por las gloriosas Fuerzas Armadas hondureñas para evitar un mal mayor y preservar la democracia, tal como ya fue decidido por la honorable Corte Suprema de Justicia de Honduras, el ex presidente se empeñó en regresar al territorio catracho por todas las vías posibles hasta que pudo hacerlo por vías irregulares, como ingresa el contrabando, pudiendo entrar a la Embajada de Brasil, desde donde hizo llamados a la guerra civil y a la anarquía; los cuales gracias a Dios, no fueron atendidos por el pueblo que solo quería vivir en paz y libertad.

Al no lograr sus objetivos terroristas, Zelaya pidió que lo sacaran de Honduras, petición que fue cumplida por el actual Presidente Porfirio Lobo, y fue trasladado a República Dominicana donde se aloja cómodamente con todos los lujos y privilegios propios de un huésped de honor.

Luego, Zelaya fue nombrado por el Teniente Coronel Hugo Chávez como comisionado político de PETROCARIBE, donde, según las informaciones no desmentidas que circulan por internet, percibe un sueldo de 20.000 dólares y disfruta de un avión privado, tarjetas de crédito y viáticos. Es decir, que la suntuosa vida que lleva Zelaya es financiada con el dinero que le dejan de dar a los pobres venezolanos y que dejan de ser invertidos en hospitales, escuelas, calles e infraestructura en la hambrienta Venezuela que ni los alimentos básicos está produciendo.

Ahora el ex presidente del sombrero exige regresar a Honduras, después de haber exigido salir, pero quiere regresar sin rendirle cuentas a la justicia hondureña donde tiene pendientes varios juicios penales incoados por el Fiscal General de la República.

El comandante vaquero pretende estar por encima de la Constitución y las leyes de Honduras y todavía no se da cuenta que justamente por esa actitud que practicaba cuando era Presidente, es que fue defenestrado constitucionalmente de su cargo.

Los países comunistas de América que todavía no han reconocido al legítimo gobierno de Porfirio Lobo, exigen el retorno de Zelaya a Honduras como condición para otorgar el reconocimiento. Y ante tal petición, el Presidente Lobo accedió e incluso propuso ir a buscar personalmente a Zelaya para llevarlo a Honduras, con todas las garantías de respeto a sus derechos humanos.

Sin embargo, Mel Zelaya rechazó la proposición porque sabe que va a tener que enfrentar la justicia y responder por sus acciones. El quiere que le anulen todos los juicios sin venir a defenderse, como si eso fuese posible en un Estado de Derecho.

En definitiva, se trata de otro show del ex presidente quien no se cansa de ser el centro de atracción y quien quiere ser siempre el titular de los periódicos. En realidad, Zelaya no quiere ir a Honduras porque no le conviene.

Zelaya sabe que si entra a Honduras debe afrontar los juicios incoados en su contra, ya que existen poderes autónomos e independientes cumplidores de sus obligaciones constitucionales. Además, al ingresar, ya no podrá seguir con su “viajadera” por el mundo haciéndole daño a Honduras al inventar sus fábulas y mentiras sobre la realidad de esta nación.

El ex presidente Zelaya está consciente que no cuenta con apoyo popular ni liderazgo suficiente para poder seguir practicando la política en Honduras y que será ignorado y rechazado por la mayoría de la población y por los medios de comunicación, quienes lo consideran una mancha negra en la historia de Honduras, una página que ya se pasó, una experiencia desagradable que no se quiere repetir nunca más.

Zelaya sabe que es imposible volver al poder y quiere seguir mostrándose como un mártir por el mundo, quiere seguir viajando con el dinero de los venezolanos para despotricar de Honduras y de su gobierno. En realidad, la estrategia del comunismo internacional es desestabilizar el gobierno de Pepe Lobo y generar un clima de ingobernabilidad para favorecer los nefastos planes que tiene Chávez para Honduras.

Por más esfuerzos que haga el gobierno de Honduras para lograr el reconocimiento de estos países no lo logrará mientras estén en el poder los presidentes que hoy los gobiernan. Por eso, Honduras debe concentrarse en desarrollar y consolidar sus relaciones políticas y comerciales con los países que si han otorgado el reconocimiento, que a fin de cuentas son los países más importantes para los intereses de Honduras.

Zelaya debe quedar en el pasado y Honduras debe dedicarse a desarrollar todo su inmenso potencial para salir adelante y poder dar satisfacción a todas las necesidades del pueblo. Es hora de hacer progresar a Honduras y de llevarla por caminos de prosperidad y abundancia. Honduras y su gente se merecen lo mejor.
