Natural Rights vs God-given Rights

In nature, there are predators and prey, carnivores, herbivores and omnivores. There are some where males fight to the death to establish dominance over a troop.

Some libertarians talk about “natural rights” when talking about humans.

It is my belief that natural rights are a logical extension of the obvious and natural differences between humans and animals. The atheist libertarians that have most articulated the philosophy, for the most part, have extrapolated the NAP (and other axioms and conclusions) from those differences, and respective characteristics, to get to “natural rights” ideas.

From my perspective, Austrian economics is the best example of the application of eternal principles articulated in the Bible, even the 10 Commandments. Atheists and agnostics reject the 1st Commandment but are still responsible for living up to at least the NAP as a logical “corollary” of the NAP.

But nature operates according to certain rules, with scientific disciplines purporting to be about teasing those rules out from observations of nature.

But you cannot define nature as a coherent entity with creative powers. The law of entropy is an axiomatic principle that recognizes that nature acts in the way described. Nature has no independent agency and cannot overrule itself.

But human agency can. Some may say there is no free will, but ask one if he can change his mind if he wants to. He might say no, but many of them have changed their mind. Most physicists acknowledge quantum fluctuation, for example, and the “uncertainty principle”.

But now atheists that recognize principles of Austrian economics and how the free market works better than other economic models in human society, also have to explain why the NAP that is necessary for a true free market, does not work for ants.

“They’re not human” is an obvious answer, but when you ask them why humans are different they have to fall back on non-theistic answers that do not really explain it, if humans came to be through the same processes as ants.

So what is the essence in nature that requires natural rights?

My answer is that there has to be an “intentional agency” that made the rules. The rules that nature has not choice but to live by, and the rules that are implied by how human societies work best. Even an atheists like Mises and Rothbard have deduced a corollary of “the law of love” as the minimum rule for society to work in a way that is the optimum best for the aggregate, the NAP: no one person supplanting another’s volition by force, coercion, or fraud.

To sum it up, even atheists who subscribe to the NAP are able to deduce certain principles from certain axioms of human action, rules that explain how nature actually works in human society. It can even explain what happens when some humans violate the NAP.

They start from nature. But nature also has rules and Mises started from scratch from those rules in “Human Action” to derive how human societies and economics actually work.

But looking at nature, you can also make certain sure deductions. The laws of entropy, for example, there is no law of nature that any branch of science has been able to come up with an explanation as to why the laws of entropy and the strong anthropic principle can be universal rules for the cosmos without being able to deduce that there is an intelligent agency to engineer it, with the power to create it.

Beware of disdain for Bible truth

I have written you before about mistaken perceptions about Christian Bible believers. Most self-described evangelicals are stupidly dupes of the state, what else is new? Jesus said long before you were born that the “children of this generation are wiser than the children of light”. They are some of them. Characters like Rothbard, Walter Block, Laurence Vance, Norman Horn, Chuck Baldwin, these are only representative of tens, probably hundreds of thousands, of Christians, maybe even millions, who are banned from conservative and liberal (government-permitted) media as non-persons, along with ex-homosexuals, abortion survivors, and you yourself. Yes, and opponents of “green socialism”.

First thing is to stop thinking they’re any more monochrome as atheists and agnostics, who run the entire gamut (just like Christians, and even evangelicals as such), from total totalitarians to die-hard complete anarchists (such as myself, Jesus Christ, and God himself). Although statistically atheists, agnostics and unbelievers tend MUCH more heavily toward the totalitarian side than Christians. As such outstanding atheists and agnostics as Rothbard and Walter Block and Herman Hoppe have acknowledged. (Although some superstitious pagan religions and most anti-Christian religious regimes in history show similar tendencies).

Second – The tendency to include little swipes like the out-of-context mention of Mike Pence, Adam and Eve, and Noah’s Ark shows a weakness toward intellectual hubris shared by many non-libertarian atheists and so-called skeptics.

REMINDER: Isaac Newton (who wrote more about Christianity and prophecy than science and math), Michael Faraday, Francis Bacon, Blaise Pascal, these also “believe[d] in Adam and Eve and Noah’s Ark”. So does Russell Humphrey, a scientist with a significant number of patents in very large-scale electro-magnetic mechanics, who accurately predicted the measurements of the magnetic fields of Uranus and Neptune (based on GENESIS ONE), confirmed by the Voyager II fly-by, to the shame of NASA scientists who were exponentially wrong, wrong, wrong. Austrian economics is anticipated by Biblical economics, which adds some spiritual truths on top of it. Statism of ALL forms is condemned outright by scripture, notwithstanding the bloviations of both atheists and Christians against this fact based on narrow-colored glasses, and “we can do nothing against the truth but for the truth”.

My comments:

In the possible good-cop bad-cop scenarios, Kavanaugh is not the purest of driven snow on the Constitution. I’m sort of glad he’s confirmed, because it seemed like the Ruling Cabals and their mouthpieces acted freaked out over it, but they weren’t. It was just another theatrical act, meant as another inoculation to their Orwellian mental captives to prevent them from even listening to dissent from the ruling Thought Police orders.

The Democrats were not going to begin to shed light of day on the worst of Kavanaugh’s sins:

#1. Kavanaugh signed off on the Bush administration Patriot Act abomination, wrote the legal opinions in support of NSA mass violation of the 4th and 5th amendments to the Constitution. The Patriot Act and later NDAA renewals were meant not to fight wars on terrorism, but to give overt cover to the mass surveillance they had already instituted decades before with their Five Eyes network. While of course providing a framework for more aggressive wars overseas.

#2. Kavanaugh was an operator in the Ken Starr Clinton crimes cover-up investigation. The Congress cooperated in bottling up the worst crimes of the Clintons, including the Clinton cash drops (not really drops, because he was a courier of cash between the DNC and the WH) for which Mr. Tree was convicted. Including the multiple rapes and assaults “Slick Willie” had committed over the years. And not least of which, helping put a lid on evidence and concocting fictions in the Vince Foster “suicide” case.

The lead editor at the Telegraph in London even gifted this story about Kavanaugh to the Democrats while they were focusing on “just sex” (the phrase they used for Bill Clinton, as if Monica Lewinsky were the only “other woman” in his life). He wrote the story back then on how Kavanaugh interrogated one important witness on the FBI and Ken Starr’s investigation of Vince Foster’s death. The witness loudly and publicly demanded that the FBI make corrections in their flawed official report, concerning his testimony. And he mentioned the apparent operation to drive him into acting paranoia. Like Kissinger said, you’re not paranoid if they’re really after you.

Yep. Side note. They did that with a bunch of people who saw a missile rise up and hit TWA 800 in Long Island. Including some experienced retired veterans who knew what they looked like.

But on Kavanaugh. The Senate Democrats were not going to revisit the problems with the Ken Starr criminal investigation of the Clintons, even though they tried to call hypocrisy on the Republicans (yeah, hypocrites alright). Who is still there in Congress that remembers File-Gate, in which Hillary Clinton stole all the FBI files on all the Congressman at the time, in 1993?

Bill of Rights: natural, God-given, or government-granted?

Most people are indeed on their way to hell, because wide is the way and broad is the gate, and many go in thereat.

Democracy and Government are two false gods that people will follow to destruction, and my point was that the same principle applies to people that trust the Bill of Rights instead of the One True God tGodhat enshrines the rights of man in the Creation itself.

There are individual rights listed, not granted, in the Bill of Rights, that are granted by God. As such, we can demand they be respected. It’s true though that the very fact they are included in a document that formalized the rules of government for a new federation of independent states, mitigates against those recognized rights.

We are God-authorized to expect, demand, of every single person respect for those rights.

They are summarized in the Confucian version: Don’t do anything to anybody you don’t want done to you.

What is demanded of Christians is the Jesus version of the second greatest commandment: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. (The original text in the KJB includes the totality emphasis “whatsoever things”)

And those who have not come to Christ “are condemned already”.

Elections in Honduras: The Left Riots, Loots, Burns At Losing in the Counting

The international press is totally mutilating the truth in its reporting out of Honduras about the elections held on Sunday this week, where the beast of Venezuela style socialism rears its ugly self again, after being rejected soundly by the nation in 2009.

Voters in Honduras went to their voting stations this past Sunday, November 26, 2017, to cast ballots for mayors, diputados (congressional representatives), and for president.

Juan Orlando Hernandez is the presidential candidate for the Partido Nacional (“Nationalist Party”). The main opposition candidate is sportscaster Salvador Nasralla, a candidate for the leftist “Alianza de Opposicion contra la Dictadura”, a candidate for the so-called “Partido Libre” and PINU. This “Alianza” should really be called the “Alliance to Impose Dictatorship”, because of the personality in the background, returning to the fray after Honduras rejected him because he rejected Honduras, Manuel Zelaya, aka Mel Zelaya. His official title in this confederacy of villains is “Coordinator”.

If Nasralla wins, then Zelaya wins.

Nasrallah signed an agreement with the International Observers who came for the election, as did Juan Orlando, to accept the results without protest the results as announced by the TSE.

But some three hours after signing the document, he renounced it. The word from Honduras (forget the international agencies) is that he did this without checking with Manuel Zelaya first. He hid in the background in the campaign while calling the shots. Zelaya didn’t like that at all, and three hours later he broke the agreement. And now yesterday, he called for street protests, knowing that he was unleashing an orgy of violence, and that’s exactly what is happening right now in Honduras, this day, Friday, December 1, 2017.

Part of the blame may fall on the TSE, but they have announced, and the European Union observer team also said in press conference, that they had to suspend the counting efforts because of the tear gas floating in from outside. The tear gas was used to disrupt the so-called Alliance supporters who were outside the TSE offices and trying to get in to disrupt the counting. And as an excuse he said it was because of the computer outage during the counting.

ZELAYA BACK, BUT WHO’S BEHIND HIM?

My wife was in high school with Manuel Zelaya, who is the figure she tells me pulls the strings on Nasralla. She told me her classmates regarded him as the dumb one in school. And when one teacher told the class anybody could be president in the country, Zelaya announced he was going to be president. The class roared in laughter. Before his arrest in 2009, while still president, many political observers thought Secretary of State Patricia Rodas was the mastermind of his presidency. Patricia Rodas did her college studies in Cuba.

What is lost in the noise is that the Alianza de Oposicion has representatives present for the counting.

Nasrallah led in early counting but the tide turned after a time, so it was easier for the leaders of this socialist alliance to send their gullible followers to the streets.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON NASRALLA:

During the campaign, one interviewer asked Nasralla about the brutal violent gangs Salvatrucha 13 and the 18 gang. He said he was not afraid of them, they were his “friends”. At some point, I’m told he said (publicly) that he would stop Juan Orlando’s construction of maximum security prisons to hold them, and would let them go to the streets.

Those gangs and their violence got much worse during the Zelaya presidency.

My wife has a friend, a poor friend, who lost a son to the gangs. A cousin as well. And the friend’s son was almost killed until her errant daughter (who was or is a friend of some sort with the gang leader at the time) intervened to protect him.

It seems to some extent, too, and certain times, these gangs learned to cool down a bit with honest working families. For awhile, they were running out of people that had anything. One family, friends with part of my stepchildren’s close circle of college friends,

The gangs collect what they call a “tax” from businesses in their territory. But sometimes their turfs “overlap”. We have a close friend of the family there that had a good small family store. She was already having to pay this “tax” to one gang, and then came another to collect. So now she has to pay this monthly extortion to TWO gangs. Very discretely, because if one gang finds out about the other one, they will murder her.

That’s one reason in reality, Juan Orlando is so popular among the productive sectors of the people, and a great number among the poor as well. One channel walked up one street and asked every person waiting on a bus which way they leaned, and it seemed like an even mix.

LATE BREAKING

The head of the delegation of observers from the United Nations, and the head of the group of observers from the European Union, are asking the Opposition (Nasralla-Zelaya) and their followers to cease from the violence in the streets, so they can continue counting the votes. They are waiting for the Opposition to return to the TSE counting area so they can continue, because the law says all parties should be present.

One man speaking for the Partido Nacional demands that Opposition return to the counting table, asking if they won the vote, then why are they not present to defend their interests?

So the official delegations from the OAS and the UN can see who are the disruptors, who are the cheaters.

So far, there has been a lot of burning and looting, and in San Pedro the looters cleared an entire department store of its merchandise, drugs, furniture, electric appliances, stoves, refrigerators, clothes, everything.

Blocking roads. They destroyed the toll booths on the road outside San Pedro to the main highway that leads to Tegucigalpa. In one town they set a very old church on fire. It was recorded by someone wailing that they had no shame.

They don’t want a fair vote, looks like they want power, and the poor fools sucked in by their demagoguery are willing to do the sacking the looting and the burning for them.

En Copan, one National Party leader denounced one of the leaders of Alianza who went into hiding because someone discovered that she had ordered their followers to burn down the police station for the town.

This a fake protest on the part of Nasralla and Zelaya, who simply want to take power, by riot and mayhem if they cannot win an honest vote.

Please say a prayer for Honduras tonight. (And tomorrow).

Russian propaganda or American blowback?

Media Matters now says Matt Drudge pushed Russian propaganda, by its linking to RT and Sputnik. But they don’t share comparative counts.

The people voted for the peace candidate. Was that Russian propaganda? Nyet! Make peace not war!

People voted against sexual confusion! That’s Russian propaganda?

Sanders fans voted against the Wall Street candidate, preferring the Gramschi socialist Green Party.

The electorate voted against DNC-Clinton campaign collusion. Russian propaganda, or truth?

The electorate voted against the enabler of a serial rapist.
The electorate voted against Obamacare. Was the entire Republican membership of Congress in collusion with Russian propagandists?

The electorate voted for sane immigration policy. Is it the Russians that want sane immigration policy, or would they want to bankrupt California even more than it already is?

The electorate voted against socialist government. Of course the Russians wanted to stop the weakening of the economy and stop the welfare state.

The electorate voted against the regulations choking production and small business.

If The Russians are so good at mind control, then MK Ultra was an abysmal failure and so is Mockingbird Media at its impossible task of keeping us ignorant and stupid and even the neocons should demand the CIA shut itself down, close doors and apologize to us, and discovered their modern iteration of Operation Mockingbird, whatever they call it now, exposed by the brave German journalist who blew the whistle and is now blacklisted.

And why should we have to read Russian media anyway to find out what our government, our rulers, are doing to us anyway?

Jesus Christ promised in Matthew 24, the end times prophecy chapter, that secrets whispered in even bedchambers shall be shouted from the rooftops. They are starting to use their crony social media partners to suppress inconvenient truths and disappear un-persons.

Left is swamped

Swamp has been dividing it’s victims for a long time, trying to set up groups based on superficiality especially and labels, getting groups to blame other groups for their woes instead of the Swamp creatures.

Black vs. white, Muslims vs. Christians, Hollywood vs. Middle America, Black poor vs. White poor, North vs South.

They make you think federales will help you against local cops but this is a nasty trick. Just like you thought the “Civil War” supposedly “freed the slaves”, remember instead that it brought you Jim Crown instead, because the Yankee conquerors thought the same about blacks as the master whites.

Remember there were more whites who did NOT own slaves than slave owners.

Federales will attack your rights same as they do against Western ranchers and Christians, including black pastors. Like the Houston mayor who demanded pastors’ sermon notes to scare them into buckling to Sodom items demands.

Blame the Swamp creatures in D. C., Hollywood, Wall Street, Swamp Meddia, K Street lobby, U. N., NATO, utopian Commission, the two headed Political Party machine, and even the “Establishment Christian” swampsters (both “left” and”right”).

Day the Towers Fell: Unanswered Questions

—What of the “five dancing Israelis” that same day that were barely a flash in the pan in the news cycle, and the dozens (hundreds?) of Israelis that were deported in the following days?
—Who shorted the airlines involved in the four hijackings and made big money?
—Why was every aircraft in the entire country grounded immediately, including military aircraft, while the bin Laden family took off in the hours following?
—Why did we never see a photo of the aircraft that crashed into the Pentagon, but we all saw the photos of the building and the hole in the building without the remains of the aircraft?
—What happened to the investigation into the billions of dollars of Pentagon budget not accounted for, after the papers were destroyed in the Pentagon hit in that section of the building?
—Why are NONE of the multitude of security videos in that area ever available? Did every one of them have top secret evidence? If so then why was that secret evidence in plain view enough for an open-air video to capture it in the first place?
—How, and when, did major CIA asset Osama bin Laden become Enemy of the State Number One?

–Why do freedom-loving Americans buy into the fraud that State Security would protect them, and protect their freedoms, while it was assaulting those freedoms in their face?

U. S. and State Governments Aiding and Abetting Criminal Brownshirts Leftists Now?

Yahoo/AP distorts the facts in their article about Charlottesville. What else is new?

Everyone who paid attention knows that one group in Charlottesville came with a permit, working getting the required permit, and intending to peaceably assemble. They had the legal right to be there.

If the ALT-LEFT had not announced with follow-through credibility that they intended to shut down that rally, there would have been no problem. Conservatives and Christians are already shut out of Operation Mockingbird Media, the Old Grey Lady Ossified Official Press, and increasingly censored out of private but de-facto public forums and arenas like Social Media sites, Google, Twitter, and so on.

But the counter demonstration as the media calls it included the very violent masked marauders of the fascists of  “antifa” who came with soda cans filled with concrete and other lethal weapons, one flamethrower caught on video, and marched straight toward the rally.

So what did the “authorities” do? Governor McAuliffe, who knew that a federal judge had ruled that the rally had a CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to speak, and that he had time to provide and coordinate PROTECTION for this assembly, he declared a “state of emergency” so he and the mayor could shut down the rally, and make sure they joined the message to the country that they will not tolerate free speech to the right of Josef Stalin or Pol Pot.

So how did they proceed? Just before they began to speak, for starters, the police declared it an “unlawful” assembly. With a permit they got legally, remember, and for a rally for which the organizers had been coordinating with the police.

Then they sent the police in to remove the rally attendees from the site of the rally.

The police “escorted” the rally attendees directly into the violent “counter-protestors”, who were waiting for them with all their weapons. When the inevitable physical battle began, the police FLED the scene, telling one reporter they were pulling back because it was “too violent”.

What in the world are police for? First, there was plenty of warning from the left Brownshirts that they intended to force the rally to shut down.

So instead of protecting citizens who came to (freely) assemble and (freely speak), who disavowed violence, and prepare to block the declared criminal intent from the Brownshirt leftists, they proceeded to shut down the rally for those Brownshirts.

In other words, the Governor and the Mayor joined the criminals. The fascist “Antifa” members who are willing to speak publicly claim it is not really organized are liars, because you cannot have that many popping up everywhere in these highly coordinated actions without some kind of patronage, financial support, and organization. This is something that in a sane country cries out for some harsh RICO action.

But what if these leftist Democrat and RINO-dominated federal and state governments are joining the criminals in de facto censorship? What if Romans One is happening before our eyes, with people who have turned their backs on God getting given up by God to rot in their own reprobate minds?

Cville Police: MAJOR FAIL: Police told to flee the violence; Political setup

First, one Fox News personality is blaming mostly the federal judge. Maybe he was in on the set up, who knows?

They had months of planning. Witnesses present at the “white supremacist” rally, including one fellow from Finland who said he just wanted to listen to a talk about American history, said he saw no evidence of strong KKK presence or Nazi symbols or any of that.

He also said with others:

(1) he saw that there was physical aggression against people coming for the rally. “Counter-protestors” were pushing, shoving, even punching the ones coming to the meet.

(2) he saw that the police were actually directing people in wrong directions, and

(3) even herding the demonstrators there to rally for the preservation of the historical statue toward the leftist antifa and BLM groups.

Presumably that’s when it got violent and that’s when the police moved back on orders.

And one “random man” interviewed by MSNBC and NYT turns out to be a shill with deep ties to Soros organizations.

So it’s looking like a setup for more attacks on Trump.
