Does Fast and Furious Put Impeachment on The Table? | CNSnews.com

September 30, 2011

From the article (read it at the link). Note that the ONLY reason the straw purchasers of these arms were arrested was because one of the guns was used in the murder of Agent Brian Terry. I suspect that agents of the Border Patrol today are furious.

The indictments only took place at all because U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was murdered using the weapons authorized for free flow by ATF and DOJ. Terry wasn’t the only person killed because of Fast and Furious — the weapons OK’d by the DOJ and ATF were used in three murders, four kidnappings and an attempted murder in Mexico. They’ve been identified at 11 other crime scenes in the United States.

So what was the real goal of the DOJ and ATF? It certainly wasn’t to shut down access to arms for the cartels — the ATF was agreeing to such access. It wasn’t to stop straw purchasers — the ATF was signing off on the straw purchasers. It wasn’t to track the movements of the cartel — there was no way to do that. It was, very simply, to establish for political reasons that American guns were being used in crimes by foreign cartels.

This was the Reichstag fire of the Second Amendment. By authorizing the passage of weapons to America’s enemies, President Obama and his administration clearly wanted to set up a narrative that America’s lax gun laws were killing American troops and law enforcement officers. They wanted their misuse of law enforcement authority to create the impetus for a crackdown on gun sales in the United States.

How high does this go? Apparently, all the way to the top. The attorney general of the state of Arizona, a Democrat operative, has already resigned in an attempt to avoid the consequences of participating in this fiasco. Middle management at DOJ and ATF has already been thrown under the bus. The acting director of the ATF, Kenneth Melson, has already been defenestrated

What Michael Moore And Pee Wee Herman Have In Common | CNSnews.com

Repeat it, let it echo:

Anti-capitalist movie-maker Michael Moore makes more money than most of the CEO’s he denounces.

And the gap between rich and poor? What’s he doing about the gap between what he makes and what the less-known Hollywood producers make?

And praising Chavez? What about poor little Honduras, picked on for defending its constitutional republic against Chavez-backed dictator Zelaya? And the poor that are hurting more than ever in Venezuela?

Does he complain about loan guarantees for political buddies? The Fed’s secret giveaways to the capitalist bankers he says he wants to eliminate?

When has he ever complained that a bunch of Wall Street bankers control the nation’s money? Or that their printing money and causing inflation is a theft against the poor and the middle class?

Teacher penalizes students for saying “bless you” | abc30.com

Dinosaur teacher:

Hey the dark ages where you punished somebody for saying “Bless you” are over. He even invented a bogus historical reference to the origins of “Bless you”.

Maybe next this teacher, to be consistent, will ban Christmas trees in his class, a practice that really did have origins in Druid pagan superstitions. Or Easter eggs and bunny rabbits, symbols of pagan fertility rites.

If he wants to end superstitions, maybe he can ban repeats based on this ancient pagan belief, as described in the BIble:

Jeremiah 2:26 As the thief is ashamed when he is found, so is the house of Israel ashamed; they, their kings, their princes, and their priests, and their prophets,

27 Saying to a stock, Thou art my father; and to a stone, Thou hast brought me forth: for they have turned their back unto me, and not their face: but in the time of their trouble they will say, Arise, and save us.

‘For God So Loved The World’ For A $19.99 Oil Change? – A Plano Lube Place Doing Just That « CBS Dallas / Fort Worth

Ha, Starbucks quotes on their cups have had some pretty doubtful sayings, including one that was insulting to people of faith.

Discrimination? I know people who were given bad grades because their honest book review showed disagreement with the theme of the book assigned to the class by the Lesbian professor.

Masons give each other discounts for being Masons, and a Jewish business owner told me once he gave discounts to fellow Jews. I don’t care, it’s their business, not mine.

Gingrich to Tea Partiers on NY 23- “They were right.”

September 30, 2011

Scozzafava was the “Republican” whose views were to the left of the “Democrat” running in the NY 23 special election for Congress. When it was clear she was losing Republican votes to the Tea Party candidate, she dropped out and endorsed the Democrat. She again endorsed a Democrat for state office in 2010. So much for the party loyalty people who said Republicans should have backed her because she was the pick of the party bosses.

Yeah, now that he actually needs tea partiers to get a little bit of traction. This guy sticks his finger in the air to test the wind to find out which side of his mouth to talk out of.

Now that he got the endorsement of the founder of the so-called “Tea Party Nation”, Judson Phillips, he has dragged another hopeful group into Establishment servility.

These developments put the spotlight on the one candidate who has consistently put his vote where his mouth is, and shows the contempt for the practices of selling out the constitution for a pot of porridge. Ron Paul of course. Dr. No, because he votes against every violation of the Constitution’s plain language, and Dr. Know, because he actually knows more of what he’s talking about than any other Congressman.

When he asked another Congressman why he was voting to increase regulation bureaucracy, the other guy replied “Because the American people are stupid”. When I heard him tell this in an interview, I also noticed he didn’t divulge the guy’s name. I like that. Doesn’t play along with personal smears and gossip, just humbly shares the facts.

What the ‘Madre Hill Rule’ Teaches Kids about Life | CNSnews.com

September 30, 2011

They’re invoking a rule for this middle-school kid that does as many as seven touchdowns in one game, saying that from now on they will allow a maximum of three.

The other players they say the rule is for, especially the outstanding ones, will now figure it’s not worth the effort to max out at three. Now coaches in schools may become leery of actually playing their best against teams at the bottom.
I had a friend I played chess with, he was in the chess club, he said he liked playing guys that were better than him, because he learned from them.

The whole country now is in a race to the bottom.

Fmr. Clinton Adviser: ‘Very Possible’ Obama Will Bow Out of Presidential Race – For Now | CNSnews.com

September 30, 2011

http://cnsnews.com/blog/grant-m-dahl/fmr-clinton-adviser-very-possible-obama-will-bow-out-presidential-race-now

The people are only tired of Obama because of Obama’s Attack on Health Care and now that we can read it and they’re starting to enforce it, the national Big Brother Orwellian surveillance database provision and the rest. There is no way the Democrat Party will shake off their support for the other freebies they gave the big corporations.

Romney and Perry boldly proclaim they will nibble around the edges of the abominable nationalization of medicine. Bachmann says repeal. But the only one who can credibly say he will immediately initiate a return to the Constitution as supreme law of the land is Ron Paul.

He would also immediately attempt to lead the country to independence from the slavery of fiat money, which only serves the interests of the Wall Street banks who own the Federal Reserve and the internationalized banksters on its board.
