Mainstream Media Corruption

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-05-16/murdered-dnc-staffer-seth-rich-shared-44000-emails-wikileaks
Turns out now there is a private investigator looking into the Seth Rich murder. The PI’s services are paid by an anonymous donor and reports his results to the family, reportedly.

Seth’s family is denying it through a spokesman. The spokesman is ” none other than Democrat crisis PR consultant Brad Bauman” of the Pastorum Group. (Who’s paying for him).

Another anonymous FBI source says Seth Rich exchanged emails with Gavin MacFadyen, a reporter and film director and former Wikileaks director. The source says Seth Rich sent MacFadyen 44,053 emails and 17,761 attachments collected from exchanges among other DNC staffers.

That is from the FBI forensic report, according to the source.

In a capital beset by gangs and murders and muggings, Seth was gunned down by two men caught on a grainy store video and fled without robbing anything, leaving cash and jewelry on his person, apparently taking nothing.

Message delivered for persons on the “wrong’ end of whistleblowing, exposing wickedness in high places.

Maryland moves back in the right direction, but true paper ballots are better

Maryland Will Return To Paper Ballots In 2016 – found at Liberty Crier

Paper receipts for a vote are not enough. Make the ballot to be THE OFFICIAL ballot, and then the electronic count is just a count that is verifiable by going back to the hard copy.

Going back and re-reading an electronic store of a vote tally and calling that a “recount” is an outrageous scam. Whenever the elections officials talk about these changes, they say that they have increase the “confidence” of the voters in the elections “results”, which just means they have to fool enough people with the announced figures to get away with it.

But people are learning..

“lfl”: Could Ariel Castro be tried for murder? Case would be unprecedented.

Could Ariel Castro be tried for murder? Case would be unprecedented.
Aggravated murder charges likely will be sought against Ariel Castro, a prosecutor said. Experts say it is unprecedented to sentence someone to death for killing a fetus in a case in which the mother survives.

Establishing legal personhood of those five babies would most importantly benefit the unborn children themselves.

Some of the liberty-minded have a problem thinking out whether the mother (or father) has an obligation to the child. I say there is no such quandary.

One bedrock principle for libertarians is demanding personal responsibility for one’s own actions. Leave me alone, don’t rob my neighbor to rescue me from the results of my decisions.

A baby is a result of a conscious action by two people, the father and the mother. The only exception is the case of a rape. But where two people have sex, even people with major brain limitations know that babies can “happen” from sex. If a new human life is conceived, you did it, it’s yours, you take care of it. Yes, you DO owe it to that baby. The baby had no say in the contract, it’s an “imposition” on the baby if it is an “imposition” on anybody. It’s an implicit contract made all the more “enforceable” under libertarian principles because of the fact that life is the first requirement for life, liberty, and ownership.

For real, Cal Thomas?

February 17, 2013

Famed pediatric neurosurgeon
Dr. Ben Carson

Cal Thomas thinks the “Presidential Prayer Breakfast” is not a proper place to preach politics at the president, like he says Ben Carson did.

Seriously?

Obama uses every occasion  for his own political points. The field of respecting the proper forum has been dead for a long time, and it is no longer an even playing field. A rich elite class is confiscating the wealth and political machinery of the nation and the traditional means of propaganda have been subverted by them for their own purposes. Dictators always claim they’re doing the best thing for the poor and powerless while robbing them, jailing them, poisoning them.

Of course with your syndicated column, Cal, you might claim that the media is not tilted against real world vision because they often publish a letter to the editor. Can you be so naive?

It is time people who can see the catastrophe rushing toward the country from idiotic policies that have nothing to do with “politics” like the UNFAIR idea of different taxes for different people (that’s UNEQUAL treatment under the law), or the education disaster caused by the government-enforced government de facto monopoly on indoctrination of the poor.

Of course they may say it should be apolitical. In view of the media “self”-censorship blackout of conservative thought by our dark-skinned neighbors, Ben Carson decided to step out of the propaganda-handled media spin on his talk and on the prayer breakfast, and refuse to be the “house you-know-what”, played for his color. His color with his open Christian beliefs in fact made him a political choice that favored Obama in the first place.

IT’S NOT THE FIRST time, Cal, either. Mother Theresa blasted the entire Washington DC establishment and the nation to Bill Clinton’s face at this Prayer Breakfast, asking how a nation can call itself civilized or peaceful when it is waging war on the children.

Assaulting our children, dividing them from their parents, bankrupting the country and starving the poor as this regime’s actions are doing, these are not “political” issues.

And like the kings of the Old Testament, this president –and the nation– does not need a polite “feel-good” message, but a stern prophetic warning from those who care about others. Ben Carson refused to behave and call it “civil disobedience” if you want, but if this breaks through the Lapdog Media filter, more power to him.

Socialism spends your children’s inheritance, and ours too

November 18, 2012

You ARE spending all your children’s inheritance when you think you get the state to pay for the nursing home and someone to change your diapers. The state pays for NOTHING, ZILCH, ZIP, NADA.

The ethical problem for takers is, they’re spending not only their children’s inheritance, they’re spending EVERYBODY ELSE’s inheritance with it.

The STUPIDITY of it all is that when the bill collector comes for his pound of flesh, the taker will whine and complain still blame the rich, blame God, blame anybody but the looting.

But by then there won’t be any of those “rich”, because the trouble with socialism is that you soon run out of other people’s money.

Except the small subgroup of the rich that has been pushing the socialist meme will have control of it all, including the “souls of men”, having converted religion into a merchandise.

We have been warned as a nation. The Federal Reserve is now a topic, and it is the most visible tool in the hands of this billionaire socialist/fascist ruling clique.

It is a private sector bank cartel with complete monopoly over all our currency, and most of the members of BOTH parties protect it. There is a small crack in their wall but they have all the money they care to print.

Now they’re in the open and they’re racing against time before there is enough momentum from the people to get the BIPARTISAN cronies in the Congress to do something about it, or a LIBERTY-minded new party gains a foothold.

The Absurdity of the Modern Electoral Process, Well Said, Corbett

This is a bucket of cold water on the thought that getting to choose between two rulers to govern us, tax us, tell us what to do, send our sons to war, build up Wall Street, borrow and spend their dollar into oblivion… And trick the system…

$40 billion a day comes out of thin air, they don’t even need to calculate cost of ink, paper, design, plates, no, they just enter numbers into a secured software application, click a Transfer button to send it into a “member bank’s” reserves, masquerading as a purchase of secured loans and derivatives by the Not-Federal No-Real-Reserves Not-Bank.

The numbers of people who are becoming aware, though, is growing fast, everywhere in the world. It’s most visible in the USA, much more so because Ron Paul‘s presidential candidacy forced a discussion about reality into the conversation, about the Fed, about wars, the rule of law (does a Constitution matter), the differences between a “democracy” and a “republic”), and so on.

Many of us have free minds now, we see government for what it is. Some of us have been there for a long time. A very very fast-growing number of individual Christians are also having visions of what a free people would look like without the serfdom imposed by overbearing central command and control government.

Man, there is fresh air in that vision, a sense of freedom and liberty that no prison can take away. It’s just part of what Jesus Christ meant when he said, “Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free”. Part of what he meant was that we are all sovereign individuals by birthright, and knowing that part of the truth makes us free in one sense.

It’s the freedom of knowing we don’t have to be dependent on a king or a ruler for either our sustenance or our freedom of person, life, liberty, trade, even if somebody attempts to take it.

The other part of what Christ was talking about was that with knowing there is a Creator God to give account to, who has declared us not guilty by reason of expiatory sacrifice, we can feel free from guilt, another ruler that bothers us. When I was in college we used to talk about “guilt trips”.

When you get an invitation to receive Christ, it’s the exact opposite of laying a guilt trip on anybody, it’s complete freedom from the slavery of guilt forevermore.

God bless you and thank you for reading my thoughts.

The sheer absurdity of the spectacle of the modern electoral process is nowhere more apparent than in the American presidential race.

Just like the Olympic games, every four years the presidential election comes around to distract and entertain the masses, and, just like the Olympic games, the proceedings are accompanied by much pomp, ceremony and pageantry and almost nothing at all of substance. The three-ring circus that is the race for the White House plays itself out with a tawdry predictability: the primaries energize the party base and introduce the key themes for the election cycle. Immediately, these are reduced in media coverage of the debates to memes, vague concepts and one-word appeals to the lowest common intellectual denominator: economy, jobs, defense, welfare. By the time the left-right farce of the two-way debates gets underway, any pretence that there are actual issues at stake have been brushed aside. It is no longer about politics, but vacuous slogans: “Hope and Change” vs. “Country First.” “Forward” vs. “Believe in America.” It might as well be red vs. blue, Coke vs. Pepsi, or fork vs. spoon.

Remarkably, no one even notices the sleight of hand by which the political class and the media manage to transform the contest for the Oval Office into a meaningless contest of party slogans and political platitudes.

Romney is the opposite of everything conservatives profess to hold dear: When governor of Massachusetts, he argued for the individual health care mandate he later pretended to oppose. In 2004, Governor Romney signed one of the toughest gun control laws in the country. In 2005 he advocated a cap-and-tax to combat anthropogenic global warming.

Obama, too, is the precise opposite of his supporters’ ideal: He supported the bailout of the “too big to fails” in the 2008 financial crisis. He campaigned on getting lobbyists out of Washington, and then appointed lobbyist after lobbyist to his administration. He expanded Bush’s war on terror into Pakistan and Yemen and Somalia, mainlined the use of drone strikes and enshrined in Libya the doctrine that the President no longer even needs Congress’ rubber stamp to start a war.

In his time in office he has started a presidential kill list that includes American citizens, and signed the NDAA, allowing the US military to arrest anyone, including Americans, anywhere, including on American soil, for any reason, and to detain them indefinitely without recourse to so much as a trial.

None of this matters to the vast majority of voters. They will lap it all up, mindless spectacle and all, following every move in the horse race, cheering when their erstwhile leader says something that sounds acceptable and jeering when the other team’s captain takes to the field. And when questioned on their own party’s platform, hardly one in ten will be able to accurately articulate it.

“Leftist” and “Rightist” Are Meaningless, What matters is Less Government Control vs. Less

September 17, 2012

During the 1930s and into the 1940s, the Nazis were often referred to as leftists. That’s right, leftists. What makes sense anyway?

What’s the difference between international socialism and national socialism? None, the only difference being whim of the dictators’ club.

Note that the free market advocates in the Soviet Union were called “liberals”, the same as in the 1930s and 1940s. Go read Ludwig von Mises. He “liberally” refers to “the liberals”. Guess who he’s talking about? Free marketers! This is what is meant by “classical liberal economics”, in fact.

“Left” and “right” mean nothing of consequence today in American political campaigns, especially reporting. Those words were hijacked for different meanings at journalism schools and political science departments of colleges that trained the government-media complex central planning writers of today’s propaganda media. The left/right language is used to Pavlov as many media consumers as possible into associating good things to bad things, confusing them.

The political spectrum that matters is command-and-control “government” on one end, versus total freedom on the other. More government control vs. less government control. Whether you want somebody telling everybody else what they can and cannot do, or whether you prefer the freedom to do whatever you like as long as you respect the rights of others. Respecting others’ rights means you cannot compel them to do anything, or not do anything, and they cannot compel you.

I call this “Golden Rule Government”.

Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets. – Matthew 7:12

Taxes, theft, and socialism

The Road to Serfdom

The Road to Serfdom (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

“Can these be the same people who claim that paying tax is akin to forced labour and theft? Surely not!”

You enter into agreements to earn your income, and many poor have done hard labor to earn income to put into savings until they have enough to invest higher. Literally thousands of Cubans arrived in the U.S. during 1959 and the 1960s literally penniless. Literally.

Claiming you’re not forced to engage in taxable agreements is now dead, as the thieving philosophy underlying the income tax has been exposed by John Roberts himself, a “rightist” exposed as “leftist” and wealth confiscator.

Claiming you can always leave the country is an argument from ignorance, because the U.S. makes claims on expatriate that reaches farther than almost all of them.

That’s why taxes are theft. Try leaving without paying your fiefdom share of the crop to the “nobles” who expect it in return for all the blessings of government they provide.

Hence the title of Hayek‘s book “Socialism: The Road to Serfdom“.
