Political persecution of Juan Orlando Hernandez: rats surely inventing stories for time off
April 23, 2022President Juan Orlando Hernandez in Honduras did a lot for Honduras after he took office. My wife is from Honduras. He set up a bunch of maximum-security prisons run by the military for the worst of the bad guys, gangs or otherwise. He promoted peace in the streets. His administration sent dozens of drug traffickers to the States (abbrev. for the USA). In a twist of reality-is-stranger-than-fiction, it is a sure-fire guess that some of them provided the “evidence” against Juan Orlando to the ever arrogant political attorneys at the SDNY offices of the DOJ to extradite him. This is a lesson to other heads of state in Latin America and around the world, cooperate with the US and the SDNY in particular at your own future risk, even if you’re completely innocent. Because everybody in Honduras knows he’s innocent, especially the newly installed leftist Chavista government of Xiomara Castro, spouse of Manuel Zelaya, who had planned on being president for life when he was arrested on orders of the Supreme Court at the request of the government’s own Fiscal General (attorney-general) for a big list of crimes.
Maybe Obrador in Mexico did something else. The same SDNY sent an extradition request for ex-president Peña Nieto. Obrador read the 30-page document and rejected the request, saying it was full of inconsistencies and contradictions, and then announced Mexico was breaking off all cooperation with the US drug agency DEA. Maybe he also took note of the way it all happened with Juan Orlando in Honduras. Politically ambitious government attorneys who care not for truth and justice tapping into the endless resources of the US government, using wealth robbed from unwitting taxpayers, and from the poorest of us by means of dollar devaluation, establishing their bonafides by going after the biggest names that do not have secret society affiliations to protect them.

Dems had the advantage in that for the first several decades of my life across the nation.
I remember the Florida state amendment that Dems got passed after the Republicans started winning statewide races here in Florida that in effect prohibited gerrymandering. I remember when conservative black Republican US Representative Allen West got gerrymandered out of his seat in Palm Beach. County. He later moved to Texas. There were zero Democrat Party operatives doing their own crybully tantrum over a black man getting cheated.
