Honduras stopped Zelaya’s Coup: Remember that

December 13, 2009

Beware of news and media reports that repeat lies about Honduras under cover of quotes from the coup plotting dictator Manuel Zelaya and his allies among the “Resistencia” liars.

Manuel Zelaya had already overthrown constitutional government, and ruled over his own coup d’etat.

The self-coup dictator Zelaya broke the law and Constitution when he refused to submit a 2009 budget to Congress, and spent tax receipts at whim.

He tried to extort “democratic” cover from Congress by threatening tanks, mobs, and cutting off their funds.

He tried to extort judicial cover from the Supreme Court by cutting off their funds.

He tried to extort cover from the Superior Elections Tribunal by cutting off their funds.

He violated the Constitution by calling for presidential re-election as part of a fraudulent constitutional assembly.

(The Honduran Constitution declares explicitly (Article 239) that any call for presidential reelection in any way, or support for it, direct or indirect, has automatically and immediately removed himself from any government post.)

He multiplied his violations by refusing to obey several Supreme Court orders to cease and desist in his illegal activities. (He said he didn’t have to follow any orders from pipsqueak judges).

He refused to implement any laws passed by Congress.

He employed foreign powers in his efforts to consolidate his overthrow of the government and subvert the Constitution and the republican form of government, printing his illegal and fraudulent “forms” in Venezuela.

He demonstrated his willingness to take his dictatorial ambitions to civil war when he defied the Supreme Court order confiscating the illegal “forms”, leading a violent mob to break into the warehouse where they were stored as evidence.

On June 25-26, he changed the title of his June 28 “referendum/survey” to eliminate the connection to the November 29 elections, and to cover for his plan to send a mob at the Honduran Congress that Sunday to prevent any countervailing action from there.

These are all things the golpista dictator Zelaya did in the open and publicly.

And now the entire world can see that Manuel Zelaya is an unmitigated liar who signs an agreement and then refuses to abide by it. One day he says one thing, the next day he says another.

The Brazilian Congressmen who visited Honduras said they were extremely surprised to find an almost totality of support for the consitutional transition government among Brazilians resident there.

You cannot trust the government-media complex anymore, because it shows itself beholden to the de facto powers that are working to establish their rule over the nations of the world. Honduras is just one case in point.

Manuel Zelaya: Eligible to lose Honduran citizenship

December 13, 2009

From the Constitution of Honduras:

ARTICULO 42.- La calidad de ciudadano se pierde:

1. Por prestar servicios en tiempo de guerra a enemigos de Honduras o de sus aliados;

2. Por prestar ayuda en contra del Estado de Honduras, a un extranjero o a un gobierno extranjero en cualquier reclamación diplomática o ante un tribunal internacional;

3. Por desempeñar en el país, sin licencia del Congreso Nacional, empleo de nación extranjera, del ramo militar o de carácter político;

4. Por coartar la libertad de sufragio, adulterar documentos electorales o emplear medios fraudulentos para burlar la voluntad popular;

Translated that’s:

Article 42…Citizenship is lost:

1. For lending services in time of war to enemies of Honduras or to their allies;

2.For aiding and abetting actions taken against the State of Honduras by a foreign citizen, or a foreign government, in any diplomatic claim, or before any international tribunal;

3. For engaging the services of a foreign nation in this country, of military or political character, without Congressional license;

4.For abridging the right of suffrage, for tampering with election documents, or eployment of fraudulent methods to defraud the will of the people;

5.For incitement, promotion or support in favor of “continuism”, or the re-election of President of the Republic;

6.for naturalized citizens, for residing more than two consecutive years outside the national borders, without prior authorization of the Executive Power.

In the case of points 1) and 2), the declaration of loss of citizenship will be made by the National Congress through a formal declaration detailing the relevant items. …In case of items 3) and 6), such proclamation will be enacted by the Executive Power in consultation with other government parties; likewise for items 4) and 5) following judgment to said effect by suitable tribunals.

What about folks, there’s what it says.

Now, almost the entire world has pretended to be more competent to interpret the Honduran laws and constitution –overnight– better than the Supreme Court of Honduras, the Congress of Honduras –elected by the same voters that had voted for Zelaya–, the Electoral Tribunal of Honduras, and 90 percent of the people of Honduras!

So, okay folks. It looks obvious to me that Manuel Zelaya has violated items 2, 3, 4, and 5 of this article, and is eligible to lose his citizenship.

Why “Overpopulation” is a myth

December 8, 2009

Enviro-shills are whining about Crichton’s rants. He talks about science. Gore talks up science, based on hoax-gate fake data points.

Crichton bested the scientists Gore dragged into that debate, big time, audiences never change so drastically 180 like that.–Plus he’s right.

One Canadian engineer totally slew the numbers from the UN climate change panel, who had to eat crow, and that was before emails-climate-gate.

–Crichton’s books are good, except for when he gets pro-darwin, they’re didactic. If you don’t want to learn anything don’t read ’em. Or if you want to stay in the safety of avoiding the anguish of attempting rebuttals to the points he make.

He used real live true numbers in State of Fear. Crisis! Crisis! People take more abuse when there’s a “crisis!”.

Truth is, NOBODY knows how much population the earth can “sustain”.

The same cries about population and sustainability blah blah, they have been repeating the same exact chant ad infinitum ever since this stupid myth started with George Malthus, one evil character who thought they should just let the poor die from epidemics instead of helping treat them.

Google up (or better yet, another appropriate search engine) “infinite energy magazine”. Instead of impoverishing everybody based on NOT-science, we could support some real science and get deserts blooming again like Israel did.
