Remember the Chavista from 2009 who wanted to copy Chavez? Mad Mel is back!

There is an ongoing scandal happening in my wife’s natal country of Honduras.

Xiomara Castro, the wife of former president of Honduras Manuel Zelaya, recently won the presidential election in Honduras. The new Congress had a session a few days ago. The incoming “diputados” had an election for the president of Congress and everybody got a surprise. Instead of electing Mad Mel’s pick, they elected Cadiz, from the same (chavista) Libre party, to the post to preside over Congress.

Surprise! He wasn’t Xiomara’s pick. And Congress erupted. Some diputados climbed up to the seat of the chair and grabbed one of the guys on the dais by the shirt, some shoving and fighting ensued, and chaos! A lot of the elected Libre diputados voted with the Partido Nacional (that’s the more sensible one) to elect Cadiz. So he is the official legal one.

The swearing-in for Xiomara Castro was today. Kamala Harris was there, and so was the King of Spain.

The outgoing president stayed away, breaking with the tradition of the outgoing president handing over the presidential sash (the thing that drapes over the shoulder) to the incoming president. The president of El Salvador was going to attend but declined at the last moment. Almost nobody but Kamala and the King of Spain came.

My wife armed a loud scandal over the fact that to mark the occasion, the new presidential entourage took those two “honored guests” for a banquet at the open-air “people’s” diner, called Patio Tipico. My wife is so embarrassed for Honduras. The usual protocol is to bring them to the Presidential Palace.

To amplify the scandal, Xiomara Castro (what an apt last name), brought along her choice for president of the Congress and presented him as such to the visiting dignitaries. Reporters for the most serious TV channel in Honduras were scandalized by the venue. My wife says there are presidential facilities for such occasions.

I gotta say. Poor country. I stole away the National Treasure of Honduras (my wife).

Who does censorship of factual “misinformation” by control freak factions? Check. Who rounded up more than 600 political prisoners? Check. Who tortures those political prisoners with beatings like the one that blinded the victim in one eye? Who invited those subjects into the Reichstag by cops and harangued into it by Ray Epps and his agents provocateurs colleagues? Check. Who labeled the other-party voters as “domestic terrorists”. Check. Which party has a completely controlled and obedient press. Check. Operation Mockingbird. Check. Memphis syphilis experiments. Check. National socialism. Check. Plans for war against Russia. Check. For what purpose did the FBI have at least twelve agents and informants to gin up a fake flag operation in Michigan just before the 2020 election? With thousands of sworn affidavits (under penalty of perjury) with eyewitness testimony of criminal activity relating to the 2020 elections by elections officials in more than four swing states, and instantaneous drops of way over 100,000 Biden votes in the middle of 2020 election counting night, and evidence uncovered of count tampering in vote-counting computers, who did all that appear to benefit? What if Biden’s campaign boast in 2020 of the biggest and best election fraud operation in history was not just another dementia moment, but a “Freudian slip”? And why does everyone pretend it didn’t happen? Demobots ignoring it because it exposes the fact that they selected a man in stages of mental decline to govern, Reprobots because it was evidence of that plus they did not want to appear cruel to the elderly?

Honduras falls down

On November 28, 2021, Honduras has apparently elected leftist Xiomara Castro, spouse of discredited former president Manuel Zelaya who attempted an auto-coup in 2009 that was blocked when the Honduran Supreme Court ruled in favor of the petition by “Fiscal General” (equivalent to the U. S. Attorney General) to block his unconstitutional “referendum” to call for a constitutional convention.

There have already been infighting among the alliance of the two parties that won victory in that election, the socialist “Libre” party, and the the “Anti-corruption Party”.

The “Liberal Party” supported the removal of Zelaya in 2009 and transitional presidency of Roberto Micheletti, both of whom were of the same party. Zelaya’s crimes are listed in another blog post of mine elsewhere. The LIibre party was formed by followers of Manuel Zelaya.

The “Anti-corruption Party” was formed by Salvador Nasrallah, the most famous sportscaster in Honduras.

The “Libre” party, being of socialist principle and allied with the Chavez-Maduro regime in Venezuela, the post-Castro Communist regime in Cuba, and the regime headed by Daniel Ortega, who in earlier years served seven years behind bars for bank robbery.

In view of the lifetime dictatorships of the socialist regimes in those three countries, it is not pleasant news. My wife, from Honduras, is now disillusioned from the idea of ever retiring to Honduras.

I try to help her see the future that is forming up in the States, but it’s hard for Latinos to think the States are in the same category of trouble, even with the Biden-Harris regime in power and antifa Brownshirts and Only (Marxist) Black Lives Matter running rampant when they are sent to the streets by the same dark operators that sent “fellows of a baser sort” after Trump rallies in 2016.

“Open Borders” is a government policy, not a “libertarian” government policy

Open Borders, as the term is currently used in political discussions these days, is better understood as a government policy having nothing to do with a libertarian society. Open Borders government policies interfere with private property rights.

To help clarify the point, consider that a true non-governmental, libertarian “Open Borders” policy would be blocking all persons from crossing the border at government-run checkpoints, and making them all do their border crossing through private properties. And allow private volunteers to enforce private property rights.

Property owners along the border would be the strongest blockers to border crossings. Including obviously Latinos. One or another border property owner would do some virtue signalling thing and say Come One, Come All, but before long he’d charge transit fees or just reverse course after all the littering and vandalism and theft and dealing with coyotes.

Capitalism is a human right

According to merriam-webster.com:

Full Definition of capitalism : an economic system characterized by private or corporate ownership of capital goods, by investments that are determined by private decision, and by prices, production, and the distribution of goods that are determined mainly by competition in a free market

“Human rights” is a much-abused term today, but the libertarian non-aggression principle (I prefer the term ZERO-aggression principle) encapsulates the basic and essential idea of human rights.

Protection and respect for another person’s individual life, his body, and his property are minimum requirements for all true “rights”. Nobody has a human right to others’ lives, bodies, or properties.

By implication, capitalism properly defined, is a corollary of the ZAP.

January 6, 2022: Reichstag 2.0, American Remake

January 6, 2022 the actions in Washington, D. C. will go down in future history as a replay of Hitler’s sending thugs to burn down the German Reichstag to provide an excuse to grab totalitarian powers.

We keep hearing here and there about Trump supporters themselves resisting the provocations from people like Ray Epps to enter the Capitol building. There were of course way too many gullible, naive ones that did what they were told by these wolves in sheep’s clothing.

Here is a link to another new example coming out about one guy who is quoted saying he did NOT like what he saw, which was doorways that were open, as if it were an invitation to demonstrators to enter.

Alex Jones is on video telling people to behave and stay outside the Capitol in the area that was permitted. He’s now in legal trouble because he was there. Roger Stone made the wise choice of refusing the Secret Service escort to the Capitol area that was offered to him. Maybe he suspected “Something rotten in Denmark” to borrow a phrase from The Bard.

More than one video show Ray Epps agitating demonstrators to “go into” the Capitol. There’s apparently no evidence he himself ever went in, but he sure did push for it. Revolver.com did an excellent job of compiling enough snippets from the videos that are public to show several people who were orchestrating the breach, resulting in Matt Goetz coining the word “fedsurrection” for what happened that day.
