It is delusional to think that Russia is free from the same hegemonic shenanigans as the USA. After all the same elites have controlled the rulers in the Soviet Union and the USSA through the 20th into the 21st centuries. Did the puppets of that same clique just give up Russia to altruistic servants all of a sudden? Every one of the several very high-level Russian intelligence defectors that I have heard about have said that Russian military schools have always taught that the first strike wins a nuclear war and that Russia must deliver it.

Even as he has the more “righteous” stances in these confrontations, Putin still declares publicly that he thinks the Glasnost and Perestroika days and the dissolution of the Soviet Union were major disasters, and of course whether said or not, he and his fellows mean to correct it.

Present two faces to the world, pretend that either one is played against the other, offer the masses two sides to take, wind it up, then let it spring into action.

I agree that war is coming between the powers, but to say Hugo Chavez just wanted to protect his people from American oppression? Really Mr. Roberts? Lincoln may have been a tyrant and he should know, but he said “You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can’t fool all of them all of the time.”

They are the “good guys” in the Ukraine thing, the USSA started it, but they are also not sinless. Christians do appreciate their toleration there, it’s better than in the US now it seems like. Despite the propaganda we hear today about Arab attacks, the Irgun and Lehi had already made clear they were in a de-facto war against the Palestinians living within the borders they wanted. The massacre at Deir Yassin made their plans clear, made even more clear by the fact that the town had declared itself neutral and had been one of the friendliest to its Jewish neighbors.

Back to my original point, which is that the rule also has a deductive corollary, the non-aggression principle, and the time of the Judges shows that God favors anarchism, freedom from coercion and theft, when the people themselves follow it and enforce it. If enough people (population critical mass) don’t appreciate this freedom, or demand serfdom like the leaders of Israel did in the first book of Samuel, well, God did not make us robots.

Middle East Lead-up To Prophecy Fulfilled

The American Christian Establishment, infiltrated by a false theology that condemns the ancient Sanhedrin and Pharisees and Saducees, and yet justifies worse behavior by their modern “spiritual descendants”, as one Israeli rabbi proudly proclaimed. It is a viewpoint not often repeated, lest they lose their support from American Christians. These Christian spokespersons mistake flesh and spirit, earthly and heavenly, works and grace. They call evil good, and good evil.

Deir Yassin was only one of dozens of massacres of civilians by the Zionists. There were reports of killings of groups of Jews as well, including at a Haifa refinery where the Irgun (that’s Menachem Begin’s “militia”) threw a bomb into a group of Arab employees which provoked a reaction, killing several Jews.

Ilan Pappe, a Jewish-Israeli historian, documented the events as an “ethnic cleansing” of Arabs.

WHAT ABOUT THE CHRISTIANS?

One item that usually goes unmentioned is the great number of Palestinian Christians. Around the time of these events, they numbered almost half, or about half, of the Palestinians. The founder of one prominent independent Christian missionary movement associated with “the Jesus People” of the 1960s and 1970s went to Israel about that time thinking of establishing kibbutzes, but found himself dining with a Palestian medical doctor who had been reduced to working as a janitor.

Between the Zionist “affirmative action” program that favors ethnic Jews, including and especially Ashkenazi Jews over all other groups, and the radical elements of Islamists among Palestinians and other Arabs, the Palestinian Christians have migrated in great numbers elsewhere. There remain some, in any case, in the “West Bank”, and persecutions by Islamists in Gaza have pushed down their apparent numbers there too.

When Zionists and their friends say that the PLO in its charter demanding dissolution of the state of Israel, “pushing them into the sea”, it was just the way of the propagandists of interpreting the clause in the PLO charter that called for a state in Palestine that treated Jews, Christians and Muslims equally.

Even if the PLO were a cover for Islamists, it was a recognition of the numbers of Christians among the pre-war occupants of the land of Palestine.

For the Christians who base their support in theology, Remember..

(1) “I will bless them that bless thee, and curse them that curse thee”:

—This promise was to Abraham, but if you want to apply it to his seed, you have to consider what God did to the kingdom of Saul, of Ahaz and Jezebel (the dogs ate her body), and the long list of other wicked kings of Israel. Even before the book of Judges, God himself brought invaders to the land when the people began worshipping the false gods and idols of the pagan neighbors, and sacrificing their infants to Molech, and only rose up liberators when they repented and cried out to him.

With Jesus’ birth, life, death, burial and resurrection, and their meaning, though, “Israel” and “seed of Abraham” take on new meaning, as Jesus himself made very clear, unambiguously.

(2) Genesis 22:18 And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.

—Remember it’s “..because thou hast obeyed my voice…” Because of that obedience, there was always “a remnant” among the descendants that also obeyed God’s voice, and finally there came the fulfillment of that promise in Jesus Christ.

It is not a promise that God will use the unbelievers in Israel who reject their own prophets’ messages about the Messiah to bless the Earth. It is the promise that the Saviour of Mankind would be borne of his descendants. Mankind is indeed blessed.

Buchanan on Cold War Hype

I like the way he puts current “crises” in historical context, giving them better perspective. I don’t always agree with everything but he makes much more sense than most “conservatives” that have the blessing of Big Corporate and Crony Media (That includes Fox News by the way, from which he is generally conspicuously absent). By the way, the Dems are joining McCain in calling for a new Cold War, though not as loudly, because they play partisan politics (meaning power politics) more faithfully than Repugnants.

One paragraph in his article helps mitigate the neocon warmongers’ caricatures of Putin:

He allows U.S. overflights to Afghanistan, cooperates in the P5+1 on Iran, helped us rid Syria of chemical weapons, launches our astronauts into orbit, collaborates in the war on terror and disagrees on Crimea and Syria.

In many ways, Putin is acting more sensibly than the USSA in other ways too. Government schools do not have any official ban on Bibles, and many education directors are inviting distribution of them, for example. They didn’t quite manage the transition to hybrid markets (part free market, part central planning) managed by a central bank as well as the Chinese.

Brits have told me that the movie Braveheart jump-started the somnolent modern separatist movement in Scotland. In the same way, I suspect some post-Cold-War movies (1990s) like the movie Air Force One, in fact, may have “plowed the ground” in Russia for Putin’s parliamentary successes.

D. James Kennedy(*) did a program once around “St. Patrick’s Day”. He said the Pope had to “send an army” to subjugate the Irish to Papal hegemony. (as late as the 10th or 11th century?). (And maybe more than once?)

In those years, he tells us, there arose “convents” all around the island, with men, women, families, babies and all living communally, and often the guide, or leader, of the group was female. (“..There is no male nor female.. in Christ Jesus..”, spiritual equals but individuals).

By the way, Thomas Cahill also wrote about Patrick’s blast at the British clergy for their silence before the slave traders. Born a Brit, but having “become all things to all men”, Patrick wrote to in a scathing letter bishop, “Is it our fault we are born Irish?”.

In a famous prayer by Patrick, also, it was all Jesus and no other intercessor. “Jesus in me, Jesus above me, Jesus around me…..”

Cahill went easy on the Catholic version by saying it was just a matter of one meeting where “our apostle” (Peter) “can beat up your apostle” (Patrick) that brought them into Papal rule. This is evidence also that they were independent.

Lo and behold, tucked in the middle of the article is a paragraph that tells about the Number One Hamas billionaire who started off in a Palestinian organization that got funding from Israeli government sources, raised funding in the United States from Muslims, got off of terrorism charges way too easily, and became a conduit of funds to al Qaeda, according to the article, including funds involved in the September 11 attacks.

A commenter notes that the article failed to mention the millions donated to Hamas by the US.

University of California at Santa Barbara Associate Professor Mireille Miller-Young was charged with one count each of grand theft, vandalism and battery in connection to the March 4 incident involving 16-year-old Thrin Short, her older sister, Joan, and other pro-life activists who were holding signs in a free speech zone on the campus when the profescid
sor went berserk.

Miller-Young, who remains employed by the university, and her attorney, Catherine Swysen, did not respond to requests for comment. The charges reportedly carry the possibility of jail time, but sources close to the matter say Miller-Young is likely to be ordered to pay a fine, perform community and undergo counseling when she’s sentenced on Aug. 14.

According to a police report on the March 4 incident, Miller-Young told police that she was pregnant and was “triggered” by the protesters’ signs and the graphic images depicted on them.

During the debate for the bill to ban “partial birth abortion”, one U.S. Senator demanded to hear from an opponent (Feinstein or Pelosi, one of them) exactly at how many inches of head or neck or brain had to be in or out of the birth canal to count as a human being. Remember, in the partial birth abortion procedure, the legs and arms are out in the air already kicking and waving and sometimes flailing.
