Joe McCarthy and history – real history

Personal insults are ridiculously useless with me, militant atheists and anti-creationists and people who think government is the answer to all social and economic ills have already nullified it. I’m immune to it now, I was the brunt of the bullying and the insults  all through K-12, and that was enough.

The “low blows” ever after following WWII to this day have been from media, textbooks, broadcast, high school and college professors, who told us a backwards inside-out history.

Joe McCarthy was right, there were Communists and spies infiltrating the US State Department. The nice, benevolent “Uncle Joe” of the 1930’s New York Times meant us no harm, his people were prosperous, and we ought to be more like them. By which they meant Joe Stalin, of course.

That’s also history, another “low” for sure. We were lied to all through school. Joe McCarthy is the one who is made the victim of his hearings and investigations, along with anybody else who dares question the “wisdom” of central planning for the nation, solving all the problems from the planners in D.C.

What else have the Powers That Be told us that is a lie?

Battleship Maine, Gulf of Tonkin, syphilis experiments, Operation Paper Clip, the Great FDR Yalta Giveaway of Eastern Europe, western capital infusions to save the Bolsheviks, the Alger Hiss United Nations charter (“Benedict Arnold signs peace with Britain”)… The Federal Reserve Act would put big bankers in their place, they told us.. The income tax would never apply to anybody making less than $600,000 they told us in 1913 (when you could get one ounce of gold for $25 from the government). In 2012, it takes $38,125,680 to get the gold that $600K got you back then.).

…Weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, no nation-building (2000), Fast and Furious, “Arab spring”, “If you like your insurance that you have right now you’ll be able to keep it”, no taxes for anybody making under $250K, the most transparent administration in history, a new attitude toward Latin America, NDAA respects constitutional protections, it’s not a tax, it is a tax, it’s not a tax.. If I don’t turn this economy around in four years, I deserve to be a one-term president… Honduras 2009 was an illegal coup..

Regulations hurt workers and poor more than profits

Regulations are guilty of many more deaths at their hand than all the corporations.

Government doesn’t know what they’re doing, or worse yet, maybe they do know. They tell natural healthy food vendors that they cannot tell people about the healing properties of their bread.

Why? Because BIg Pharma writes the regulations! Big Agribusiness writes the regulations! Their little marionettes in Congress take the payofffs —“legally”— and (1) make the laws that (2) turn the FDA and the FEC and the Commerce Department into little fiefdoms that make up their own arbitrary laws and call them regulations. A grand unspoken (or at least quiet hidden) understanding between BIg Corporations, Big Government Congress, Big Government Executive, and Big Little Dictatorships.

Big Pharma wrote big sections of Obamacare. Big insurance probably did too!

The family farm is more endangered than any whale or shark or spotted owl, or exotic fauna.

Janet Napolitano showed her love for Big Agriculture Corporatocracy when she tried to criminalize the family farm using the fraudulent cover-mask of “the children”. The worst thing for the children –and for all of us–
is if the family farmers have to lose their farm to the BIg Corporatocracy we have in the Federal Government and the White House today.

It was a difficult emotional transition for me when I realized that the leftist sputtering so much demagoguery were really operatives for the worst cartel of their own parodies of “the rich”.

Got to get rid of the warmongering thieves that justify their robbery from the citizens with excuses of war and “helping the poor”.

Uncle Joe (remember Stalin) out of our doctors’ offices, out of our pockets, chase them off our family farms, our natural food stores, and send them packing.

Theft is theft, even if it’s by majority vote.

Deliver the captives! Set at liberty them that are bruised!

Stossel tried to open a lemonade stand – in New York

You won’t believe what it took him. Just for a lemonade stand!

I think it takes 17 permits to open a restaurant in New York. It took one small business-woman a full two years to open a small ice cream shop in San Francisco, in a storefront that had been idle for something like five years!

In Midway, Ga., a 14-year-old girl and her 10-year-old sister sold lemonade from their front yard. Two police officers bought some. But the next day, different officers ordered them to close their stand.

Their father went to city hall to try to find out why. The clerk laughed and said she didn’t know. Eventually, Police Chief Kelly Morningstar explained, “We were not aware of how the lemonade was made, who made the lemonade and of what the lemonade was made with.”

Give me a break. If she doesn’t know, so what? But kids trying their first experiment with entrepreneurship are being shut down all over America. Officials in Hazelwood, Ill., ordered little girls to stop selling Girl Scout cookies.

These people will get caught eventually in their own snares, because the house of freedom they are pulling down will come crashing down on top of them with it, just like Stalin’s fellow Party bosses in Russia who fell to their master’s own firing squads to be replaced with people who couldn’t compete with him.

But there is always a remnant of people who think freely. Many Americans are waking up to the message of freedom, of loving thy neighbor as thyself, which is what freedom from top-down control is…
