U. S. and State Governments Aiding and Abetting Criminal Brownshirts Leftists Now?

August 20, 2017

Yahoo/AP distorts the facts in their article about Charlottesville. What else is new?

Everyone who paid attention knows that one group in Charlottesville came with a permit, working getting the required permit, and intending to peaceably assemble. They had the legal right to be there.

If the ALT-LEFT had not announced with follow-through credibility that they intended to shut down that rally, there would have been no problem. Conservatives and Christians are already shut out of Operation Mockingbird Media, the Old Grey Lady Ossified Official Press, and increasingly censored out of private but de-facto public forums and arenas like Social Media sites, Google, Twitter, and so on.

But the counter demonstration as the media calls it included the very violent masked marauders of the fascists of  “antifa” who came with soda cans filled with concrete and other lethal weapons, one flamethrower caught on video, and marched straight toward the rally.

So what did the “authorities” do? Governor McAuliffe, who knew that a federal judge had ruled that the rally had a CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to speak, and that he had time to provide and coordinate PROTECTION for this assembly, he declared a “state of emergency” so he and the mayor could shut down the rally, and make sure they joined the message to the country that they will not tolerate free speech to the right of Josef Stalin or Pol Pot.

So how did they proceed? Just before they began to speak, for starters, the police declared it an “unlawful” assembly. With a permit they got legally, remember, and for a rally for which the organizers had been coordinating with the police.

Then they sent the police in to remove the rally attendees from the site of the rally.

The police “escorted” the rally attendees directly into the violent “counter-protestors”, who were waiting for them with all their weapons. When the inevitable physical battle began, the police FLED the scene, telling one reporter they were pulling back because it was “too violent”.

What in the world are police for? First, there was plenty of warning from the left Brownshirts that they intended to force the rally to shut down.

So instead of protecting citizens who came to (freely) assemble and (freely speak), who disavowed violence, and prepare to block the declared criminal intent from the Brownshirt leftists, they proceeded to shut down the rally for those Brownshirts.

In other words, the Governor and the Mayor joined the criminals. The fascist “Antifa” members who are willing to speak publicly claim it is not really organized are liars, because you cannot have that many popping up everywhere in these highly coordinated actions without some kind of patronage, financial support, and organization. This is something that in a sane country cries out for some harsh RICO action.

But what if these leftist Democrat and RINO-dominated federal and state governments are joining the criminals in de facto censorship? What if Romans One is happening before our eyes, with people who have turned their backs on God getting given up by God to rot in their own reprobate minds?

Gov schools vs. Parents’ Choice

August 1, 2015

Not to worry. If a nearly illiterate 3rd grade dropout and single mother like Sonya Carson in one of the poorest and most violent areas of the nation in Detroit’s slums, can raise her boy become a pediatric neurosurgeon, then the children who depend on their parents’ decisions for their education have a much better hope than government indoctrination factories.

Because “free” government schools are not free at all. They come at a cost of an education in the real world. The cost is to the generation that they indoctrinate. The government in those books is always the best one you can have (wink wink) and the rulers look out for you (wink wink).

USA gov centers spend twice per student over private schools average, with much better consistent scores. Minneapolis, D.C., and Florida with vouchers programs showed that the effect has nothing to do with them being better students, they became better students.

Jaime Escalante showed that too. His calculus students were accused of cheating in the AP test because the rulers couldn’t believe it. The Teachers Unions went to war against him till he finally returned to Bolivia disgusted.

My youngest boy’s kindergarten teacher taught her students as much as they could learn her first year, she told me. The next year the principal told her to slow down, the first grade teacher had nothing to teach them they didn’t already know.

But it’s not just the academic quality of the education, or that they government indoctrination centers (GICs) teach their own version of history that treats the current conquering rulers the best. The natural nuclear family unit is the best fortress against damage to the children of the next generation by the ruling political class. And respect for the property and economic freedom of families is the best defense against economic assaults by those who have more against those who have less.

Governments want the people to identify first as faithful compliant subjects, above family and above religions. They hate independent religious thinking. That’s why the USA national government (a “federal” government would respect its member states) treats religious thinking as the enemy. They might deign to allow an exemption for a religious organization, for tactical purposes only. Doing so drives a wedge between the organization’s leaders and its outside followers, makes them beholden to the rulers for the “exemption”, recruits some of them in getting its followers to go along, trains the layperson to go along too, and provides a fraudulent but thin cover story for respect for freedom of religion, while making people forget that religious freedom is an INDIVIDUAL’s NATURAL AND GOD-GIVEN RIGHT.

Letting governments control what students learn is the best way to heard them toward groupthink under tyranny.  Anti-government web sites are one of the new enemies in government-approved crime shows. But they should be encouraged. When everybody follows the government-mandated thinking on who is enemy, that is the kind of world George Orwell warned against.

Gov propaganda training? Enough!

Maduro caled for peace in Venezuela? Really? Maduro?

April 6, 2014

This is an open letter to Jacob Hornberger of the Future of Freedom Foundation, in reaction to his article of April 5, 2014, at http://www.lewrockwell.com. I am copying it to my blog at http://www.trutherator.wordpress.com.

His article is found here:
http://www.lewrockwell.com/2014/04/jacob-hornberger/us-out-of-venezuela/

Mr. Hornberger,

I’m an anarcho-capitalist that found out with Ron Paul’s campaign in 2008 that my 40-year-old views had lined up with what are called “libertarian”, and as a former missionary that lived since early 1970s in Latin America or in Hispanic-dominated Miami-Dade Count. My ex-wife is from the Dominican Republic and my wife is from Honduras. I plan on retiring in Honduras. I hope it will not be overwhelmed by a socialist regime such as Maduro’s. What they have today would be better, but I hope to add to the libertarian conversation in Honduras.

I have a personal interest against USG and UN interventions around the world. Foreign aid and drug wars are killing men in great numbers in my wife’s country -and killing their economy. Maybe the new special economic regions, designed artfully with the help of some libertarian economists from the US and from the Mises-associated institute in Guatemala will help them. I hope.

No doubt the CIA is around somewhere doing whatever they do, and let us be honest here: Neither of us knows what they are really doing, except in general terms. I used to think we could presume they consistently support American capitalist interests. After Honduras, Libya, Syria, with the evidence from these episodes of the USG helping socialist dictators and its purported Number One enemy to gain power in these places, I’m not so sure. Honduras I know best; and they did not hide their efforts to support the socialist dictator there.

I am surprised and a bit irritated at the reaction to regimes like Maduros’. Especially since I read it on http://www.lewrockwell.com.

Before I get to why, I totally agree with your concluding paragraph:

Leave Venezuela to the Venezuelans. If private Americans wish to involve themselves in the controversy, that’s fine. But the U.S. government should butt out entirely. What happens in Venezuela is none of the U.S. government’s business. Unfortunately, given the secret nature of the U.S. national-security state, the American people will never know the extent of U.S. involvement in the Venezuelan crisis until the CIA’s files on the matter are opened several decades from now.

Maybe they’ll open the files, maybe not, but I doubt that any files that will be available either now or later will reveal anything on the subject worthwhile, and more likely misleading.

But it is an amazing spectacle to see all the well-deserved condemnation of probable USG involvement, and absolutely nothing about what the Venezuelans might actually want in reality independently of both the American government and their own dictatorship.

I don’t remember any such outrage over Obama’s demands and Hillary Clinton’s interventions in Honduras to try to force them to put the socialist dictator Manuel Zelaya.

The American ambassador to Honduras at the time, Hugo Llorens, made an appearance in a commercial aired by the Zelaya regime, propaganda to get public support for his very unpopular effort for his so-called “referendum” (later relabeled “survey”).

Hillary Clinton made a personal call to Roberto Micheletti to resign, which would of course make it easier to force Honduras to take Zelaya back as the dictator he already was.

This “referendum” horrified Hondurans, because they knew three things for sure. (1) One, the thing would be fraudulent. They know their politicians. (2) Two, Zelaya had already advocated presidential re-election (already defined as “treason” by the Honduras constitution because of earlier attempts at lifetime presidencies. (3) Three, and worst of all, it would open up for more fraudulent “elections” to create an irrevocable socialist dictatorship, Chavez style, in Honduras.

There was one piece that circulated on the Internet at the time, how Zelaya “brought the country together”. Every group of any significance at all in those days demanded first his resignation and then supported his removal and the constitutional successor government of Micheletti. Half the population filled the plazas of the biggest and the smallest cities and villages to say so. The Chambers of Commerce, BOTH major political parties, ALL the Congress (elected by the same people that voted for president), the Catholic Church (Zelaya’s mob had to import a priest), all the Protestant churches, all the unions (except the hopeless teachers’ union, that had them on strike more than in the classroom literally by count of days– for the previous three years), and EVERY ex-pat in a forum where I was member.

What’s the CIA going to do there? What can they do? Why would they waste a dime getting the country to get rid of somebody they did not want?

Oh, yeah, because Soros wants power. But no doubt HIS dirty hands were in the pot FOR Zelaya. Keynote speaker at the regional summit the November previous.

Hondurans got panicked at the prospect of fixed elections creating another Cuba or Venezuela in their country. They vote with their feet by getting to the States at the first opportunity.

Why is it so hard to understand that so many Hondurans, or even Venezuelans, hate the serfdom of socialism, along with the miserable poverty it brings?

Maduro bragged in his op-ed in the New York Times about universal health care? Oh get out! The poor have to bring their own sheets into hospitals and sleep on the floor there! We’re already getting our own taste of that bitter poisonous “medicine” in the States!

That was the attitude of most of the Hondurans. Fortunately for them, apparently many or most of the richest and most powerful interests were inclined their way. BUT not all; one zillionaire and perennial presidential candidate was fingered in newspapers and “on the street” as the one who smuggled Zelaya back in to the Brazilian embassy (Surprise, Brazilia!)

And it is relevant that Maduro is the heir of the Chavista regime that has meddled in its neighbor’s internal political affairs and tried its best to save the imposition by external Force of a dictatorship that had no regard for anything but seizing power.

The phony pro-Zelaya demonstrations had some genuine bodies, but it was mostly marching-for-hire. They poured so much money into the country that the lempira went up a full 10 percent against the dollar for those several months!

Zelaya admitted in a Univision interview that he had won the election by fraud by saying that all elections have fraud.

After 2009, I have followed events in Venezuela.

Please note an unsung development in Latin America. It’s hard to see its long-term effect, but it has been noticed by some statesmen “down south”.

Honduras changed history in Latin America with its reassertion of some constitutional order inside its borders, such as it is. Don’t get a smug face about it; they did better in 2009 than the US has done in recent years. Will Obama in 2016 declare a federal election nationwide to vote for a new constitution? That momentum is building, from both the phony “right wing” and the phony “left wing”.

After the 2009 elections in Honduras, the president of El Salvador of the former “leftist” guerrilla party, declared dead the move to join Venezuela’s petro association. The mayor of Caracas demanded the importation of “cojones” from Honduras. Freedom-minded Latins were inspired all over. Honduran ex-pat communities felt relief unspeakable. Brazilian Congressmen went back to Brazil with the news that the entire Brazilian community living in Honduras were engraged at Zelaya’s refuge in their embassy.

No doubt Paraguay had Honduras in the back of their minds when they impeached and dethroned their own dictator aspirant for his dictatorial acts. Venezuela’s caudillo government whined about another CIA-backed coup.

It’s a political safe bet down south (and apparently among some libertarian circles in the US today too) to blame the CIA and the US for all their troubles.

Maybe the CIA is trying for a coup in Caracas, given the atmosphere in Latin America today. Soros has his fingers everywhere. He would love to have a dictatorship to deal with, to give him good deals, good power, after all…

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

P.S. There are videos of the police shooting at protestors there. There is video on youtube of Chavistas shooting into the million-person march (literally) in cold blood that resulted in twelve people dead. A false flag coup distracted the world’s attention from this slaughter of civilians and a de-facto socialist coup ensued thereupon by outing anti-Chavez military to purge them. These “CIA lackeys” and “coup plotters” got no punishment at all, they were cleared by the *Chavista* Supreme Court of all charges, with military pensions and all honors retained. And it was a “CIA” coup?

Can people be more gullible?

A libertarian answers Reason Magazine’s “conservative” case for gay marriage

October 8, 2013

A. Barton Hinkle has written an article found at Reason Magazine contributing reasons he believes conservatives have for supporting same-sex marriage, other than the old boiler-plate equality argument:
http://reason.com/archives/2013/10/07/a-conservative-case-for-gay-marriage

Being of libertarian persuasion myself, I think the government should not only get out of the business of telling people who to marry or not to marry, but get out of the business of “licensing” anybody at all to marry. There should be no benefit to marrying or not marrying, at all. Or any government-with-guns favored behavior at all.

But some of these things deserve answering in the context outside of that, because too many libertarians mistakenly think that supporting such a thing in general is a libertarian cause. I say that because their arguments show it.

(1) Gay marriage is good for “the institution of marriage.

Just because you’re under the illusion that “gay marriage” means more marriages does not make it so. I say illusion not because it necessarily means the opposite but because this assertion is a facile kind of argument, along the lines of the superficial supposition that anything government does for a group is good for them. That’s not an analogy to the argument, it’s just to say that this “reason”, at least the reasoning, does not take into account the unintended consequences, which is something libertarians are supposed to specialize in.

In fact the author recognizes some of this anyway when he admits that marriage between cats and mice would not strengthen the institution of marriage.

And one more thing, simply saying that “gay marriage” gets gay people to buy into a “(conservative)” value set (parentheses his), presupposes that a “conservative” value set including marriage with commitment would include the idea of same-sex marriage, something that a great many conservatives of course sharply disagree with.

In fact, gay marriage is another big blow to the institution of marriage and of the natural family. Not to mention intellectual honesty and common sense. The first one was easy divorce, which I view as a symptom rather than cause. Gay marriage is the second. Some groups advocating “gay marriage” already –quietly of course– include polygamy in their list of demands. After that will be group marriages.

But what this movement is really about is not about equality. It is driven more by powers and shadowy groups that seek to end the institution of marriage altogether, and absolutely fits what I used to support as a college-age Communist, full-blown. It’s part of the platform of the Communist Party, as listed by Karl Marx himself in the Communist Manifesto, right alongside central banks and dictatorships.

(2) Gay marriage fosters virtue.

Social conservatives believe sexual promiscuity is bad for the body and corrosive to the soul – that the sexual revolution’s encouragement of licentiousness has degraded social norms and debased our common virtue. If they are right about that, then allowing homosexuals to enter lifetime monogamy ought to be altogether desirable – just as it is desirable for heterosexuals, and for the same reasons.

Muy bonito, as they would say in Latin America. “Allowing homosexuals to enter lifetime monogamy” is desirable. Listen, A. Barton, not one person is America is preventing any “gay couple” in America or anywhere else from “entering lifetime monogamy”. Any gay couple can do that without pretending to be wed in what you called “holy” matrimony.

In fact, it would do the opposite in a number of ways.

One Christian speaker tells about a time when during Q&A, a “gay couple” arose to tell him they were engaged in a monogamous relationships. He asked this “gay man” for “how much” they were monogamous. Say, 100%, 90%, 60%? And the young man answered, “about 80%”. This young man did so apparently without even thinking.

The speaker of course highlighted the difference between “gay marriage” monogamy and heterosexual monogamy in the answer. He said his wife would never tolerate such a “monogamous “marriage”. In fact, almost all Hollywood movies recognize that one “infidelity” breaks the monogamy.

(3) Gay marriage benefits children.

Oh really?! Wow. Almost every social study on the subject has shown that by almost any objective criteria, in general, children raised in a home with both a father and a mother do better later on than those raised in any other family configuration.

In fact, the ACLU argument quoted here, mitigates against their own position, saying that denying same-sex “marriage” is to deny those children “the protection and stability of having parents who are married.” One of the most repeated points made by advocates is that heterosexual marriage is already broken, and they are right.

That’s because there’s so much selfishness, self-centeredness in the culture, and so many more people today than before who have grown up to think they have to claim all their “rights” and so cannot see another’s perspective. (Right here some are thinking I should consider another’s perspectives, but I have and it is irrelevant to the point. So read it again).

The point is, the reasons homosexual marriages are breaking down are part of the same phenomenon that drives the reasons argued for “gay marriage”.

The statement quoted there that “There is no evidence that gay parents are any less effective or loving than heterosexual ones” is actually and factually incorrect. Every relevant study shows a father and a mother in the home is best for the child. The words “less effective” cover a lot of ambiguity. “No evidence” probably means the speaker has avoided seeing it, and when pointed to it, just issues the mantra chant of “bigotry” as if using the word without addressing the issues raised would counter every argument.

(4) Banning gay marriage injects government where it doesn’t belong.

I agree with this, but it’s because marriage itself is something where the government does not belong.

As a matter of fact, demanding the government issue licenses for “gay marriage” is to recognize that government in fact must determine what is the optimal role for a family. Traditionally the entire culture, in fact almost all cultures for millenia, have considered gay coupling as something way outside of marriage, because marriage has always been seen as a natural institution that was best for raising children.

Even demanding “gay marriage” is in a way a demand for the “right” to simulate heterosexual marriage.

Now this really intellectually dishonest argument:

Conservatives content they want to protect the institution of marriage and foster procreation by straight couples. First question: Show me where the Constitution says that is any part of government’s job. Go ahead, I’ll wait.

Yeah, wait all you want, because this belies the obvious, and the use of phrasing “protect the institution of marriage and foster procreation by straight couples” is a misdirection that avoids another strong argument against the “constitutionality” of forcing “gay marriage” on the body politic.

First, I don’t know of even one conservative who points to the Constitution when they say that, so that’s disingenuous. To knock down the argument, you need to address it, not misdirect it like an illusionist.

Second, libertarians do not generally point to the Constitution for the basis for their arguments. Ron Paul has indeed used the constitutionality argument against many things, but he wraps it with the real reasons for his constitutional positions.

Third, SHOW ME ONE OF THE SIGNERS OF THE CONSTITUTION, EVEN ONE, WHO SAID ANYTHING THAT WOULD SUGGEST that they considered a marriage to be anything other than between a man and a woman, and the natural institution for raising children.

I dare anybody to show me evidence for any founding father of the nation or anyone who voted to ratify the Constitution, that might suggest they would think of marriage as anything else. In fact we all know that even marriages without children, after many years, would be considered a marriage that is missing something.

We all know this. We also know that this is why it is not explicit. It would have laughed out of the first draft, along with calls for repealing the laws of gravity, or motion, or biology.

Fourth, procreation has always been understood implicitly as part of the package in marriage. That’s why many states (most?) have required blood tests before issuing a marriage license, because incompatible blood types made a dangerous Russian roulette game for the babies.

So there is a great cost to society in same-sex marriage, and Dennis Prager has shown in detail how this works. They are a minority among “gays”, also, but there is a significant minority among currently practicing “gays” that strongly argue against “gay marriage”, I have heard them.

In fact, if government had not gotten involved in the first place with “licensing” and now we have pastors marrying people by the power vested in them by the state of so-and-so, then there would have been so such clamor, and the idea would have been seen in general with some humor.

MANNING

So now the Army, or someone involved with the case, publicizes Manning’s “gender-confused” past. It reminded me of the scenes in Orwell’s 1984 when dissidents and the independent-thinking were trotted onto the tube all repentant of their sins against the state, and how they now loved Dear Leader.

JUDGE WANTS TO SUPPRESS FREE EXPRESSION TO PUNISH FREE EXPRESSION

Now a judge has said gays can file suit for a pastor’s speech overseas:
http://www.wnd.com/2013/08/judge-foreigners-can-sue-u-s-pastor-over-sermons/

PIPA, SOPA, CISPA, and they’re trying everything they can to create thought-crime laws and censorship. Funny, the judge is saying that maybe this pastor did try to “suppress free expression” by certain groups. So he’ll entertain a suit that demands he suppress the free expression of the defendant. Nobody said statists relied very much on logic.

FINALLY, THE GOVERNMENT CONFIRMS DECADES-OLD “TINFOIL HAT” CONSPIRACY THEORY

Yes, Area 51 actually exists! Now that everybody knows it anyway, the truth can finally be told.
http://www.wnd.com/2013/08/govt-confirms-area-51-exists/

Is anybody apologizing to the tinfoil hat crowd yet? Of course the CIA is saying it was for the training of pilots for the secret U-2 spy plane. Nothing else, I guess. Flights of secret aircraft in the sky, they are unidentified flying objects because the military brass refuses to identify them!

WILL THE STATIST MEDIA NOW ADMIT THEY EXIST?

Me, I’m beginning to realize that not all cultures are ready to accept living peacefully with their neighbors, or even thinking independently. It’s hard enough for Americans in the past to do this with their tradition of small-r “republic” and free speech and the Bill of Rights. I intentionally did not say “democracy”.

THE NATIONAL BLACK REPUBLICAN ASSOCIATION ARE CALLING FOR OBAMA’S IMPEACHMENT
http://www.wnd.com/2013/08/black-republicans-call-for-obama-impeachment/

The NBRA (see their web site here) has posted a list of 10 articles of impeachment against Barack Obama, which you can see here:

OBAMA: WHAT ELSE WOULD AMERICANS SAY, MR. PRESIDENT?

Mr. “kill list” Obama says:

“I am comfortable that the program currently is not being abused. I’m comfortable that if the American people examined exactly what was taking place, how it was being used, what the safeguards were, that they would say, you know what, these folks are following the law and doing what they say they’re doing.”

Yeah, what else would they say, Mr. President? Your NSA now has the dirt on everybody. Now, they get to say, after the heavy chasing after reporters, confiscation of all the communications of all the citizens, brazenly searching through the emails of a hundred AP reporters, kill lists, drones… Who is going to dare you to come after them by blowing the whistle on you now? Another hero like Edward Snowden? We can only hope. Happens in the movies all the time, after all.

This makes Hillary’s Filegate scandal look like respect for the Constitution. Right. (Filegate refers to Hillary getting the FBI files on every member of Congress, yes, every one of them). But now, the feds (who’s running the show up there anyhow?) has the goods on ALL of us.

Hey, maybe there’ll be blowback like there was against Robespierre. The people in Congress may just wake up one day when they realize that going along with the program and taking them money is not going to save their behinds or their family’s either, and do something to force them to admit out loud that their real goal is to just make all their subjects bow down and obey.

Obama also said if Snowden thinks he is right he should come back and face justice and prove his case. Right. Yeah, right. Well now. We live in a country where any judge in the country could get a self-written warrant produced by a federal agent on the spot, one of those Patriot Act orders that makes it a felony for said judge to tell anybody about it.

Like the alien said to the Steve Guttenberg character in the movie Cocoon, “You don’t know who to trust.”

Yeah. Empowered to visit home-schooling families to prevent “hate teaching harmful to the kids”, maybe, they’ve said that before, or farms to make sure Cattle Rancher Jones isn’t “harming” his neighbors by selling them raw milk, you get the picture. These are things people have lost their kids over, and for the milk thing gone to prison over. Already. In America.

3-D IS ACCELERATING THE DESIGN PROCESS FOR NEW AUTO MODELS:

The article says they still aren’t good enough to “print” a whole vehicle, or all the pars to it:

This capability has sparked talk of “printed” cars, and while printing your ride might be an interesting demonstration of the technology’s maturity, it wouldn’t result in a car many people would want to drive. According to Lee Dockstader, vice president of business development for 3D Systems, the ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) plastic body parts that can be printed would likely be non-structural items like fenders, hoods, trunk lids, and door skins, as opposed to frame rails, floor pans, and other components that need to be crash-absorbent. Furthermore, printed cars would be stylistically limited, because printed ABS plastic doesn’t allow for distinctive feature details like creases and lines.

But in another article I recently saw, metals have already been used with one 3D machine:

The Next Level of 3D printing. ” Researchers at North Carolina State University took the technology one step further with the discovery of a method for printing liquid metal (watch above)”:

REPUBLICAN PARTY BOSSES HAVE VOTED AGAINST LETTING CNN OR NBC HOST 2016 DEBATES

The story:
http://www.theguardian.com/world/2013/aug/16/rnc-vote-boycott-cnn-nbc-clinton

Well, bully for them. Looks like CNN and NBC saw what was happening in the real world and that their obvious tilt toward “the left” was not helping anymore.

And Hillary “screwed the pooch” as the expression goes, with her role in Benghazi-gate, heading up the team that left Americans exposed there and then joined the push to lie to the public about a video. She had to know that the narrative was false. Looks like it was some low-level CIA analyst that contributed the false “video” blame, but the CIA quashed it lightning fast, but then the order came from –who??!– to put it back in. What is pretty clear is that the order came back to the CIA to blame the video anyway.

But there’s more than Bengazi waiting for a Hillary campaign. There’s Filegate (illegal suborning of FBI files ON Congressmen and other perceived adversaries), Whitewater, Travelgate, Chinagate, Vince Foster, the insider trading accusation on her commodities market killing, the push to shut up Juanita Broaderick, the mysterious missing Rose Law firm documents she could not find to answer a subpoena, “Hillary-care” (which was even more a blatant in-your-face nationalization of medical practice),

So maybe the cover story didn’t originate there anyway. Sometimes it helps to play a modified version of “Follow the Money”.

NBC says there’s no problem because NBC News is independent from NBC Entertainment. Oh yeah, right! And they both report to whom? They’re always saying there’s no bias, but who does the NBC News staff vote for?

http://www.journalism.org/node/2304

To read a bit more detail about a few of those scandals, click here. Yeah, email-gate too, which should have also fallen under “obstruction of justice”.

I agree with Larry Klayman, her outburst at getting exposed for her own negligence and complicity with the attacks in Benghazi, when testifying before Congress, finally gave the public a slight glimpse of her character and demeanor that Washington insiders see and tell about.

She was madder than hell that anybody would want to know how and why Benghazi happened.

ROBERT DRAPER DOES GOOD COVER-UP ON LIBYA AS GUEST ON C-SPAN:

He interviewed with Libby Casey on C-Span, and I listened for most of it, and it begs for an answer and some corrections:
http://www.c-spanvideo.org/program/HistoryofL
His answer to two callers who called him on his anti-Gaddafi tilt in his assessment of the rebellion and the rebels was that, as he says it, his reporting is based on what Libyans think. To that, I say “So what?” That’s what Walter Duranty said when he was asked why his New York Times reporting about Stalin was so glowing. Of course now we know there was no way he could have avoided knowing about all the atrocities. Just the murders of all his fellow comrades on the ruling committee with Lenin should have been a clue.

Today, of course, the New York Times does not talk about that.

A good study on mass propaganda is the media coverage on Libya and especially Gaddafi and the recent American-led and American-financed overthrow and murder of this irritant to world hegemony everywhere and danger number one of international central bankers with his plan for a pan-African gold-backed currency. Ukrainians are demanding that the pro-Stalin NYT reporter be stripped of his Pulitzer Prize. That’s another “prize” whose decision committees have dragged through the mud by trying to praise the worst of human animals among us who deserve no honoring at all.

Where are the antiwar protestors from the Vietnam War era on this? Well, many of us are still around. Some of us, like me,are still today against all these American wars, but many are now very silent with this kind of atrocity. American rulers are now using not only other peoples’ money (ours) to finance these illegal wars, but now, it’s also other nations people to do the dirty work.

One really big lie was what he told about Towarga. That was where the anti-Gaddafi rebels (now in power in Libya) totally wiped out an entire town of black folks, population 10,000. They were such determined Gaddafi loyalists and refused to join or support the rebellion and fought the takeover. But this deceitful reporter says he spoke with rebels from nearby Misratha, and of course they told him all kinds of bad things the Towargans did against the rebels. This turns out to be what a European reporter had said about what the rebels did to the Tawargans.

He says it’s because of what Gaddafi had promised the Tawargans they did these things, but wait a minute, he promised good things to everybody who would fight on his side.

Maybe there’s a good explanation for why he thinks the way he does. There are no more Tawargans left. Some few survivors might be too afraid to venture outside certain camps where they are kept.

Tawarga is a testament to what even this reporter admitted was among the good things he had to say about Gaddafi. He treated blacks better than any of the other Arab or Muslim leaders. He treated women magnificently, they were treated as equals in his government. This Robert Draper acknowledged this when a caller demanded whether he thought anything Gaddafi had done was good.

What he did leave out was that Gaddafi had stood before the Libyan parliament and had actually repented for his supporting of terrorism previous, and renouncing it for good, and demanding that Israel and Palestine make peace, and then invited the Western nations to come and take away all his nuclear weapons.

Let’s see YOU do that. Will Obama renounce clones, or the financing of hits on enemies or stop spying on Americans?

Here you’ll find a better report on what happened to Tamarga, and in fact, what is happening to blacks all across Libya:
http://news.antiwar.com/2011/09/13/disappeared-thousands-of-libyan-blacks-turn-up-missing-in-rebel-offensives/

Sure enough, if he would have spoken to some of the Tawargan survivors of the “cleansing” (their word) that the rebels had done, he would have gotten a different story.

But then again, maybe he did talk to some of them and isn’t telling.

Tawargans are demanding that NATO and the West is to blame for their plight and that they should therefore provide protection from them. Won’t hold my breath. Now wonder some Muslims think the West is waging another Crusade. Only the warmongers among us that do the sending are not Christians.

KLAYMAN’S CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS AGAINST THE NSA AND THEIR BOSSES IN WASHINGTON
http://www.renewamerica.com/columns/klayman/130617
From the web page:

While James Rosen and Fox News did nothing wrong in reporting on North Korea, Obama and Biden both committed actual crimes in releasing classified information that resulted in the death of 22 SEAL Team 6 special ops forces and harmed U.S.-Israeli military operations and war plans concerning Iran. For this they both should be tried, convicted and thrown in prison.

Klayman has an interesting perspective on what he calls “Obama’s Mein Kampf”, meaning Obama’s press conference where he tried to spin around the Massive Surveillance State:
http://www.renewamerica.com/columns/klayman/130814

None of that “See nothing, hear nothing, know nothing” stuff. In Washington it’s “Total Information Awareness” (search it): “See everything, hear everything, know everything”.

Dig this bit:

Ironically though, by raising the defenses of “phony scandals” and his alleged attempts to reform “intelligence” gathering by the NSA, and create more so-called safeguards for the American people, Obama underscores the hard reality that he has been using and intends to continue using our intelligence services to obtain information to coerce and blackmail the citizenry into pliant submission.

Indeed, during the Clinton years, while Bill and Hillary vociferously disclaimed any role in the deaths of more than 80 key witnesses and others with some involvement in their myriad of scandals, they were happy to have their henchmen leave a list of these dead persons on the office chairs of inconveniently “alive” witnesses like Linda Tripp and other White House whistleblowers, who had the goods on their various crimes. On a smaller scale than Obama’s unbridled massive abuse of government power, this was a not-too-subtle attempt to intimidate and silence them from spilling the beans and providing evidence to send the Clintons to prison, which is where they belong. Outrageously, today, 13 years since the Clintons left the White House, we, the more than 300 million Americans whose confidential communications have been violated by this Muslim megalomaniac, are now the hands-on witnesses of Obama’s attempt to rule and transform the nation as he alone sees fit – by fear. And, we, the American people, are in danger.

But despite last Friday’s dog-and-pony show, We the People increasingly can no longer be fooled.

A growing number of patriots – white and black – people of faith, Christians, Jews and concerned citizens are in the process of waking up from their long slumber of the last five years in particular. We are no longer willing to be made to feel ashamed of our heritage and who we are and are thus losing our sense of guilt that Obama and his ilk have tried to instill upon us, and are preparing to legally fight back.

NSA (1971) … NSA lets out its OWN embarrassing secrets (14 June 2013) …item 2.. New York Times – VENONA AND THE COLD WAR (1999) (Photo credit: marsmet472)

It’s in Spanish for anybody that reads it, but it’s a note from an anti-Castro web site that notes that the Ecuadorian strong-man president told youtube to take down the channel by Ecuadorian Victor Vizcaino, and so they did: http://complicesdecastro.blogspot.com/2012/09/youtube-ha-cerrado-el-canal.html

Has anybody noticed that the so-called “Left” in the United States has stopped using the words “witch hunt” anymore? Oh, yeah, they use the word “McCarthyism“, to try to stop anti-communists from getting an audience. But now the Internet has provided a vehicle for the less powerful to learn and share that McCarthy has been vindicated by the release by the Russians of the Venona papers, which confirm the list of Communist moles that were in and out of the State Department.

And hey, have you noticed that the blacklisting of Communists in Hollywood that supposedly went on in the 1950s has turned into a blacklisting of conservative actors and Christian actors? And meantime, the producer of the true-story based Christian-context movie “End of the Spear” used a homosexual actor for the main character. (Who hates who?)

What Prism Knows: 8 Metadata Facts – Security – Government and

June 21, 2013

What Prism Knows: 8 Metadata Facts:
http://www.informationweek.com/security/government/what-prism-knows-8-metadata-facts/240156956?pgno=2

This paragraph in particular caught my attention, and I don’t think it even includes the IRS-written additions to the tax code as passed by Congress:

With persistent surveillance, Marlinspike said one fear is that by capturing so much information on U.S. citizens, a determined investigator could likely find some type of charges to file against a suspect, given that legal experts estimate that on the books. “If the federal government had access to every email you’ve ever written and every phone call you’ve ever made, it’s almost certain that they could find something you’ve done which violates a provision in the 27,000 pages of federal statutes or 10,000 administrative regulations,” said Marlinspike. “You probably do have something to hide, you just don’t know it yet.”

And get this juicy bit, notice how this Mr. Lewis makes a real sneaky case, like an illusionist trick I’ll explain:

How much metadata should the government be allowed to capture or use? “The drafters of the Constitution did not propose some absolute right to privacy; they … saw privacy as a means to achieve a larger goal, to protect political liberties,” said James A. Lewis, a senior fellow and director of the Technology and Public Policy Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, in a blog post.

His argument: if it safeguards people’s political liberties, then capturing metadata is a useful technique. “The essential political rights are freedom of expression and assembly, freedom from arbitrary detention, and the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances,” Lewis said. “If these four rights are protected, surveillance is immaterial in its effect on civil liberties.”

He points to four essential “political liberties” as if they are the ones that count, as if they are the only ones that count. Note that he left out another very important one, the one that is DIRECTLY violated by the NSA practices (and no doubt by every

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
http://www.usconstitution.net/xconst_Am4.html

Massive metadata collection is absolutely UNREASONABLE. We all know that. Blabbing on about these other four “rights” reminds me of the rich young ruler that obeyed four commandments, but he failed on the biggest one, because he loved his riches more than God.

Whistleblowers tell – Wiretapping one Watergate office, now wiretapping everybody!

June 13, 2013
NSA Spy Center

NSA Spy Center (Photo credit: JamesArtre)

What if the Republicans or Democrats had called for prosecution against Deep Throat? What if the CIA had brought charges? Nixon had an enemies’ list, what if that were a kill list?

What if he had wiretapped not only the Democrats but the Republicans too, and not only political operators but their families, their friends, their acquaintances, and spies, and criminals, and cops, and governors, and Supreme Court justices like Robert Brown, and not only all of those, but every single person living in the United States?

What if this had some connection to Justice Roberts’ sudden change of attitude on the Obamacare decision? Before you answer, remember, PRISM was still called a “conspiracy theory” just ten years ago, and even after the New York Times ran a short article on it.

EDITORIAL: The Whistleblower – Washington Times:
http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2013/jun/11/the-whistleblower/

There are a couple of paragraphs that bring out clearly the difference between Watergate and the more recent revelations:

(A couple of editors’ notes -mine- are in [brackets])

The latest revelations will have no pernicious effect [ed: on
terrorists and enemies] because our enemies assume Uncle Sam has been listening. Al Qaeda operatives use codes, dead drops and encryption to carry out attacks, such as the Boston bombings, under the nose of the mass surveillance. That’s what spies and terrorists do.

[The official record of events is that it took ten years to get at
Osama bin Laden, because he did not communicate using the media that
PRISM grabs.]

Google, Facebook and the other companies play along, denying that the government is directly tapping into their servers. This is an empty assurance, considering that these companies could never legally admit to allowing a tap. The court order authorizing blanket interception of “all call-detail records” from Verizon instructs that “no person shall disclose to any other person that the FBI or NSA has sought or obtained tangible things under this order.”

The next paragraph is a point that has not yet been made:

Such extreme secrecy isn’t about making sure that China or the Taliban never learn about U.S. surveillance capabilities, but about keeping ordinary Americans in the dark about what’s going on. The Nixon administration was brought low by the bungled bugging of the Democratic National Committee headquarters 41 years ago. Now every telephone in the country is tapped. A lot of people are unhappy about it, and we can be sure that the unelected bureaucrats in charge of these powerful surveillance tools will say whatever it takes to keep them.

A few analysts operating in secret have access to every embarrassing photograph, incriminating text message and off-color remark ever made on a telephone or over the Internet. The lesson here, so far, is that if the government won’t tell the public what’s going on, someone will. It’s not the way to run a government, but this government brought it upon itself. The Founding Fathers would never have entrusted power over such information to a handful of men. Neither should we.

The cat is out of the bag, now we all know, the American government has now admitted it, the truth is on the loose and in the wild, wild, untamed wilderness of the Internet. No wonder the president doesn’t like the New Media, Bush didn’t either of course.

CONSPIRACY THEORIES — WHAT ELSE ARE THEY HIDING

In 2012 Old Media was still denying what some of us were protesting against what we knew 20 years ago. As long ago as a six months, the ignored warnings were called “conspiracy theories”.

Nixon was impeached and pushed out of office for covering up the operation to wiretap the phones of the political opposition to listen in to their conversations.

Now, we have a case of two administrations connected with two different political parties, engaging in wiretapping everybody in the nation, not just around the world, and intercepting the communications of ALL of us.

EUROPE (AND RUSSIA AND CHINA) ARE NOT BLAMELESS

Europe is of course acting all indignant, like they would never do such a thing, but the same watchmen who warned about what the NSA is doing have also fingered the Europeans.

Europeans, Echelon is yours too. Western nations trade intelligence, but they also spy on each other. We know this. But this puts some meat to those bones.

NO WONDER THEY HATE THE INTERNET AND NEW MEDIA

No wonder exposed political operatives and politicians don’t like the New Media. The cyber-security flap is all about getting control, however they can. Copyright, patents, security, they’ll use anything to be able to have the Chinese-style “flip switch” that Joe Lieberman pined for, to be able to shut down the Internet with a button controlled from the White House.

The Chinese had a Cultural Revolution too, were upwards of 20 million were killed for thinking different, with a bunch of personal grudges thrown in, no doubt. What makes the Lieberman think he can get an Internet switch without a cultural revolution government?

Why the right to defend yourself includes defense against your government

June 10, 2013

Make no mistake: The INDIVIDUAL right to bear arms is not just a constitutional right, it is a NATURAL individual right that SOME of the Founders demanded be recognized along with the other NATURAL rights recognized in the Bill of Rights as a condition for ratification.

In other words, U.S. citizens to not get their right to bear arms from any constitution. They get it as a natural birth-right along with all the other individual human beings in the world, every one of them. Jews, Arabs, Gypsies, Armenians, handicapped, women, short men, tall men, ugly men and handsome, Cambodians, Chinese, ALL of us.

If a heavily armed local population is a danger to so-called “community safety”, then the INDIVIDUALS that have to live in such a population has an even stronger case for their individual right to bear arms and protect themselves, including, if necessary, forming militia to defend themselves against the Great Enlightened Overlords of the Great Enlightened United Nations and other Dictators’ Clubs who believe that they have to protect the community from itself.

The “leading democratic states” are exposing themselves today as ENEMIES of human rights protections and enemies of the “peaceful resolution” of conflicts. They pretend to work for the people while they are looting them by the force the guns of the armies of the law, confiscating the fruits of the labor of the people. If you don’t like it and speak out you will go to prison.

Bush, Obama, pick your bad guy. Here in the supposedly most “enlightened” ahem, “democratic state”, The USA, let’s see how safe we are. Let me count the ways in which we can feel safe without the means to defend ourselves against crime and tyranny:
