Boston area “shelter in place’ order, Dunkin Donuts exception

Some people are bent out of shape over the accolades GW Bush is getting now that he’s gone. Some are bonkers at the news that he was a lot smarter than most of his critics. Sun Tzu indeed. Feigning slowness of mind.

GW took the last barrier that slowed the exponential growth in Medicare cost. Making unlimited pharmaceuticals available on demand to seniors removed the barrier on seniors providing their own money for it, and instead taking it from the rest of us. Santorum the “conservative” justified his vote in favor by saying he is a “team player”, showing he is NOT on our side, with the people he helped rule.

GW insisted on war based on circle-jerk intelligence sources where the powers that be hide behind “it’s a secret” to tell us why they know this or that. For example, MI-6 and the CIA (or their bosses) made an agreement for Echelon. You spy on ours, we spy on ours, and we tell each other everything.

But don’t worry, we won’t use it on good guys, we won’t use it on you, just “Trust us”.

GW signed into law the worst rights violations up to the day of his time with the Patriot Act. Self-written warrants, leapfrog linked warrantless searches, and worse. I told you guys at the time not to trust this subterfuge of your rights because it will be used against you, just imagine a Hillary using it. Oh, so now Obama simply expanded what GW did. Lefties are silent because he’s “one of them”, as if. But they will be among the first to go down.

That’s right, Aaron Swartz, who was the guy that started the roar that stopped SOPA and PIPA, thank God, but he was a “progressive”. The Justice Department hounded and harassed him into suicide. Presumably it’s suicide, could be, because as far back as the Clintons, Janet Renal was already implementing military tactics into her purview (psy-ops included). Aaron’s Dad said he was sure it was suicide, okay.

But now the House of Representatives has passed CISPA, a bill that’s a lot like the two evil twins of before, with an overwhelming majority.

And get this phenomenal development: The entire town of Watertown, Mass, in the Boston area, was put under martial law under the euphemism of “shelter in place”, with strict curfew for SIXTEEN HOURS. Anybody outside their homes was definitely harassed (there is video) and punished. For 16 hours they searched for the fugitive.

But almost at the instant they lifted their “shelter in place” orders, a PRIVATE CITIZEN was finally able to do what the ENTIRE BOSTON MILITARIZED POLICE FORCE COULD NOT do: find the bad guy. Almost at once.

Feinstein, when she was asked whether she thought somebody should be able to shoot him if he broke into their home, she said she’d rather trust the massive Boston police presence and surveillance than an “assault weapon”.

Oh, yeah, the martial law “shelter in place” order? The police apparently ordered Dunkin’ Donuts to stay open. One cop told them not to worry, “Nobody’s going to get shot”.

Feel safer now?

More permits and restrictions on ownership: NONE would have stopped the Newtown killer

December 15, 2012

NONE of those stupid laws that require permits for possession to keep them out of the hands of unstable personalities would have ever stopped this brutal and evil massacre in Newtown, Connecticut. They were not his own guns! This is the wild suspension of logic that comes out in this discussion!

Robbers can steal guns, and they sometimes clear out entire gun shops. Even with a total ban would only make guns that much more valuable, their price in the gray and black markets would skyrocket. Think military arsenals, and think Fast and Furious.

And think something else, from one of the most important incidents that led to the build-up of SWAT teams in almost every major police department in the country.

In 1997 two robbers entered a Bank of America branch in Los Angeles shooting their “illegally modified fully automatic” AKMs and an AR-15 rifle. They held the entire bank hostage long enough to gather their loot, but when they exited the bank to start their getaway they were met by dozens of LAPD police officers.

The shootout lasted hours. The story splashed the front page of newspapers across the country. A profusion of prose was written about it.

In one of the most untold details of the story, though, was that the weapons those two robbers carried were not only illegal for them to carry, they were Chinese weapons bought on the black market.

There is not one law in the United States that can stop that. The Mexican cartels get most of their weapons from sources outside the United States except when the Obama-Holder Justice Department makes sure they get them. The two most ferocious modern street gangs in the United States and anywhere, MS-13 and 18, make their own mini-bazookas.

When ex-dictator Manuel Zelaya made plans for a comeback, his collaborators in the capital city were using an old tooling shop used for teaching, to make weapons, while the Chavez-Zelaya operatives were training a handful of well-paid “volunteers” to train for a core guerrilla group. Thank God that some 85 percent of Hondurans were not so stupid as to fall for the demagoguery at least at that time, and thank God for the valiant and brave Honduran press and their courageous reporters who braved the assassinations their colleagues suffered at the hands of those government power freaks who want to shut the mouths of lovers of freedom.

Gun laws are not for the criminals or the criminal gangs, in the end. There are lots of well-intentioned people who think guns are the problem, but there are social power engineers who know that a freely armed citizenry can shoot back.

Like Solzhenitsyn said, the Stalinist Secret Police forces would have been a lot more reluctant if the citizens had fought back en masse and protected each other. Those days are coming, no doubt, to America.

The fight will be blamed by the perpetrators and dividers on the freedom-loving citizens, on rednecks, on Christians, on “the right”, on the militias, and incidents like the one in Newtown will be used as an excuse to make the streets more dangerous for the people and to convert citizens into subjects of the regime.

A false flag operation is not beyond their moral stature, it’s been done before, in the United States. The USS Miami in Cuba, the Gulf of Tonkin incident near Vietnamese waters, WMD’s in Iraq, and there are more.

Guns are used to stop crimes

December 15, 2012

There was a series of mass shootings in schools in the 1990s, because the shooters know that it is likely the only ones who might have weapons to shoot back at them are the guards. The first casualty in Colombine was the one guard.

You cannot hire enough armed police to keep students safe in schools where you don’t let anybody else carry. Your best bet is teachers who carry, staff that carry.

“Illegal” should be banned when it comes to guns. The more people that are armed, the better, because it levels the playing field. Two victims in Aurora were military and could have felled the shooter quicker and might have brought their weapons if they were allowed.

In fact if you opened up carrying in all the theaters in America, that would probably be the end of shootings in theaters, for the same reason that hijackers will probably never be able to take down a plane again –like with the infamous “shoe bomber” that turned into a laugh instead of a downed plane over the Atlantic.

If you had to go across a stretch of highway and there are lots of bad guys and none of them have guns but they have big swords and bows and arrows, and someone offered you a pistol, and you knew how to use it, would you take it or decline?

Guns are used to stop something like THREE MILLION crimes a year in the United States.

The problem is the American culture and moral decline. But instead of searching their souls for the soul of America, they blame the guns.

Like Micheal Moore himself admitted in his anti-gun propaganda piece, Canadians own lots and lots of guns and there is very little crime. If easy accessibility were the problem, Canadians would have a lot more incidents like these than the United States.

The Federal Reserve, a Privately Owned Banking Cartel, Has Been Given Police Powers, with Glock 22s and Patrol Cars | Alternet

September 22, 2012

Okay, now a private banking cartel, not part of any government department, is apparently now a fourth branch of federal government. Hidden in the Patriot Act is an unconstitutional establishment of a police force that answers to the Federal Reserve. They have police powers, they can arrest anybody without a warrant, coast to coast, and that “law” says they have access to whatever information they need for enforcing the “law” (general).

Man, how fast is this thing going, and will they eventually just give up trying to put all these things into “the law” and just go straight to arbitrary rule by whim?
