Whistleblower Says Spy Agency Targeting Top American Leaders

NSA whistleblower Russel Tice – a key source in the 2005 New York Times report that blew the lid off the Bush administration’s use of warrantless wiretapping – told Peter B. Collins on Boiling Frogs Post (the website of FBI whistleblower Sibel Edmonds):

Tice: Okay. They went after–and I know this because I had my hands literally on the paperwork for these sort of things–they went after high-ranking military officers; they went after members of Congress, both Senate and the House, especially on the intelligence committees and on the armed services committees and some of the–and judicial. But they went after other ones, too. They went after lawyers and law firms. All kinds of–heaps of lawyers and law firms. They went after judges. One of the judges is now sitting on the Supreme Court that I had his wiretap information in my hand. Two are former FISA court judges. They went after State Department officials. They went after people in the executive service that were part of the White House–their own people. They went after antiwar groups. They went after U.S. international–U.S. companies that that do international business, you know, business around the world. They went after U.S. banking firms and financial firms that do international business. They went after NGOs that–like the Red Cross, people like that that go overseas and do humanitarian work. They went after a few antiwar civil rights groups. So, you know, don’t tell me that there’s no abuse, because I’ve had this stuff in my hand and looked at it. And in some cases, I literally was involved in the technology that was going after this stuff. And you know, when I said to [former MSNBC show host Keith] Olbermann, I said, my particular thing is high tech and you know, what’s going on is the other thing, which is the dragnet. The dragnet is what Mark Klein is talking about, the terrestrial dragnet. Well my specialty is outer space. I deal with satellites, and everything that goes in and out of space. I did my spying via space. So that’s how I found out about this.

Collins: Now Russ, the targeting of the people that you just mentioned, top military leaders, members of Congress, intelligence community leaders and the–oh, I’m sorry, it was intelligence committees, let me correct that–not intelligence community, and then executive branch appointees. This creates the basis, and the potential for massive blackmail.

Tice: Absolutely! And remember we talked about that before, that I was worried that the intelligence community now has sway over what is going on. Now here’s the big one. I haven’t given you any names. This was is summer of 2004. One of the papers that I held in my hand was to wiretap a bunch of numbers associated with, with a 40-something-year-old wannabe senator from Illinois. You wouldn’t happen to know where that guy lives right now, would you? It’s a big white house in Washington, DC. That’s who they went after. And that’s the president of the United States now.

Why they don’t want our children to learn the classics

The classics of literature, the ones that have gone through the test of time,  provide examples of how to think, different ways to think about things, often lift up the best of the principles of living with your fellow man. They stabilize the language.

That’s why people who want to control the masses would want to suppress them. The justification behind these so-called “Core Curriculum” controls issued from the Imperial Capital of Washington D.C., is to prepare the student for the workplace.

That’s not all of it, but even just based on that, you can conclude that the idea is to turn them into good little worker bees.

The better emphasis would be to teach them how to be good little entrepreneurs, good little inventors, how to balance their books and run a business, along with technology. And the limits on what power can do. And the principles of individual rights.

Unionization is a method that socialists and fascists all have found is an excellent method for making the worker bees satisfied with working for their employers, or masters, be they corporate or state or both. With collective bargaining, same as with collective anything, the individuals have to surrender to the “collective” groupthink. For that, they all have to follow somebody, someone, some “one”.

Collective thinking is by definition collective surrender and can only lead to command government that controls the collective thinking. A “queen bee” group arises out of the “collective” that looks a lot like the “oppressors” they overthrew.

Meet the new boss, same as the old boss:
http://lyrics.wikia.com/The_Who:Won%27t_Get_Fooled_Again

Like the unionized soldiers and workers that fought, bled and even died to put the Bolsheviks in power, once they succeeded, they turned around and realized that they had lost all power to demand anything, and that they now had be good little worker bots or else. Their old (Bolshevik) union bosses didn’t have any power like before either, but they got good benefits to keep their charges in line.

The children need to learn to think, but this new curriculum shows that my term for “public schools” has become a perfect fit: “government indoctrination centers”.

Parents, teach your children how to think independently of everybody. I’m glad I had determined during college days to have an “open mind”. You heard that all the time then, because the kids coming into college had been reared by parents who had been through the World-War-II years. My mother drove a cab during that war, because they had taken some 18 million boys for the war. When you take that many laborers out of the workforce, new opportunities open up.

(As a sidenote, the streets were a lot more peaceful in the United States urban areas back then, but me and my sister have joked that with our mother, anyway, anybody who tried anything with her would likely end up regretting it and maybe missing a few appendages..)

The kids have got to be skeptical, especially of government propaganda and “social-justice” organizations that are lifted up by officials praised by politicians and Big-Corporate-Media. Eisenhower warned us about the military-industrial complex, but now there’s this government-media complex.

So when the big bloated federal government comes in and wants to “help” you with your children, beware, and like Michael Crichton said about the climate-gate racket, reach for your wallet.

Forget about Ebonics, they are going to now teach them to read, write and think like bureaucrats and good little servants. They’ll teach them all those good things government does “for the people”, when the reality is, that everything government does is by definition something they are doing to the people, and in almost all cases, against the people.

Because the more power the government has over private lives, of course, the less power the individual person –you, and me, and the other guy– has over his own life.

Hero recovering, shot stopping leftist gunman who brought concealed weapon to shoot up FRC

August 19, 2012

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC – Shameless People Lying Constantly) lists Family Research Council as a “hate” group, because the SPLC and its goosestepping spiritual comrades hate the FRC. By “hate groups” they mean groups of people they hate, because they disagree. There are petty dictators afoot in the land and the organizations that give voice to the views of the 99% are in the way of the Groupthink Tyranny they are forming.
So they call it hate as a Pavlov trick. Don’t get Pavloved.
They prattled on and on about the Colorado shooting, but they barely reported this leftist hater who brought his gun concealed in his bag to shoot up the FRC offices in Washington, D.C., where it is illegal to carry a concealed weapon. The unarmed guard took a bullet in his wrist while he wrestled the comrade to the ground, while help was on its way.

Just shows that no matter how quick your local law enforcement is, they cannot get to the scene of the crime as fast as somebody who is already there. And the firearm ported by the good guy already on the scene is much more useful almost always than the guns the police force is bringing.

The only reason that the guard was able to nip this attack in the bud was that he was thinking fast and came toward the perpetrator before the perp was ready.

The guy had umpteen rounds of ammo ready to load and a bunch of bags of Chick-Fil-A to throw on the dead bodies.

Now what he did not realize, that SPLC does, is that his action was premature. SPLC wants “hate crime laws” that will use the armed force of the entire United States against such activists that they don’t like, and that’s a LOT of guns.

Government is the biggest gang there is and just like the radical anti-war Berkeley students turned the ears of the Hell’s Angels against the Vietnam War back in the 1960s, SPLC and like-minded comrades are the propaganda arm of the tyranny-building leftists/fascinsts in government. There is no substantive difference between National Socialism and International Socialism. It’s just a matter of whether your turf claim is national –like Hitler’s National Socialists– or international –like the modern United Nations internationalists and their friends the international bankers and money changers.

Jhn 2:15 And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers’ money, and overthrew the tables;

IRS and the Fourth Amendment

July 21, 2012

The abuse by not just the IRS, but by all the government agencies spying on all the rest of us is an outrageous abuse of power, used by administrations of both parties for many, many decades.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/03/11/AR2008031100380.html

Maybe there’s a reason that the media under Clinton, Bush, Obama, has been mum about the worst abuses. Never mind the incidents where it’s murky who did what and people who have been psyched into the “partisan” mind-set can defend either side, like with the CIA agent supposedly getting “outed”.

But the Washington Post let show some things in one article about Spitzer, but it did not get picked up by the media. (Maybe they saw the implications for themselves?)

The FBI placed a surveillance team on Spitzer at the Mayflower Hotel for the first time on Jan. 26, after concluding from a wiretapped conversation that he might try to meet with a prostitute when he traveled to Washington to attend a black-tie dinner, the source said Tuesday.

Okay, that was the first time for a surveillance team, but did they have a warrant? Further down in the article:

The January stakeout at the Mayflower came roughly two weeks after a federal judge authorized investigators to intercept the escort service’s telephone calls and text messages.

A team of agents from New York and Washington was hurriedly dispatched to the hotel after an escort service employee was heard on a wiretap calling the front desk to say that flowers were being sent to Spitzer and wanting to confirm that he would be there, said a source knowledgeable about the investigation who requested anonymity in order to speak freely.

So how and why did they get the judge to order the wiretap?

In this case, the bank’s report was triggered by Spitzer’s attempt to structure a $10,000 cash transaction into three parts, according to a senior law enforcement official familiar with the evidence. When investigators looked more closely at the transactions, they learned that the recipients were apparent shell companies associated with the Emperors Club.

As of a long time ago it’s not just the Mob that knows banks are required by law to report to FinCEN any transactions of $10,000 or more, so the “authorities” got a law passed criminalizing “structuring”. But the law does much more than just that, it requires banks to report anything that might look like “structuring”. If you withdraw just under that much, or make three withdrawals that add up to a little more than that, the bank might want to avoid its own trouble with the authorities by reporting you.

Plus maybe there’s more to this than was even in that Washington Post article, because Governor Spitzer was saying he was going to investigate Wall Street for the massive crimes and frauds perpetrated in the financial meltdown that resulted in TARP.

Did somebody talk to North Fork Bank? Was somebody at North Fork Bank implicated? Was this the very first time that Spitzer had done this? I think not because it was revealed during this time that he had been a regular client of the escort service that provided the girl for the trip to Washington. So why then?

Investigators have identified at least eight instances in which Spitzer used the Emperors Club over the past several years, this official said, adding that they are still examining records to determine the scope of his activity.

But “structuring” isn’t the only thing:

Funny, Spitzer made use of such abusive laws when he was a prosecutor, so it’s payback. But payback is still pending for the financial crimes committed against the rest of us.

President Obama: Afraid to Defend the Medical Industry Takeover, Makes Scary Movies Instead

March 25, 2012

Style vs. Substance: President Obama Sells Movies Not Solutions on Healthcare | American Action Forum:
http://americanactionforum.org/topic/style-vs-substance-president-obama-sells-movies-not-solutions-healthcare

The first film in that series features a family that has a daughter with an expensive medical condition, and shows the mother’s voice breaking up while she’s saying, “I can’t understand, how anybody would want to take that away from us.”

This is an outrageous thing, propaganda to scare people out of repealing this oppressive socialism-inspired law that nationalizes the medical industry in a Machievellan collaboration between monstrously giant pharmaceutical companies and politicians who think government can cure any ill.

It is a false promise that some people will find out after it hits full force. It’s a hurricane with a thousand tornados that are going to appear by surprise. It will be a surprise to families that think this is a good thing when they find out that doctors are massively abandoning the practice, squeezed out by bigger predators than the ones they think they’re being rescued from.

Pick any one family that gets a freebie for some need, and it’s “how could you take this away from us?”

The question the American people should ask, and they are asking, is “How can you rob so much of the people’s economic prosperity engine, the goose that laid the golden eggs in times past, to make sure there is less health care than ever in the United States of America?”

Because make no mistake: The harm to the people’s health will be a thousand times worse when this bill comes into effect.

The present system presents a way, albeit another pyrrhic solution, already for that family that would have much better future than this Unaffordable Health Care Act, because in most states, if that man “loses” his job or moves out, the mother is then single and if she doesn’t have a job she gets food stamps, a welfare check, and all the Medicaid she could ever use.

But wait. Oh yeah, they cut the budget for Medicare and I think Medicaid too in this bill. Heck, we’ve had this bill in in public now from the day they supposedly passed it into unconstitutional law, and WE STILL DON’T KNOW WHAT’S IN IT, and the HHC still TODAY (March 25, 2012) does not even have a great many of the rules ready so employers, insurers, and medical concerns in general still have not been able to begin calculating the effect.

But never mind, there is a plan as announced from even before the 2008 campaign, to move the thing to their end point of one national health care system anyway, aka “single payer”.

There is no way they can handle this as a one-size fits all solution directed from the insulated castles of the District of Columbia, so protected they are from the peasants by this moat of central command authority and such a voracious appetite for taxation and the printing presses of the Fed that beat out all the counterfeiters of all the ages for its huge worldwide reach.
