Hoosier judge: Why do they hate Americans. Really?

May 11, 2013
DAVOS/SWITZERLAND, 27JAN10 - George Soros, Cha...

DAVOS, 27JAN2010 – George Soros, Chair, Soros Fund Mgt, USA, at the Annual Meeting 2010 of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, 1/27/2010 (Wikipedia)

http://inpolicy.org/2013/03/a-hoosier-judge-asks-why-do-they-hate-americans/

The author talks like America’s actions in foreign countries today are the same as Americans, and that nobody in the world has any legitimate reason to oppose the American government’s policies.

Who was begging Obama to bomb and invade Libya with surrogate “rebels” recruited from the CIA-created Al Qaeda and guided by special forces on the ground? and overthrow Gaddafi? Almost nobody..

A lot of conservatives agreed with me during the misnomered “Arab Spring” that the cheering for it was misguided, be careful what you wish for, all that. And now, instead of Gaddafi, who gave away his nuclear program and officially confessed his past support for terrorism and renounced it before the entire world –THE SOLE AND ONLY MUSLIM LEADER IN THE ENTIRE WORLD WHO HAS EVER DONE SO– is now gone, and replaced with one of the worst situations in the entire Middle East.

And now the NEW Libyan leader has EVERY reason in the world to HATE America for putting up with Susan Rice and the ANTI-AMERICANS IN THE WHITE HOUSE and in the State Department. They called him a liar and humiliated him before the world, and more importantly, before the Arab lands.

I know who DID demand Obama bomb and invade Libya and any other country in the world that he thinks doesn’t treat its people right, according to HIM, and that’s George Soros. He calls it the “duty to intervene”. This is one of the most blatant philosophies, pushed by very rich and powerful people with oversized political clout, pushing for wars of aggression everywhere and anywhere in the world.

Hondurans still love America, but not because they don’t have reason. American may have elected the guy in the White House who insulted them and lectured them on their own Constitution and why they should put the murderous dictator back in power, the piti-Chavez from the murderous family, whose name is notorious for the Los Horcones massacre of nuns and priests on his family’s property. Which he denies to this day.

Michael Scheuer, Number One OBL-hunter despite Hollywood’s revisionist movie on the story, answer the question of what makes them terrorists by saying “Because they don’t like the US bombing and invading their country”.

I told the leftist groupies in 2008 that Obama would continue the wars and add to them, he would make the Patriot Act worse than it was and pile on to it, and of course he did.

Warfare is cover for both parties to keep up the stealing and borrowing to finance both the welfare and the warfare state. Reality check.

Who bans importation of self-defense tools? Dictators! That’s who!

Hollywood movies always show you a bad-guy arms dealer, never a good-guy arms dealer.

Well, ask yourself this. When the United States Army was sent by the expansionists in Washington, D.C., to subdue the native Indian populations, what do you call the guys who were selling guns to the Indians?

Remember, the United Nations Treaty did not put restrictions on arms dealings by the governments themselves, especially between governments. This is one of the first United Nations monopoly. International arms dealings by governments only.

We think maybe the only ban on arms dealing should be against governments. But the UN is a club of dictators and softer “democracies” (heh heh) that want to be dictatorships.

Eric Holder‘s Fast and Furious gun brokering for smugglers is now a UN mandate.

Be not deceived, God is not mocked, whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

He that liveth by the sword, shall die by the sword.

And he (the Antichrist) shall come to his end, and none shall help him.

2nd Amendment Alert: McMillan Firearms Says Bank of America VP Says Go Away

January 18, 2013

If this is true and reflects Bank of America policy, then I’m out of there! This should go viral!

http://www.thesleuthjournal.com/second-amendment-alert-boycott-bank-of-america-videos/?goback=%2Egde_705857_member_205174970

Is this right? The bank official, a “Mr. Fox”, said it was a “politically motivated” decision simply because he was a firearms manufacturer now.

Bank of America responded to a related inquiry by denying that they have such a policy.

It’s good to let this sort out, there are some wild misinformation agents out there. I suspect that even though this was a credible conversation, there is more that journalists can ask, like is there a real Mr. Fox who is a real vice-president as represented in this telephone conversation by the caller.

BUT despite the Bank of America policy disclaimer, McMillan Firearms is a real firearms manufacturer, http://www.mcmfamily.com/ and so the first-person public testimony of its family-based ownership should be taken as strong evidence. Bank of America spokespersons refuse to talk about specific accounts, and there is good reason for that, but deny there is a company policy against dealing with firearms makers.

I agree with that, but that still does not address this question: Does Bank of America have a policy that forbids its officials from dropping customer accounts that make them? They were very silent on that. I’m sure branch managers have lots of leeway for adding and canceling accounts. Plus, who is to say they would not float a trial balloon?

But I certainly believe that customers everywhere are now asking their Bank of America officials at their local branches about this issue, and threatening to pull out their accounts if it is shown to be a company-wide phenomenon.

What is freedom?

December 11, 2012

“At the pleasure of the people” means (1) with the consent of the governed, but of course liberty involves much more than that anyway.

The point is that it is not the role of the people to serve the government but the government to serve the people, and with very clear, specific, lines that limit that law to the only legitimate role of protecting individual rights.

And blah blah, 50 examples show how to apply the principle of freedom in practice, something most people don’t understand. Specifics also help show how you apply your definition.

And the Constitution didn’t fall apart, it’s the people and the legislators and political hacks and shadow government that pushed the nation away from it.

If you look at the decisions that the nine black-robed deciders have made and that the Congress and the people have allowed to stick, you see that they don’t give a flying friggin’ freak what it actually says, or any “definition” therein.

“Freedom” is too much an abused word. The American revolutionaries got “freedom” from Britain but Alexander immediately started the process of enslaving the free with the Central Bank.

I’m “free” in the most real sense in that being in Christ, it doesn’t matter whatsoever state I’m in, one place is as good as another, Paul learned to abase and abound. I’m free of feeling overwhelmed by circumstances in reality, although my flesh doesn’t feel it that way.

But “freedom” in a civil, political sense just means your political and your economic rights are respected.

Golden Rule Government.

July 29, 2012

I just clipped it from a comment somewhere now lost in surfing memory.

But Mike’s comment has a ton of truth to it.

I warned Mike and everybody else who (I presume) was posting in favor of Obama that they would get the same of all the things they hated with Bush, and likely more, including the corporatocracy elements.

Proven true now of course. Among those points, now history:

#1.Obama not only has kept the worst core elements of the Patriot Act, his administration has expanded them. O’s Injustice Department has expanded Bush’s self-written search warrants to mean they are outside the jurisdiction of any courts, nobody can question them, nobody can sue against them.

#2. Habeus corpus continues violated.

#3. Not only did he continue both wars that Bush started to this day, he fought another one in Libya, supporting the genocide there against the town of 10,000 black folks, he supported surrogates in others, and they are providing material support to another Muslim Brotherhood-al Qaeda takeover.

#4. Not only did he continue the Bush practice of waging war without a proper constitutional Declaration of War in Congress, he proceeded to tell Congress through subordinates that he did not even have the obligation to report to Congress a new war. (A war by any other name).

Note for the gullible: Pearl Harbor was, is still today in fact, properly considered so, an act of war, like U.S. bombings in Libya and in Serbia.

So he has continued the Bush wars and added a couple of his own. MEMO: 18,000 troops will stay in Iraq and that is not a withdrawal, and the embassy is the biggest in the world ever.

#5. He continued the practice of keeping the number of warrantless searches secret.

#6. Even before he was president, he pushed for TARP, which we find out poured trillions into private banks and overseas private banks and European banks, in a blatantly unconstitutional interference in the judicial branches, and not only that, refusing to prosecute an unknown number of actors in Wall Street that should have gone to prison in the first days of the Obama administration.

Instead, the administration brought in Wall Street associates of these criminals, and chief Wall Street criminal protector Geithner brought into the Cabinet itself (who was head of the New York branch of the Fed at the time and enabler of bonuses at AIG).

#7. He continued the Bush-era practice of hiring lobbyists into the administration, only more of it.

#8. He not only continued the practice of protecting the exploding federal debt burden, he outdid the Bush era practice by orders of magnitude. NOBODY “inherits” a deficit, though. A deficit is when you spend more money THIS year than your revenues THIS same year, so a deficit has NOTHING to do with last year.

#9. He has continued the Bush era practice of doing everything possible to stop any real fix to the oncoming debt tsunami and dollar crash.

#10. He made the executive presidency even more renegade by not only continued the presumed and denied practice by previous presidents of ordering killings, surrogates have now bragged about him deciding every day who will be killed, without arrest, warrant, habeus corpus, or a trial, including American citizens.

#11. O’s administration has expanded on the list of official bad guys for police and neighbors to suspect of terrorism, to add returning veterans, Ron Paul supporters, Constitution Party supporters, conspiracy theorists, and a few jihadist groups to make it look fair.

This year it leaked that they have added “liberty lovers” to this official “unofficial” enemies list.

#12. Bush doubled the size of Medicare with the pharmacy benefits, and Obama continued the practice of taking over this huge section of the private economy with the Unaffordable Health Care Act, and huge Medicaid expansion, but added a penalty/tax to compel participation for those who engage in breaking the law by doing absolutely nothing.

And got an unappealable judicial infinite taxation permit as a side benefit of lawsuits protesting this. (Maybe they should have gambled instead on overturning the FDR commerce clause over-reach but they didn’t)

#13. Obama continued the Bush precedent of appointing relatively unknown friends from the administration, Bush with Harriet Myers, Obama with not one but two: Sotomayor and Elena Kagan.

#14. Obama has endorsed the ACTA treaty, which is another the gift for Big Corporate to add to the change in patent law. You invented it first does not count anymore, the patent goes to the company that files first. Now we find that the US is negotiating another treaty that will hurt individuals at the expense of more restrictions, the TPP (Trans-Pacific Partnership).

#15. Obama has continued the Bush practice of acting like the increasing persecution of Christians around the world (as compared to other religions) does not exist, including the decimation and physical assaults on Christians in Iraq and Afghanistan where presumably it would have influence, and in Libya where the presidential regime allied with the mass murderers of Christian blacks.

#16. Obama continued the interventionist policies of Bush in Latin America after promising a new era in relations, although he did modify the policy by actively trying to a slight change, to bully the nations into accepting Communist dictators like Manuel Zelaya in Honduras.

#17. THE DIFFERENCE from Bush. The one visible difference (you have to look under the covers to see it) is the Cloward-Piven difference. That idea is to demand that the government fill ALL its promises and pay everybody their due and make them spend enough to bankrupt it.

Discover the Networks says it better. Remember that Cloward and Piven wanted a full-blown socialist society on the Marxist model, overtly and explicitly:

The Cloward-Piven Strategy
By Richard Poe
DiscoverTheNetworks.org
2005

First proposed in 1966 and named after Columbia University sociologists Richard Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, the “Cloward-Piven Strategy seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse.

Inspired by the August 1965 riots in the black district of Watts in Los Angeles (which erupted after police had used batons to subdue an African American man suspected of drunk driving), Cloward and Piven published an article titled “The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty” in the May 2, 1966 issue of The Nation. Following its publication, The Nation sold an unprecedented 30,000 reprints. Activists were abuzz over the so-called “crisis strategy” or “Cloward-Piven Strategy,” as it came to be called. Many were eager to put it into effect.

…read more here…

The strategy is to make the “enemy” live up to their own rules, except I would say they only want those rules enforced in their favor and never against them. It’s also a “Trojan Horse” movement strategy, meaning activist groups that pretend to help the poor but it’s only meant to make their lot worse and lead to a breakdown in the whole system and bring down the government.

The convention can still offer some surprises, we shall see what happens.

But whatever happens then, or in November, or whatever October surprise may happen, there is now a critical mass of people who are aware of the principles of liberty, and that they do not have to consider themselves captive to Establishment Twiddle-Dum and Twiddle-Dee choices.

Most important, let us consider that a great many of them will go on and become champions of honest promoters of individual liberty.

Rand, Ron, Lew, and Small Businesses are the Economic Base to Oppose Corporatocracy

June 16, 2012

Image of Lew Rockwell (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Lew Rockwell has made some good points about Rand Paul‘s endorsement of Romney. Rand is NOT Ron, not at all. We all know that we generally differ from our parents, and if you have grown children during these times, you know that our children differ in many viewpoints from us.

The message of liberty is catching on everywhere, especially among young people and those who bother to examine the analyses of the brilliant economists of the Austrian school.

But even Ron Paul said he didn’t want a bandwagon effect, he wanted people to join the cause that really understood the philosophy, the principles. Otherwise you have a crowd that will lay palm leaves at your feet one day, and a few weeks later will cry “Crucify him!”

As best he could, Ron has prepared as many people as he could for the coming dollar crash. When we warn the unwary and gullible that government freebie programs are headed for disaster, the Aristocrats accuse us of wanting to destroy these programs. They are trying to poison the soil for what they know is the coming catastrophe. Some of them do know they are not only destroying those freebie programs, they know they are destroying the free market and prosperity. The economic base of any opposition is the target.

The economic base of the opposition to Aristocrat Control Freaks is not big corporations, but the middle class and small businesses, and many medium-size businesses.

When the hurt comes with the dollar crash, the Aristocrats will of course come riding hard with a rescue plan, complete with a loyal opposition that pretends to claim that it will be a disaster for the rich, just like they did with the Federal Reserve Act, when they had the richest bankers go around protesting it in the darkest terms, just months after they had promoted another proposal that was virtually identical.

But now instead of The Crash, upper-case capitalized, sending hordes of college-bred lockstep-fed youth rushing to man the barricades for a totalitarian “people’s revolution” [barf], many of them will instead be demanding freedom. People from literally ALL backgrounds have discovered the liberating effect of Golden Rule Government.

The “solution” offered to us may be anything. Personally they may be expecting a civil war. They accuse dissidents of it enough, the “fringe”.

But education marches on. Despite their generations of dumbing us down en masse with free government indoctrination centers for the children (us), we are not totally stupid. I think it was Rockwell who quoted von Mises as saying that totalitarian regimes eventually lose. Human nature eats them from the inside like a canker, brings corruption, and at the very worst, loosens its grip when the most brutal “great divine leader” dies.

Ron Paul has done a good job, and he will keep doing it.

But the giant has been awakened. The “We the People” was hypnotized into a stupor and has been pricked awake.

The seeds of the world-wide upsets against the World Beast Government have been sewn. The Beast will rule a regime that claims global power, and over time will quash opposition from saints and sinners, but in the end he is defeated by divine intervention and in human battle.

“He shall come to his end, and none shall help him”

There actually exists a professor who says the US Constitution is “imbecilic” and for proof he talks about how so many people have not followed it. So he wants to change it.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/lyle-denniston/constitution-check-has-am_b_1559121.html

So says this “constitutional professor” who pretends to know more about such things than the giant scholars who participated in the writing of our Constitution, and the Christians who extorted the Bill of Rights out of reluctant federalists, including Mr. Central Bank Alexander Hamilton.

Here comes this guy going way beyond Hamilton’s wildest hopes for dissolving local and state jurisdiction over anything in even his book title. Better the approach by Thomas Jefferson and Andrew Jackson.

This seems like a “trend” now, with this guy, and then one of the Supreme Court telling the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt to forget about the American Constitution that set up a balance of powers between three branches of government, and between the states and the federal government, and of course, the B-word she really didn’t want to talk about, the Bill of Rights which is really part of the original Constitution because without that agreement there would have been no such Constitution.

They have the same problem with the Constitution that they have with the Bible. It’s not that either of them contradicts itself, it contradicts them.

End the Fed to help the poor and save the middle class and the economy

May 25, 2012
The Federal Reserve: The Biggest Scam In History

The Federal Reserve: The Biggest Scam In History (Photo credit: CityGypsy11)

The Fed isn’t holding the gun, but it’s convenient for (1) the welfare advocates who increase their wealth and power with the help of the welfare votes and using welfare for cover for subsidies to their rich buddies, and for (2) the warfare advocates who increase their wealth and power by paying back their industry sponsors.

People have gone to prison for using something other than the U.S. dollar for currency. The Fed has a government-guaranteed monopoly.

If you “don’t understand is what Paul thinks ending the Fed will do about” the Fed as a “tool used by capitalist barons to increase their wealth at the expense of the only ones who still have some – the middle class” then you really should read up on his explanations.

You’re right, but the “tool” they use is inflation, which Ron Paul got Bernanke to admit is a “tax”. It’s a stealth tax and most people don’t understand how it works its magic, but it is literally killing our economy.

“Ending the Fed” means ending the private banking cartel control over the money supply. The wealth transfer that is killing the middle class is happening through several means. My advocacy of midget government that is afraid of the citizens rather than the other way around has extra humph because all governments tend to increase abuses of the poor with time.

There are three general ways in which certain of the powers-that-be transfer wealth from the middle class to support themselves. They all depend on government laws. An honest politician that wants to end the oppression of the poor by the rich-elite club and stop the assault on the middle class –and understands real-world economics– will not be bought.

(1) One method is direct taxation, including and most especially the so-called “progressive” income tax that in the real world hits the middle class the most, based on the claim that the government owns all your income and is the best decider on how much you get to keep and who they are stealing it for. (Stealing is taking property from John Doe with force or under threat of force, whether by an individual or a group).

The justification for taxation is often to make the rich pay “their fair share”, and the biggest mouths that advocate such talk (I call it “demagoguery”), they are either simply ignorant of what is best for the poor, or, they are part of those very despised billionaires and elite that very much understand how it works, and how they hurt the poor. I think George Soros, advocate of socialism, understands this well, witness how he increases his wealth using his own political organizations internationally.

(2) Another way the cartel of super-rich are eliminating the middle class is through heavy regulation. The claim is that regulations are needed to “protect” the poor from abuse, or to save the planet, or some other such claim.

The regulatory agencies in real life are no threat at all to the biggest corporations that they are supposed to regulate most, and when the fiat currency chickens come home to roost with the Fed’s manipulations, and they do get in trouble, they are infused with free fiat cash money (the big banks, the auto companies, European banks). The Fed is the money machine, the government-guaranteed money counterfeiter.

The FDA protects us from raw milk and shuts down small and mid-size family farms.

The Labor Department currently in power almost put in place a regulation that would forbid a farmer’s children from helping in the family farm.

The OSHA tells you to put loud beepers on your forklifts that blast away when backing up, but then the other OSHA agent comes in and tells you the workers need to wear earmuffs to protect them from the sound.

Farmers who created a small pond for their own reasons cannot fill it in when those reasons are gone.

My employer, a giant corporation, has no such trouble. They just got a freebie subsidy to buy natural gas trucks, for example, but for other regulations they have personnel specialized in all the little government irritations that make sure small businesses cannot overcome.

(3) The biggest theft in the history of the world is executed by the Federal Reserve, through inflation. People in government, if they are not incorruptible, facilitate this because they are among the first beneficiaries.

Inflation robs groceries from the housewife at the supermarket. It robs the middle class by increasing the price of doing business.

Inflation generally does not hurt the wealthy because the first infusion of fiat currency goes to them: From the Fed, to their “member banks” (the biggest ones), then their best customers (and biggest customers), and the best and biggest vendors to all of those.

And without an audit of the Fed, we don’t know who else they’re giving money to.

Not for nothing Jesus Christ made such a big deal over the money changers. A “false balance is an abomination” and that’s exactly what fiat currency does, through the inevitable inflation that it supports.

China is buying Iran’s oil with yuan partly because of the sanctions. But the decline of the American dollar has already started.

Gold and silver are not only the only constitutionally recognized medium for currency, they are commodities that do not depend on politicians or the rich for its worth.

The poor Tunisian man who is credited for starting the Arab uprisings is quoted by his brother as saying shortly before that, “The poor have a right to buy and sell, too!” Authorities had shut down his street vending. You know, regulations.

For monopolies to be real monopolies, they have to be enforced by government.

Ending fiat currency and letting people use whatever they please, or at least gold and silver instead, removes the power of the rich and powerful to use the stealth tax (and stealth theft) of inflation to pull the reverse Robin Hood.
