Politifact lies: Pants on Fire!

January 11, 2012

Politifact arrogantly claims to hold the corner on truth. A lot of militants that criticize Christians with this same meaningless charge (they themselves are culpable, claiming to know better than Christians) run to their “findings” like this one as if it were the last word on it:

They fall back on the old definition of a socialist as one who believes in government ownership of the means of production and distribution in an economy.

This pretension falls under what we all know is another legitimate definition of socialism, found at, from the American Heritage Dictionary:

2. The stage in Marxist-Leninist theory intermediate between capitalism and communism, in which collective ownership of the economy under the dictatorship of the proletariat has not yet been successfully achieved.

And then there is Fabian socialism, a term adopted to refer to the stepwise sneaky way of implementing it promoted by the Fabian Society, one which has been adopted today by many who scoff at the mere suggestion that they are “socialist” while doing all the steps that a socialist would do:

Fabian Society – an association of British socialists who advocate gradual reforms within the law leading to democratic socialism

And then there is Obama‘s claim to Teddy Roosevelt‘s proclamation of the foundation of socialist ideology, which is the idea that the government actually owns everything you have but lets you “keep title” to what it thinks you deserve to keep:

“The New Nationalism,” Roosevelt proclaimed, “rightly maintains that every man holds his property subject to the general right of the community to regulate its use to whatever degree the public welfare may require it.”

That’s right, Politifact, you are wrong! Busted! Pants on Fire!

And when you play with fire like you have done here, you get burned!

Socialism is better described as theft and plunder, a government taking whatever it wants.

Outrageous EPA abuses against the Sackett family (and all of us, make no mistake)

January 11, 2012

More outrageous bullying from the mini-dictators of the EPA.

A blatant violation of the Constitution by federal government bureaucrats. A seizure of property and orders to spend money on property without due process.

They were only able to take this on with the help of the Pacific Legal Institute, but what about the rest of the country?

And they say there are a lot of other people coming forward with similar stories of persecution by mini-dictators.

I was at one meeting here in South Florida in 1999 where a number of people told of being forced to give up property in the area of the Everglades by federal bureaucrats. This was under a federal program that supposedly set up to buy property being voluntarily sold by owners.

But it wasn’t voluntary. Bureaucrats acting under the cloak of environmentalism, to get a sale at way under fair market value, were threatening to condemn the property, and enforce other arbitrary measures to get “compliance”.

Remember Cardinal Neumoller’s warnings. When they came for other groups, “I did nothing”, he said, listing out the victims of the Nazi regime‘s brutalities against the handicapped, the Jews, the Gypsies, the Communists, the socialists, and when they came for Christians, “there was no one left to defend us”.

What are you going to do?

God is not going to let these abuses go on forever, and history will tell on us, it will tell what we did and what we did not do to defend freedom.

The Good Samaritan helped the victim at the side of the road.

We are all now the victim on the side of  the road, and we are all being called to be Good Samaritans.

Are Evangelical Christians Warmongers?

December 19, 2011

That’s the title of an article by Chuck Baldwin:

Chuck Baldwin — Are Evangelical Christians Warmongers?

And, no, the ‘666’ in the URL is not a satanic reference.

I’ve been an evangelical Christian since I was a child. I’ve been in the Gospel ministry all of my adult life. I attended two evangelical Christian colleges, received honorary degrees from two others, and taught and preached in several others. I’ve attended many of the largest evangelical pastors’ gatherings and have been privileged to speak at Christian gatherings–large and small–all over America. I have been part of the inner workings of evangelical ministry for nearly 40 years. I think I learned a thing or two about evangelical/fundamentalist Christianity in America. And I’m here to tell you: I don’t like what I see happening these days!

Let’s get this straight right out of the gate: nothing touched by man can be perfect, because none of us is perfect. There is no perfect church, perfect school, perfect mission board, perfect Sunday School class, perfect pastor, perfect deacon, or perfect Christian. Until the afterlife, we are all yet encased in Adamic flesh, complete with human weaknesses and imperfections. And only the Pharisaical among us are too proud to admit it.

That said, I do think it is more than fair to say that, historically, Christians have always attempted to be–and have always publicly taught the importance of being–peacemakers. Historically, Christians have preached–and tried to practice–love and brotherhood. The early church was born in a baptism of love and unity. Oh sure, there were always individual misunderstandings and differences, but, on the whole, the church was a loving, caring, compassionate ecclesia.

Mind you, Christians historically were not afraid or ashamed to defend themselves, their families, and their country. The Lord Jesus, Himself (the Prince of Peace), allowed His disciples to carry personal defense weapons (see Luke 22:36,38). Yes, while some Christian sects were conscientious pacifists, these were the exception, not the rule. The vast majority of Christian believers understood the Biblical, Natural Law principle of self-defense. But believing in the right of lawful, God-ordained self-defense was never to be confused with warmongering.

So, what has happened to turn the most peace-loving institution the world has ever known (the New Testament church) into the biggest cheerleaders for war? I’m talking about un-provoked, illegal, unconstitutional, unbiblical–even secret–wars of aggression. The biggest cheerleaders for the unprovoked, unconstitutional, pre-emptive attack and invasion of Iraq were evangelical Christians. Ditto for the war in Afghanistan, the bombing of Libya, the attacks in Yemen, etc. Who is calling for the bombing of Iran? Evangelical Christians. Who cheers for sending more and more troops all over the world to maim and kill more and more people (including innocents)? Evangelical Christians. Shoot (pun intended)! Most evangelical Christians didn’t even bat an eye when the federal government sent military and police personnel to murder American citizens, including old men, women, and children–Christian old men, women, and children, no less–outside Waco, Texas.

Christians can show repentance before the Lord and before the nations by supporting Ron Paul’s message of what I call Golden Rule Government, which is the real-life application to power of the message of Christ’s worldwide Revolution of Love.

Ron Paul vs. Two-Faced Newt, Flip-Flop Romney

December 9, 2011

I can’t see why anybody would avoid considering Ron Paul. He holds Reagan‘s positions on everything everybody praises Regan for, except that Ron Paul has a 100% consistent voting record in that regard.

He is the most pro-strong-defense candidate out of all of them, and our uniformed brethren agree with their donations by donor count and by dollar count.

He has said he would bring our troops home and put them on the borders.

Israel? His policies would end the practice of giving twice as much to Israel’s enemies as to Israel, and set Israel free to do what it has to do to defend itself, instead of kissing Bush-Clinton-Bush-Obama rings for permission. Ron Paul was the Lone Ranger when Congress raced to condemn Israel for taking out Iraq nuke sites, he voted against the resolution.

Education? Abolishing the federal department would free education from the shackles of central planning. Local communities and states should be free to teach their own children without interference. Home schoolers, who have proven consistently in academic competitions of all kinds, would be encouraged, as well as school choice for parents.

Foreign aid? My wife is from Honduras, and you can ask any Honduran-American whether it does the country any good. Ron Paul is “right on” when he says foreign aid robs from the poor people  in a rich country to give it to the rich people in a poor country. That’s exactly what it does. It corrupts the political class in those countries. So like one African economist said about foreign aid, “For God’s sake, please stop!”

He was and is one of the precious few in Washington to push back against TARP and Fat-Cat-Wallet-Stimulus while Dems and Rips alike rushed to pour out our money like rivers to Wall Street and to other fat cat friends like Europe‘s Central Banks and Wall Street hogs and Caterpillar Corp, while getting it out of our pockets by taxation and by robbing our bank accounts with trillions of “quantitative easing” and “injecting liquidity”, euphemisms for adding to the dollar supply.

Ron Paul is the one who can best beat Obama, because there’s no surprises like WILL come up with Gingrich and WILL come up with Romney and WILL come up with Perry, take it to the bank. Trump is another loose cannon, with he and Newt probably playing along with each other to throw the Republicans out of the race again, because dirty tricks are the only way they can keep Obama in there.

Bachmann and Santorum have shown they lack the appeal factor or the media factor.

Ron Paul has no surprises they can pull up from the past.

Right out of “1984”, here’s Mr. Romney, the guy who today “has always been pro-life”:

RP pushed until the Fed was forced to reveal the trillions it gave away to big bankers in Europe that don’t help us with anything except to get us more addicted to “quantitative easing”.

From the Villains’ Own Propaganda Meisters: Obama-Scare Forces Nationalized Medicine

December 5, 2011

And folks, socialized medicine is not “health care” any more than nationalized “education” teaches anybody anything.

And now the shadow propaganda ministry cheer appears on Forbes of all places:

I can’t believe a “capitalist” magazine like Forbes would publish such a cheer for one of the worst things that ever happened to the American economy in history, alongside such fantastic assaults like the Federal Reserve Act and the income tax.

It is health rationing, only without the free-market system where the rich can afford the newest and riskiest experimental treatments, replaced by budget-mandated bureaucrats hired by politicians.

We already have a politicized “education” system that is a political conformist factory, where politically approved revisionist history replaces historical debate and independent thinking, and where formulas for property seizure (aka “wealth redistribution”) replace real-world mathematics.

Maybe these big corporations are being promised a cut of the socialist monopoly pie or something, to go along with this attack on prosperity, but in the end they will get a major shock, just like the rich tycoons that financed Hitler.

Who anointed Obama in the first place anyway, him coming out of nowhere into presidential politics? Kind of like Hugo Chavez, who went from exiled coup “golpista” to president of the country by “election” in about five years. Who financed him, and why were there floods of immigrants accepted into the country from the year before the election campaign?

Administrator for Herman Cain forums endorses Ron Paul

December 4, 2011

Now that Herman Cain has dropped out of the race my new candidate is…..:,1824.0.html

Now that Herman Cain has dropped out of the race my new candidate is….. Congressman Ron Paul.

Ron Paul was the only candidate that actually had remorse for how the media treated Herman Cain and the alleged affairs, I will always thank him for showing respect in that nature, with that said.

I had always liked a lot of what Ron Paul advocates, I don’t agree with him on everything but probably 90%.

I am going to encourage all Ron Paul supporters to come here and openly support Ron Paul for he is now my new official candidate for President.

I was asked to support Newt Gingrich, there is no possibly way I could every endorse Newt Gingrich, how the republican party is supporting Gingrich I have no idea. While Newt has had documented multiple affairs with women Herman Cain’s campaign was destroyed by accusations yet Gingrich is at the top of the polls? What the hell is wrong with the republican party.

Newt Gingrich is for individual mandates

Supports the patriot act

Took millions from Fannie May and Freddie Mac all the while touting how strong and stable the companies were, then months later we gave them billions of taxpayer dollars while millions of people lost their homes.

Newts think tank also took over 35 million dollars from the healthcare industry lobbies that supported individual mandates.

Supported the bailouts

Supports global warming/climate change

Has had multiple affairs but yet is now top of the polls while Herman’s campaign was destroyed by accusations of alleged affairs.

The list goes on and on.

Yes my support will now go to Congressman Ron Paul from Texas.

Feel free to comment.

UPDATED; I welcome the Ron Paul supporters that have come here and I encourage them to stay and post info about Ron Paul so that the other members here can become educated. I will be posting info about Paul soon and the forum will be revamped with the Cain information removed and Ron Paul information added.

UPDATED : I have sent out over 22,000 emails to my endorsement, the overwhelming views on this post is outstanding, also thanks to all the Ron Paul supporters that have shown remorse for Herman it is appreciated.

The people can see that Ron Paul is the perfect gentleman in his discourse with interviewers. Instead of responding to the most vile and barbed questions with the scorn they deserve, he instead uses the occasion to embarrass the accuser with a teaching moment and to educate the listener. It’s interesting that they have not been able to edit enough to completely muzzle the image, without just using the obviously unfair tactic of simply not letting him talk, like CBS did.

When this happens you have to ask yourself, and a “moderator” can muzzle a participant that has been given his seat at the table BY THE VOTERS, and it is so consistent with Old Media that it is consistent with what is called an “unspoken agreement” among them, can government censorship be that far behind?

“They declare their sin, they hide it not”, like it says. It’s like they’re not even embarrassed at having a circus show and calling it a “debate”. Old Media, including Fox News, is telling you what to think and who to vote for, and it seems like Ron Paul is on track to become their new “Emmanuel Goldstein”, the guy they will be telling you to hate, with lies to distract you from the real problems of the Republic. Look at the difference in the treatment they gave for Bill Clinton, and contrast that with the stoning of Herman Cain.

The real problems are the Fed and the attacks on freedom at home here and abroad. That the constant wars of the establishment Republicans and Democrats are bankrupting us and have the opposite effect of what they’ve promised.

Yes, Old Media loves to dig up dirt on the candidates they hate, while pretending that the dirt that clings to the people they love is just sweat.

Shock! “Skeptic” Turns Global Warmist

November 7, 2011

Funny. Big Media is neglecting mention of the report of Muller’s previous quiet “I kind of believe GW” comments, criticisms of the report’s spin from real climate scientists (see below) and almost completely ignored another physicist from the University of California (at Santa Barbara) whose open letter of departure delivered a scathing blast at the American Physical Society

Shock! “Skeptic” Turns Global Warmist | Climategate Book:

According to Muller and his team at the Berkeley Earth Surface Temperature project (BEST), the earth’s climate has warmed well over a full degree (Fahrenheit) since 1950. In response, the Washington Post says Muller’s study has “settled the climate change debate.”

Debate? Wasn’t it Al Gore who stood before Congress in 2007 to declare that “the science is settled” when it comes to global warming? Heck, as chairman of President Bill Clinton’s Sustainable Development Council back in 1995, Gore stated that global warming was a fact and would not be debated.

By the way, it is now reported that the “skeptic” had vocalized in lectures that he was 2/3 convinced, but criticized the IPCC and the climategate gang (even before climategate apparently) because climategate perps had done really bad science, sloppy methodology, discrediting the results. Duh. If so, some “surprise”. Maybe he should have said: “We were quite 1/3 surprised!” Quite so.

Brian Sussman goes on to quote another real climate scientist about the report from the physicist:

I’ll share the inconvenient truth regarding temperature in just a moment, but it must be noted that a BEST team member claims the professor is attmepting to mislead the public. Dr. Judith Curry, who chairs the Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at Georgia Institute of Technology, told the Daily Mail “there is no scientific basis for saying that warming hasn’t stopped. To say that there is detracts from…credibility, which is very unfortunate.”

Digging into the BEST data, one can see what Curry is referring to: global warming has been on ice for over a decade.

What we have is a case of the media not doing its job of properly investigating a story. I think we also may have a Berkeley professor who was hoping get the rock star treatment at the upcoming United Nation’s climate change summit in Durban, South Africa.

And now for the actual history of recent global temperature:

As for the recent history of global temperature swings, here are the facts:

-Between 1850 and 1940, temperatures increased 1°F (.6°C).

-From 1940 to 1970, the earth cooled about .2°F (.1°C).

-A minor warming of a mere .34°F (.2°C) occurred between 1970 and 1998, as verified by NASA-affiliated scientists Dr. Roy Spencer and Dr. John Christy, at the University of Alabama’s Earth System Science Center.

-Average global temperatures have not warmed since 1998, and since 2008 have been on a slight downward trend.

-A compilation of all temperature records indicates a warming since the mid-19th century of .7°C.

By the way, isn’t it interesting that when another University of California professor came out last year and said global warming was a “scam” the media totally ignored it. Here’s a link to Professor Emeritus Hal Lewis’s statement.

What Amendment was violated in the McCulloch v. Maryland case

November 5, 2011

Maryland was right, Marshall was wrong, wrong, wrong:

What Amendment was violated in the McCulloch v. Maryland case:

A Central Bank has powers way, and far beyond, any of the purported implicit powers contained in the enumerated powers of the US Constitution, and any that somebody today could think up that Marshall did not. There is no way that loan guarantees for private corporations can be considered under any the explicit listed powers, for example, or the creation of fiat currency out of thin air.

There are some quarters who use ‘constitutional’ justifications with an interpretation that the federal government can do anything it wants to, including some that are direct violations of other clauses, and even more that make a mockery of the stated purposes in the Preamble.

The Constitution as a “Supreme Law of the Land” in the real world means that it rules over the Supreme Court and all its decisions too, which also means that when the Court rules against one of its provisions in the name of other provisions or even that provision itself, then the Court itself is in violation of it.

For example, the protections against arbitrary confiscation of property are clear, as is the requirement for a “public purpose” for property, and the purpose of the clause should obviously cover the prevention of arbitrary property transfers between private owners.

Robbing Peter to pay Paul so Paul can pay the thief does not count as a “public purpose”.

The government is not “the public”, the public is the public, and our government has become a thief.

October 16, 2011

George Soros was the keynote speaker at the Caribbean and Central America presidents’ summit in 2008, telling the presidents of the region what to do, and set Chavez and Zelaya off on their attempted coup to overthrow their Honduran constitutional republic, which they defended against the entire world.

He supported the underground organizing efforts to kick off the overthrow of Mubarak in Egypt, and supported including the Muslim Brotherhood in the government. As we speak, Muslims are slaughtering Christians in Egypt and the Coptic population has already fled the country to the tune of more than 100,000 so far.

He made millions trashing the Malaysian currency, made millions almost destroying the British pound, and bragged about making millions from the hardships of the real estate bubble in the United States.

Obama banned offshore drilling in the Gulf –with absolutely no legislative authority at all– to support George Soros investments in offshore drilling in Brazil.

He supports censorship in the United States through his supported non-profits like

He is one of the criminals that made dirty money in the scandals of Wall Street and yet supports the rioters in New York protesting Wall Street. Wall Street owns a big part of the Obama administration and yet Obama blasts them and blames his own sponsors for making us poor, knowing it’s his own policies that suppress the economy —because those same Wall Street operators in his own administration are not stupid.

Soros-sponsored operatives orchestrated the intervention in Uganda by Obama, because there is a lot of recently discovered oil there.

Soros supports attacks against the solutions that would set Americans free around the world to prosper and protect political and economic freedom.

A question for all opponents of school choice for the poor

October 9, 2011

The richest among us already have school choice for their kids.

See here the record of success for one group of charter schools in New York City, and most specifically, Harlem:

There are of course detractors, including the public school teachers‘ union bosses and the teachers that do the union bosses’ bidding and other teachers who along with Lenin the leaders of socialist thought in American consider “useful idiots“. I used to be one of those “useful idiots” myself.

Never mind the wildly enthusiastic parents who have seen the results from having their own children there, including parents who are union members themselves, who nonetheless do not wish to sacrifice their own children to enforced social conformity.

But here’s the question that tells it all..

Why should ONLY the rich have a choice of schools for the kids? Why not the POOR? Just saying “fix it” when we all know what a political football public schools are does not work. Let the parents decide.

Confess up, you social engineers. Lurking in the background is the shadow of what they really don’t want to be forced to say.

Who said poor parents are too stupid to make good choices?!

Well, Nanny Government, that’s who. Have we become so gullible as to think the government protects us from all evil?

Central planning does not work for any industry in the world, we have seen it only becomes a tool for entrenching a political establishment of whatever kind. We can all see the academic mess it has made in education for the good teachers who want to teach, and worse for the kids who are the victims..

Free the children! Give them school choice.
