Stop blaming the CIA for every Latin American nation that stops socialist dictators!

October 23, 2013

Sheesh! Like the below whowhatwhy posting. Most of it is true in my opinion, but it seems liberty-minded writers in the US are good at discerning factors on domestic policy but are just starting to keep up with the changes in foreign lands:

http://whowhatwhy.com/2013/10/21/monday-morning-skeptic-ny-times-buries-cia-facts-re-latin-american-deaths/

I agree with most of the article at the link, but there is a VERY important new development in Latin America especially with respect to US meddling and undercover operations around the world. That is, nobody noticed, but now, instead of supporting so-called misnomered “right-wing” coups, and never-ending re-“election” of anti-Communists, their intelligence apparatus has begun, together with the diplomatic corps, to prop up leftist caudillos like Hugo Chavez and his fellow fascists.

In Honduras, they supported the left-wing coup by Manuel Zelaya, who became dictator while the world was ignoring the country. Even though the Congress was elected by the same electorate as himself. It started much worse when he came back from the Caribbean-Central American presidential summit in Santo Domingo in November 2008 where George Soros was keynote speaker! Kid you not.

Not only did Zelaya refuse to obey anything legislated by Congress, he also disobeyed a long series of Supreme Court orders, and lots more. That’s a coup. That’s what they called it in Peru –an auto-coup– when President Fujimoro dissolved the Congress, after it was paralyzed by the terror from the Sendero Luminoso, so-called.

The American Ambassador was in the presidential mansion the night before Zelaya planned his phony “survey” that he was going to use to justify dissolving Congress. He was helping plan this auto-coup consolidation, why else was he there, and he lent his name and office in support to this another leftist coup by phony “election”.

This is one case that I know about. Accusations that the CIA supported ousting Zelaya are a laugh riot. Hondurans wanted to get rid of him so bad, they were marching in the streets regularly, protesting him and especially his plans to consolidate his dictatorship.

Nobody needed to convince the Hondurans over this at any level. And through it all, the military forces stayed strictly obedient to the civil authorities.

Meantime, CHAVEZ was the meddling imperialist in Honduras. He’s gone now, and his successor is trying to be another one. You can blame the CIA for a lot of things around the world, but not that one.

And also adding to the international intrigue, Jose Insulza, head guy at the OAS, used their resources to order support for Zelaya’s illegal and unconstitutional “survey”, a cover for fraud and the propaganda to justify his dictatorship.

Insulza pounded at Honduras to put the coup-running president back in. And remember, as a young political adviser to Openly Marxist Salvador Allende’s regime in Chile he played a part in wreaking havoc on that attempt to install a leftist dictatorship in the continent.

And in Chile, never mind that the Cubans were meddling and intervening, pouring agents in, and helping coordinate the importation of leftists from the entire continent, no doubt with logistical and other support from the tyrants in the Soviet Union. Government embeds in the Communist government also were stockpiling large warehouses full of weapons, preparing for confrontation, no doubt. They started calling for troops to mutiny.

But Congress and their people saw the economy in the pits. Nationalizing the copper mines only provided payout opportunities for political cronies. Accidents skyrocketed over Anaconda’s record, the mines began losing money instead of paying taxes, and the nationalization was like shooting yourself in the foot to spite your leg!

So the CIA may have been involved, but the military did not intervene until their Congress passed a resolution finally, demanding that the military brass do something to stop the runaway Communist dictator!

The USA is the biggest bully and interventionist in the world, for sure. But let us remember that socialism and fascism tends to  shoot itself in the foot by its nature, and that there is a significant and numerous part of the people in Latin America who want NOTHING to do with socialism.

Soviet Bogeyman, Murray N. Rothbard, and Getting Real

June 7, 2013
English: Murray Rothbard in the 90's

English: Murray Rothbard in the 90’s (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

The late Murray N. Rothbard is a name well-known among most libertarians I suppose, and his article “The Soviet Bogeyman” from 1973 is re-posted at http://mises.org/, at:
http://mises.org/daily/6447/The-Soviet-Bogeyman

It is Rothbard’s reaction to a Libertarian Party presidential candidate of those years, Dr. Hospers, and the latter’s advocacy of national arming to counter Soviet aggression. Rothbard refers to an apparently false claim repeated by Hospers in his own defense that there were Soviet “orders to advance” into Western Europe at the end of the war (presumably World War Two).

I disagree with Rothbard’s gullibility, while more or less agreeing with the approach he takes to potential aggressive threats from the Soviet Union, in his last paragraph, as excerpted below. Meaning I agree with the Rothbard approach to defense, while noting that he is wrong in denying any “Russian Threat”.

To proceed to Dr. Hospers’ final point: what of those Americans who are not persuaded by our evidence, and who persist in fearing the Russian Threat? He accuses us anarcho-capitalists who wish to dismantle the American State of “risking not only my life, but yours, by disarming.” But the point is that, in an anarchist society, those who fear a foreign threat and wish to arm themselves defensively, are free to go ahead and do so. Dr. Hospers happily concedes that private police forces would be more efficient than the police force of government monopoly; so why not private defense forces or “armies” as well? Contrary to Dr. Hospers, anarchists do not propose to force those who wish to arm defensively to disarm: instead on the contrary it is he and other advocates of archy who are now forcing us to arm against a foreign threat that many of us believe does not exist. It is no more moral to tax someone to pay for one’s own defense, whether real or imagined, than it is to draft him for the same purpose. And, besides, if the FBI is really protecting us against the sabotage of Grand Central Station, then why couldn’t the owners of that station do a far better job?

In my opinion, there is no small measure of naiveté in Rothbard’s arguments that the Soviets were only ever interested in “peaceful coexistence”, and, so he says, they were satisfying with merely waiting for the spontaneous revolutions to occur in other nations.

From what I have read of his writings, and the immense respect accorded him by other libertarian voices that have shown reliable insights, and from what I have learned from those writings, Rothbard is a source of great understanding of issues libertarian and anarcho-capitalist.

But he is not an oracle of God, to say the least, and on the issue of parental obligations toward children I could not disagree more, and there will be more on that topic in this blog forthcoming.

But on some of the things he says about the “Soviet threat” and “Communist threat”, there is a disconnect from the real world. It is an understandable reaction to the warfare state and military-industrial complex and the anti-Communist hysteria whipped up to justify major hikes in state confiscation schemes and income tax theft. Certainly, living in America, it is easier to see the sins committed against us by our own government than by foreign governments, including the abuse perpetrated with anti-communist justifications.

The fact is, though, that the so-called “Soviet threat” was not a phantom, nor is the Saul Alinsky/Noam Chomsky/Oliver Stone school of misinformation and subversion. Fraud, flattery, envy, and rigged elections in support of newly repackaged Soviet-style “democracies” were never phantoms.

The kind of corruption very much visible to Rothbard in the Western states, this corruption being borne of human nature itself, was very much present in the minds of the advocates of “peaceful coexistence”. At the same time, Russian defectors were pointing out at the time Rothbard penned this piece, Soviet military academies were teaching new officers that nuclear confrontation with the West was inevitable and that the first strike would determine the winner.

In more recent modified plans, though, in my opinion, this seems to have been a last resort option. Their plan is aided and abetted inside the United States by intellectuals who demand more welfare state power, more confiscatory power, more state theft, more inflation, more power for the Federal Reserve. While blasting the use of unconstitutional and illegal tactics when they are used against their fellow socialist/dictatorship advocates, they snort “paranoia” when anarcho-capitalists decry their use against “rightists”, or the economic abuse of citizens.

During the times of the book of Judges of the Bible, there was no permanent police force, there was no king, there was no standing army, there was no government at all. But on occasion the nations roundabout would oppress them.

In the famous history of Gideon, in fact, it was one such time, and the Philistine masters had banned all making of weapons, and only “approved” blacksmiths were allowed to even forge metals into plows. Gideon was “called” while plowing and formed a band that manufactured a bunch of “illegal weapons” and used them in a very asymmetric battle to throw off the invaders.

There is another issue at play here in Rothbard’s essay and even in its resurrection for posting at http://mises.org that affects most American libertarians, especially as a reaction to warmongering neoconservatives.

That is, they seem to share a kind of ignorance that has been imposed upon Americans about the world outside of the United States. Libertarian principles do not belong to one group of people any more than the truth about any other thing. Advocacy of freedom and liberty are universal. Natural rights are universal.

American libertarians are very much aware, and vociferously oppose the grossly unfair idea of redistribution in the U.S., and they are very much aware of the machinations of intellectual and political operators that want to justify the growing state economic control and central planning dictates.

But in other lands, they seem to me to be woefully ignorant of the struggles of people in other lands against violations of their freedom and their rights.

The recent glorification by even some libertarians of Hugo Chavez based on his (apparent) anti-Americanism is a case in point. But on principle, as some gullible hearts believe, he did NOT do anything good for the poor, any more than Lyndon Johnson’s “Great Society” war on poverty. There are precious few journalists or news agencies left in the world that report the truth faithfully, and the AP might as well declare itself openly as a Leftist Propaganda Front.

In fact, Chavez’ anti-American rhetoric rings hypocritical. He re-created the ruling class of bourgeoisie with billionaire supporters and newly billionaire buddies, and his own heirs now own a fortune that rivals those of the most brutal dictators of Asian and African fame.

The attack on AP, in fact, by the U.S. Department of Justice, looks like a multi-pronged illusionist trick. The AP participated in the attack by the entire international press against Honduras’ restoration of constitutionality in 2009, for example, and to those of us intimately aware of what was really happening in Honduras (my wife is Honduran), we saw it as obvious that it was deliberately deceitful reporting.

CNN’s reports in particular, in Spanish, were very, very bad, so much so that when about a million Hondurans spilled into their plazas and main roads to support the constitutional succession to Roberto Micheletti, a large group gathered outside CNN offices to protest their lying coverage.

In Miami, a lot of Hondurans gathered outside the Honduran consulate. Some of the Honduran-Americans I spoke with said they had voted for Obama and they would “never make that mistake again”.

Back to Lenin’s “peaceful coexistence” policy that Rothbard refers to, the sneaky, NWO propagandist Professor Carroll Quigley, quoted by the Birchers, is not the only source to find Communist designs for “attacks” (Lenin’s word) on capitalist countries. There is plenty of Communist literature, and references from Communist Party defectors, from Communist Party victims, in huge abundance:

From: http://www.bartleby.com/73/246.html

NUMBER: 246
AUTHOR: Vladimir Ilich Lenin (1870–1924)
QUOTATION: They [capitalists] will furnish credits which will serve us for the support of the Communist Party in their countries and, by supplying us materials and technical equipment which we lack, will restore our military industry necessary for our future attacks against our suppliers. To put it in other words, they will work on the preparation of their own suicide.
ATTRIBUTION: VLADIMIR ILICH (ULYANOV) LENIN, as reported by I. U. Annenkov in an article entitled, “Remembrances of Lenin,” Novyi Zhurnal/New Review, September 1961, p. 147.Annenkov recounts (pp. 144–47) a visit to the Moscow Institute of V. I. Lenin shortly after Lenin’s death, where he examined a number of Lenin manuscripts consisting principally of short and fragmentary notes, some of which were so interesting that he copied them. This Russian-language journal is published in New York City.

The popular and widely-quoted paraphrase, The capitalists are so hungry for profits that they will sell us the rope to hang them with, has often been considered spurious because it had not been found in Lenin’s published works.

SUBJECTS: Communism

It’s not like history has nothing to say here. It is indisputable that Stalin participated whole-heartedly, with the complete support of the entire Soviet apparatchiks, in dividing up Europe among the Allies. It is indisputable that Stalin’s Soviet Union poured arms, logistical support and funds into Mao’s guerrilla warfare. It is indisputable that the Soviet Union’s KGB and the more secretive GRU supplemented the open guerrilla wars they were famous for. And libertarian-minded lovers of freedom embrace historical selective amnesia to their own hurt. Not only that, it is a denial of the testimony of many fellow libertarians with better knowledge than the rest of us on the subject.

Just ask yourselves, people, what is wrong with somebody who can say government power corrupts in a land like the United States but not in a dictatorship or Islamic mini-caliphate? Why just pick on so-called “rightist” dictatorships?

Why say the Supreme Court robbed the 2000 election from Al Gore, for whom you have no political love, obviously, but totally ignore the complicity of the Florida Supreme Court in trying to support the rigging of the results attempted by minor elections officials? I do NOT think the Constitution is perfect, maybe a looser version like the previous Continental Congress structures would have been better. But if you talk about the rule of law with the same mouth, remember that the Constitution says the STATES set the rules for selecting the electors and Florida followed their own rules and the Florida Supreme Court told the state to change the rules. The Supreme Court would have done well to stop the obviously suspicious counting that resulted in an Senator Franklin. Motto: “Count the votes till I win! Then stop counting!”

Daniel 11’s “vile person” comes to power on the heels of a “raiser of taxes”,  “in whose estate” shall come one who shall “come in peaceably, obtain the kingdom by flatteries”, “work deceitfully”, “enter upon the fattest places of the province”, and “shall do that which his fathers have not done, nor his fathers’ fathers; he shall scatter among them the prey, and spoil, and riches”.

And mayhem ensues..

The Daily Bell hits another long one: Soviet goals in the Cold War

I can’t believe some of the ignorant criticisms of the very idea that the Soviet Union did not have an agressive imperialist policy! Their influence in the Comintern is historically undeniable! When I was a Communist in more gullible days, I never thought it to be any secret that Communists had a duty to propagandize for revolution by any means necessary!

Lenin even laid out their plan, you have to try real hard to avoid finding out what he said about first taking Russia, then the masses of China, then subverting (my synonym) Latin America, and then America falling into his hands.

But in the USSR, their military academies have always taught their officers that a nuclear war with the US was inevitable and that whoever struck first would win.

For gosh sake, what do you think they were doing hosting anti-war conferences, including Bill Clinton ahem, during Vietnam? (Which I hated, marched against, and still condemn today as a follower of Christ and libertarian BTW).

What, you think the Soviets weren’t imperialists just because Hollywood only makes CIA movies?

Look at Hugo Chavez, the guy who took his new million-dollar jet –his first “socialist” toy after getting elected– straight to Paris and straight to the prison to see Carlos Ilyich Sanchez, aka “The Jackal”, most wanted terrorist in history until OBL (so bad even Europe hated him) Before seeing France’s head of state. Then to Moscow where he said “I have always been a Leninist”. Beijing: “I have always been a Maoist”. Iran: “I have always been anti-Yanqui”.

He stole his country’s oil money to spread his openly Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Communism to his neighboring countries. So YES A THOUSAND TIMES YES! socialism, especially its parent, Marxism, has always been imperialist. Hugo Chavez and his agents –they captured 100s of them in Honduras after they removed the dictator coup-governing golpista Manuel Zelaya, that you will never hear about on CNN or Fox News either– those agents flooded so many dollars into Honduras trying to put the dictator puppet back in, that the lempira went UP by about FIFTEEN PERCENT!

In fact, there’s a new word in Spanish now! “Narco-imperialista” It means narco-imperialist. That’s because he took some of the drug money they got from the Communist FARC guerrillas to try to enslave Honduras!

And they’re still trying to conquer Honduras, organizing thugs to “occupy” private farmland. And a brave Venezuelan journalist after the November 2009 election uncovered a Chavista plot hatched by the dictatorships of Venezuela and Cuba and their lackeys from Honduras to assassinate reporters and politicians and blame it on the elected government.

If you don’t think socialists are imperialists, look up Karol Cabrera, the most influential journalist against Zelaya in Honduras in 2009. Her daughter murdered, a colleague murdered, in attempts to kill her, she had to finally hide inside a MILITARY base to escape the murderous Chavista beasts. Trying to shut the mouths of the media voices that told the truth to power. Maybe now you can see another possible reason that the people in the American Old Media seem so loving of more government power.

TELL THE TRUTH! Thank you Dr. Tibor Machan for telling the truth!

Russia, the Bolsheviks, Western financing

Re-posted from a discussion elsewhere:

German and the Russian Bolshevik insistence on quitting the war was a good cover during WWII for German capitalists supporting the purported sworn enemies of capitalists inside Russia. Just like “democracy” is a believable cover for Obama’s support for the “Arab Spring” that it turns out is actually the “Arab Winter”. (Note that nobody in the Media, Fox News included is admitting an editorial mistake on that one). But hundreds of thousands, probably millions, have strong trouble believing the cover story anymore, and most of those know how to add, no matter that all the government-media complex is pretending skeptics don’t exist.

But then there’s another twist to that. The Czar was already deposed when Lenin and Trotsky went in. The big Western banks and financial interests had starved the Russians for war financing, and all the Russian institutions were feeling that. The new Kerensky government needed the financing from the West, with the Bolsheviks and the war making havoc of their economy. They begged the West to let them quit the war and keep the financing because Russian domestic opposition was putting their government in danger.

The Western bankers and financiers said, No way Jose, you quit the war you quit the financing. (Unspoken subtext: We don’t care if the Bolsheviks take over, in fact our pals the Kaisers are sending Trotsky with gold to finance them). Remember this was also just a few scant years after the same bankers hoodwinked the United States to enact both the income tax and the Federal Reserve, too….

So the Russian front continued at war, the Bolsheviks rode the anti-war sentiment and Western gold to power, Russia quit the war anyway –and then– Western money poured into Bolshevik Russia anyway despite their quitting the war…..

My promise to Newtown parents: Defend the right to defend the children

I got a well-meaning email from a friend that was a pass-it-along plea originating from the new group of parents of the deceased in Newtown. They are asking for a promise to support “common sense solutions that make our community and nation safer from similar acts of violence. This is my reply.

The problem with this theme in the media is that the whole conversation has revolved around the citizen disarmament issue, instead of “What is wrong with us, what is wrong with our society”. I do honor the memory, but I fear that the measures being discussed to supposedly make us safer are only going to make us more vulnerable to much greater dangers. I cannot sign such a promise –these days especially– before I know how it will be used. And by the way, “common sense solutions” of all kinds are all over the air waves and cable channels without end, and most of the time the phrase is associated with the roads of good intentions but that are not well thought-out.

As the son of a late son (who left us in December 2011) and husband of a mother who saved her own son from a kidnapping many years agone when she had to use her own concealed carry, I will remember those victims. My wife is from a country now known for having one of the highest murder rates in the world. A lot of the crime is from the Venezuela-connected traffickers that tried to overthrow the Constitution in 2009 with narco-socialist dictator Manuel Zelaya who was ousted from his illegitimate power grab by court-ordered arrest and a constitutional transfer of power.

In Honduras, the street gangs for awhile were making bombs in their basements, and they make their own home-fashioned weapons that pack a powerful punch. While even the Justice Department-ATF was caught running guns to the drug gangs, weapons are always gone missing from military inventories. You think they want you to know that?

Like I said, I will remember those victims and avoid a repeat. It’s impossible to prevent it 100% but the most effective defense against an incident like the one in Newtown is to do what Israel does, and allow responsible staff and faculty to defend themselves in such a case, and defend their right to do so.

In Israel, there people with arms everywhere, and servicemen and women and those who have arms get jail sentences if they do not keep them on their person at all times. A granny stopped a shoot-up at a mall once by firing back.

These parents do want to stop the senseless killings. The shooter chose to go to a gun-free zone instead of a police station or a shooting range where people go for target practice. The shooter in Aurora avoided seven other theaters in his area, including one much closer to his home, and went to the one theater that bans firearms from it premises.

In that theater there was at least one active serviceman who took the bullet (and died) for his girlfriend. If he had been able to have his protection with him, he may have been able to save more than his girlfriend. There was at least one former serviceman there too, who could not shoot back.

At Fort Hood, the theater where that one occurred was full of guys that knew how to use theirs, but were prohibited from carrying them inside.

The kidnapper had made his threat and was walking away with my wife’s oldest son from the bus stop, a child at the time, and my wife pulled out her own and pointed it and that was the end of the kidnapping.

Another Navy man I met once helped his black buddy protect the grocery store the buddy’s Mom owned during a Liberty City riot in Miami. Both of them were on the roof with their equipment.

But aside from the personal scale, or even the scale of a school, consider that the worst thing that could happen to a child is what happened to tens of millions of children along with their parents around the world in the 20th century in the months after laws were passed and enforced that disarmed those victims. Armenians in Turkey; Ukrainians in the Soviet Union; Jews, Gypsies, handicapped, dissident Christians in Germany, professionals and half the population in Cambodia, and sixty million Chinese. Not to mention the gun laws in the United States that banned ownership by blacks and mulattos in the South during and after slavery days, and the disarming of Indian tribes.

“BAD GUY” LISTS: AFTER CONFISCATION, TYRANNY

January 13, 2013
FBI-NYPD Joint Terrorist Task Force

FBI-NYPD Joint Terrorist Task Force (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

There is one breach in the resistance against disarmament, besides news media distraction with other stories, that they will use, and I don’t know if the publication of the list of registered gun owners by that newspaper in New York is a mistake by somebody or a trial balloon, or was a plot to distract from the central issue involving the Second Amendment. It changed the conversation from why it’s important to respect the right to self-defense, and that is where the debate should go.

It also crowded the air waves with the action of one newspaper that did the deed.

The one thing that is holding back tyranny in the United States is an armed populace. The prisons are full of people who would be glad to have a free hand at eliminating dissidents, as long as they think their rulers will take good care of them. Much of the military’s dirty work is now done by private contractors and firms, and some of them no doubt have little care about respecting the rights of their targets, especially if they are convinced that they are really bad guys.

Hollywood movie-makers have been conditioning their audience for decades to accept the idea of breaking the law and inflicting pain as long as the victim is a bona-fide bad guy.

Now remember what Obama said about a “civilian” security force just as organized and well-funded as the U.S. military? “To meet our security objectives”, he said. He did not say whose security objectives, expecting most people to just assume it was him including his audience. Many of us know better.

There hasn’t been any public activity to match that campaign promise to form a new “civilian” federal police force. Probably there are some big increases in the spending on the dozens of federal agencies that have tens or hundreds of thousands of armed agents, under DHS and Justice and State.

But I think something is telling me that there is more to it than that, as one NWO defector to Jesus Christ has exposed. It’s a great number of guys in prisons who don’t have qualms and might gladly join such a force. Louis Farrakhan has even predicted that the price America will pay for the historical slavery will have to do with them.

Let me quickly add that it is not just some of the black guys. There are a great many of them who have become aware plans to enslave the whole world. The ones who warn them about getting put back in chains are the very perpetrators of these plans, but there are some who know it. A librarian friend of mine tells me about them using their facilities to do research at times, a former “black militant”.

The ONE MAJOR THING that has plans for an overt declaration of dictatorship in the USA is the very big civilian military force that Obama, Biden, and the usual suspects have nothing to do with except for their desire to disarm it.

There are as many as one million Americans who are prepared to repel any foreign invasion, and who will not give up their means of self-defense so easily. They are educated, through no fault of the oligarchy, to the fact that after disarmament comes genocide throughout history. The Armenians in Turkey, the Jews in Germany, Christians and political opposition in the Soviet Union and in Mao’s China, in Cambodia, great numbers of people gave up their lives and their families when they gave up their self-defense.

That’s the ONE thing that defectors have said is holding back the plans of plutocrats.

They are especially after pistols, because when the plans for takeover at great scales take place, they don’t want anybody to be able to hide a small one. That’s one reason they also want a list of who has what….

MAKE NO MISTAKE: They are planning to confiscate all the weapons they can. They have already done this I think it was in New York, with a subset.

In meetings revealed later by some people present, it has been reported, that Bill Ayers, bomb-maker and “Weather Underground” leader, who complained they had not done enough mayhem, he said they would have to kill at least a million or more people to be successful at their revolution.

They also don’t like the idea of anybody being able to live “off the grid”, meaning without having to depend on the infrastructure and system they control. But their biggest fear right now is having a populace that can shoot back.

Note Ruby Ridge, Waco, a dozen terrorist plots formed by government agencies like the FBI for safe “we protect you” campaigns, and yet they said no way they could see the hit on the Towers coming.

Gun control and tyranny in history

Below I copied a snip that I thought  was a good compilation of the history of the tight relationship gun control has with tyranny. Someone identified as “way2confused” in an obvious reference to gun control freaks posted it in the comments section of a Washington Times article, link provided.

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2012/dec/27/dueling-data-on-gun-crimes-put-new-laws-in-crossfi/?page=all#pagebreak

After the list is done, he rightly points out that the country with the lowest crime rate in the world, and the lowest in gun crime, is also the one that requires all households to have one. Hitler may well have been stopped in his tracks if he had tried to annex the German part of Switzerland instead of Sudetenland, because all the individuals of the language and ethnic groups there are proud of their common political bond.

(As a side note, Switzerland also is one of the most non-interventionist nations in the world while at the same time no one can accuse them of being isolationist. That’s something that could have been said more often during the 2012 U.S. presidential campaign.)

Here’s the comment:

You can’t have a new world order and a totalitarian system when people have guns. In ALL socialistic/communistic/dictatorships, the FIRST thing they did was issue gun control, then a total gun ban.

A LITTLE GUN HISTORY
In 1929, the Soviet Union established gun control. >From 1929 to 1953, about 20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

In 1911, Turkey established gun control. From 1915 to 1917, 1.5 million
Armenians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, a total of 13 million Jews and others who were unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.

China established gun control in 1935. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.

Guatemala established gun control in 1964. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayan
Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Cambodia established gun control in 1956. From 1975 to 1977, one million
educated people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Defenseless people rounded up and exterminated in the 20th Century because of gun control: 56 million.

You won’t see this data on the US evening news, or hear politicians
disseminating this information.

Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes,
gun-control laws adversely affect only the law-abiding citizens.

Take note my fellow Americans, before it’s too late!

The next time someone talks in favor of gun control, please remind them of this
history lesson.

With guns, we are ‘citizens’. Without them, we are ‘subjects’.

If you value your freedom, please spread this antigun-control message to all of your friends.

SWITZERLAND ISSUES EVERY HOUSEHOLD A GUN!
SWITZERLAND’S GOVERNMENT TRAINS EVERY ADULT THEY ISSUE A RIFLE. SWITZERLAND HAS THE LOWEST GUN RELATED CRIME RATE OF ANY CIVILIZED COUNTRY IN THE WORLD!!! IT’S A NO BRAINER!

DON’T LET OUR GOVERNMENT WASTE MILLIONS OF OUR TAX DOLLARS IN AN EFFORT TO MAKE ALL LAW ABIDING CITIZENS AN EASY TARGET.

Spread the word everywhere you can that you are a firm believer in the 2nd
Amendment!

It’s time to speak loud before they try to silence and disarm us.
You’re not imagining it, history shows that governments always manipulate
tragedies to attempt to disarm the people.

So there you have it, link and all. “The only thing man learns from history is that man never learns from history”. Some of us might. I was wondering when the control freaks would start grabbing guns, because there is a dollar crash coming and if/when the house of paper dollars come tumbling, and the ledger entries start shrinking, there will be a lot of angry people.

The architects responsible for the collapse will throw the propaganda media into high gear blaming the victims Mom and Pop businesses who lost their wherewithal to a gang of bankers and swindlers with suits who work for those intellectual authors of the looting. The ones who abused them will get their support for seizing even more power.

But there will be a great many who will know what happened, and many of those discovered each other during Ron Paul‘s historic and educational presidential campaign. They include millions of really young adults who have tasted what political and economic freedom looks like and why they are twins of the same mother.

It’s not all over yet. There are very rough times ahead, because there is a rich and powerful elite that has the taste of absolute power in its mouth, and is getting ever more rabid and bold in its machinations, and they have not hesitated to use false flag operations, assassinations, coverups, moles, drone strikes, and terror plots stopped by the FBI that were engineered by the FBI.

And the US certainly will have a lesser role in world history than most Americans think. It will decline in power, but then the Beast of the coming World Government will still have his hands full with rebellions against central control breaking out all over.

“He shall come to his end, and none shall help him”.

“Leftist” and “Rightist” Are Meaningless, What matters is Less Government Control vs. Less

September 17, 2012

During the 1930s and into the 1940s, the Nazis were often referred to as leftists. That’s right, leftists. What makes sense anyway?

What’s the difference between international socialism and national socialism? None, the only difference being whim of the dictators’ club.

Note that the free market advocates in the Soviet Union were called “liberals”, the same as in the 1930s and 1940s. Go read Ludwig von Mises. He “liberally” refers to “the liberals”. Guess who he’s talking about? Free marketers! This is what is meant by “classical liberal economics”, in fact.

“Left” and “right” mean nothing of consequence today in American political campaigns, especially reporting. Those words were hijacked for different meanings at journalism schools and political science departments of colleges that trained the government-media complex central planning writers of today’s propaganda media. The left/right language is used to Pavlov as many media consumers as possible into associating good things to bad things, confusing them.

The political spectrum that matters is command-and-control “government” on one end, versus total freedom on the other. More government control vs. less government control. Whether you want somebody telling everybody else what they can and cannot do, or whether you prefer the freedom to do whatever you like as long as you respect the rights of others. Respecting others’ rights means you cannot compel them to do anything, or not do anything, and they cannot compel you.

I call this “Golden Rule Government”.

Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets. – Matthew 7:12

Fact check on the Unaffordable Medical Industry Nationalization, and Honduras

July 3, 2012

Below find my fact-checking to a couple of points in the following CNN article that purports to be a fact-check on the debate in Jacksonville, Florida, by Glenn Kessier..

“The Quest for Simplicity”
http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/fact-checker/post/fact-checking-the-cnn-debate-in-jacksonville/2012/01/27/gIQAf4xjUQ_blog.html

About the “Affordable” Care Act, really the Unaffordable Medical Industry Central Control Act.

Sure, what’s not to like if we get something we want. I get insurance without “pre-existing” conditions, never mind the effect on insurance. My kid gets business-paid coverage up to 26 years old, cool. Never mind that a LOT of employees that work for SMALL businesses can’t afford it. Oops.

Insurance companies are not charities and find ways to cut costs at our expense, but I still remember my poverty-stricken childhood when my family was able to pay visits to the doctor when I needed to go. A good family doctor that knew well what he was doing and charged reasonably. The family lawyer too, for the whole neighborhood really, who really cared for his clients, dropping off some of the worst guys near my Dad’s church when he bailed them out, for example, hoping they would get curious and interested and have a change in their lives.

Nobody wants anybody to die, but government has poured countless billions of dollars into the demand side of medical care and insurance and this of course has made it prohibitively expensive for us all.

The government has raised the price for doctors, medicines, and insurance, and hospitals, and home care, for us all by increasing demand all around. Those are direct subsidies. The indirect subsidies are made through tax policies like letting corporations make a pre-tax benefit of medical care, without allowing individuals the same possibility.

That’s not only an indirect subsidy to all the insurance companies and all medical establishments, it also gives a huge advantage to the biggest corporations.

Take away the profit motive completely from all of it, you get the real world version of Cuba. One of the biggest businesses in Miami is the sale of pharmaceuticals with delivery addresses inside Cuba. Central planning never worked in the Soviet Union or Mao’s China, and it has never worked in the US either. Michael Moore’s propaganda piece is a complete fraud, fraud, fraud.

And look at where there is a hybrid system. Private facilities are always better, in both poor and rich countries.

If you have ever had to get help from a state agency or a federal agency, it is a labyrinth of paperwork and requirements. If you’ve had to process a visa through its completion like I have for my wife and five step-children, it is criminal. If Obama wants to keep families together so much then he should slash all that paperwork and chop down all the fees. But no. He does the political thing, while deporting more people than ever while posturing about Arizona.

FACT CHECK NEEDS ITS OWN FACT-CHECKER

FactCheck.Org is NOT a fact-based source. To me, Santorum is a fake conservative and warmonger and neo-con and as a Bible-believing born-again Christian myself, I say his foreign policy is bad.

But so-called “Fact Check” got their facts WRONG on HONDURAS. Zelaya had already executed his own coup against the government in Honduras, and he was running it as an old-style dictator, and trying to set himself up to be another Pinochet.

Zelaya took new laws passed by Congress in 2009 and shredded them by doing what he wanted.

Zelaya ignored court orders to obey the law and in response declared that he did not have to obey any “juecesitos”, meaning “pipsqueak judges”.

Finally his arrest was ordered by the Supreme Court for not only those crimes but many others, like ROBBING the funds for the POOR to finance his illegal machinations to be caudillo for life. He gave some cabinet members a million dollars outright, telling them to stick with him, he would be president for life.

Zelaya was the coup monger. The Congress was elected by the same Honduras too and had that right.

The exile was a different matter. I’m sure Zelaya may have even requested it so as not to be put in prison where he belonged.

All of Honduras knows that he did change his story on arrival in Costa Rica and that he left his home, witnessed by two dozen

neighbors, in his suit.

John Kerry channels Joe McCarthy stereotype, but there are signs of hope for freedom’s message

April 18, 2012

Joe McCarthy went along with the real fear of Americans that Communists, enemies of the Constitution, enemies of freedom, would of course want to infiltrate the State Department and other organs of government. I mean, how dare he think the Soviet Union would want to put spies in our government?

While those warnings have proved to be oh-so-true, now here comes Kerry and blows the whistle on why these central-planning advocate politicians want to impose a government-enforced “fairness” doctrine, or “equal time” doctrine, for media (hint: it has nothing at all to do with fairness or balance):

http://www.theblaze.com/stories/john-kerry-media-has-responsibility-to-not-give-equal-time-to-tea-party/

He says the media should suppress ideas that “everybody” knows are not true. What’s next? Maybe Kerry will next introduce a bill creating a new “Ministry of Truth” like the one in Orwell’s nightmarish totalitarian world of his novel “1984”.

Are students still reading that book? They should be. I don’t know if George Orwell remained a socialist after writing it, maybe he thought he was warning against the “worst ones” like Stalin, but even if so it still stands as a monumental warning and testament against socialism altogether, and against all socialistic policies, all policies that give any government more power.

Fascism = Naziism = Socialism = National Socialism = International Socialism.

It’s a testimony against the gullible for ignorance that Kerry’s own supporters did not recoil aghast at this blatant criticism against the natural right of free speech recognized in the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.

But there is hope waiting in the sidelines. I think the infrastructure is pretty much in place to finish off illusions of freedom in the USA and the last superficial respect for it, at best to throw an unmitigated economic disaster our way if they don’t get their way, but there are a couple of things that are positive developments in our time.

One, lots of people are waking up to what is going on, people of all backgrounds. Most of them are figuratively gathering around Ron Paul as a focal point for the new awareness and new appreciation for freedom from central-planning mandates. No matter whether the mandates are political or economic, they are encroachments on our natural rights. Not all are lined up with all of Ron Paul’s ideas, but even some of those are starting to realize he represents the best ideas for saving what’s left of respect for freedom.

Two, even the youth and the left gullible are listening to the libertarian message with its walking example of an honest champion in Ron Paul. The idea is intoxicating of a politician who is in it to give more power to the people instead of themselves, instead of saying they need more power to “solve problems” (wink wink). Instead we have someone who has consistently voted against his own material interests saying the “political class”should give up power back to the people, to the individual, in order to let them solve problems much better.

Three, Ron Paul providing a focal point for this new movement, this honest intellectual revolution, is an example of the application of true Christian principles to federal governance. This is helping Christians break free of the straitjacket of what they are told to think by their own brand of Pharisees who beat the drums for a Constantine government instead of for the freedom to “make disciples of all nations”. Making disciples requires interacting with individuals with love, and sharing the gospel with them instead of invading their countries to “make” them into “democracies”.

The founders who articulated well-established principles of government into the Constitution and the Christian leaders, the devout Bible-believing Christians who forced the Bill of Rights into the constitutional package from the beginning, they said it themselves.

The same Christian politicians and writers who today invoke them for their own kind of “moral central planning” refer to quotes by them to prove they were believers,  which for the most part they were, saying that this constitution or the republican form of government works only for a moral and religious people.

If a people or a culture doesn’t have a foundation of respect for your neighbor, meaning the real-life application of the Golden Rule, then any republic or “democracy” you set up will tend to be a sham.

The United States has a strong tradition since its inception of respect for the individual and for personal responsibility, coupled with another strong tradition of private charity.

These are the kinds of ideas that are bringing Christians away from demands for more Pharisee government into a philosophy that emulates more individualism as Jesus thought of it, whose kingdom is not of this world. His kingdom is in the hearts of men, not in the rule of men.

Well I went into some parenthetical related thoughts but the point is that Christians are learning to come to respect the limits of government and that you cannot just put a just man, or men, in power to issue commands that all subjects act in moral righteousness, it simply will not work and it will corrupt the idea  with man’s corruption, and you can prove it by simply looking at what secular power did to the Church throughout history, with Catholics and Protestants alike.

In some cases, you can see God‘s hand in history. It’s not that any leader was perfect by any means, but just as Nebuchadnezzar was “my [God’s] servant”, God will use certain leaders sometimes to help move the world to one in which there is more peace. Sometimes it’s directly, sometimes indirectly, but eventually Christians have the end of the story in the Bible.

The fourth point to this list is that Ron Paul, the faithful Christian who says he looks to his Christian faith in everything he does, and proves it because his walk has matched his talk, is providing a testimony against the militant atheist proselytizers who say Christianity is intrinsically abusive (because they do not understand what they’re talking about).

He is providing no end of confusion for some militant “Ayn Rand” followers, who claimed that Christianity was inherently dictatorial and anti-freedom.

It’s like I’ve shared with some Ron Paul supporters, “gay” and atheists, we would rather be able to remove the distraction of central government mandates in order to love them into the kingdom. A forced conversion to morality is no conversion at all, and it’s better they decide to do what’s right for themselves and others, rather than telling them to and expecting them to just obey.
