Could Ariel Castro be tried for murder? Case would be unprecedented.
Aggravated murder charges likely will be sought against Ariel Castro, a prosecutor said. Experts say it is unprecedented to sentence someone to death for killing a fetus in a case in which the mother survives.

Establishing legal personhood of those five babies would most importantly benefit the unborn children themselves.

Some of the liberty-minded have a problem thinking out whether the mother (or father) has an obligation to the child. I say there is no such quandary.

One bedrock principle for libertarians is demanding personal responsibility for one’s own actions. Leave me alone, don’t rob my neighbor to rescue me from the results of my decisions.

A baby is a result of a conscious action by two people, the father and the mother. The only exception is the case of a rape. But where two people have sex, even people with major brain limitations know that babies can “happen” from sex. If a new human life is conceived, you did it, it’s yours, you take care of it. Yes, you DO owe it to that baby. The baby had no say in the contract, it’s an “imposition” on the baby if it is an “imposition” on anybody. It’s an implicit contract made all the more “enforceable” under libertarian principles because of the fact that life is the first requirement for life, liberty, and ownership.

“Forward” to Election Fraud and Obama Layoffs – Carol Platt Liebau

The number of votes in the 2012 election that Congressman Alan West “lost”
141 percent of registered voters St. Lucie County in Florida tipped the vote against Congressman Alan West,
http://watchdogwire.com/florida/2012/11/10/massive-voter-fraud-in-st-lucie-county-florida-141-turnout/

From the report:

Click on the link below for the official St Lucie County, FL 2012 election results. Only one precinct had less than 113% turnout. The unofficial vote count is 175,554 registered voters 247,713 vote cards cast (141.10% ). The National SEAL Museum, a St. Lucie county polling place, had 158.85% voter turn out, the highest in the county.

When asked about the 141% Supervisor of Elections Gertrude Walker stated, “They may have had something like that in Palm Beach County, but we’ve never seen that here.”

Statement of Votes Cast St. Lucie County 2012 General Election November 6, 2012*

Supervisor Walker has posted this notice on her official website:

THE CANVASSING BOARD MEETING SCHEDULED FOR THE RECOUNT ON SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2012 AT 7:00 AM HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2012 AT 7:00 AM AT THE SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS OFFICE, 4132 OKEECHOBEE ROAD MALL ENTRANCE 2.

It appears that Allen West is justified in asking for a lock-down on the ballot boxes and machines in St. Lucie County. According to the November 7th Supervisor of Elections report Allen B. West garnered 52,625 votes in St.Lucie county and Patrick Murphy 65,896 votes.

Okay, there’s another side to the story, adn more details, find it here:

Okay, that’s Alan West in the recently redrawn district. Now let’s go to Ohio, the number one “swing state”, where some jurisdictions voted ONE HUNDRED PERCENT FOR OBAMA, just like Iraq did for Saddam Hussein:

More than one out of every five registered Ohio voters is probably ineligible to vote.

In two counties, the number of registered voters actually exceeds the voting-age population: Northwestern Ohio’s Wood County shows 109 registered voters for every 100 eligible, while in Lawrence County along the Ohio River it’s a mere 104 registered per 100 eligible

Venezuela has Hugo Chavez, and Venezuela has that problem too, where there are more people voting than there are eligible voters.

The same article quotes Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted as saying they wanted to clean up the registered voter rolls that have over 20 percent regarded as “inactive”. He says there are –get this, attention now– conflicting federal laws that cover the cleanup of voter rolls

The bill is currently pending before a House Oversight subcommittee, but has garnered a substantial number of sponsors — 227 in all, including several committee chairmen. And while Fed-bashing became a popular activity on the GOP primary campaign trail, not all the bill’s backers are Republicans. Several Democrats, such as Reps. Peter DeFazio (Ore.) and Dennis Kucinich (Ohio), are among those pushing for a Fed audit.

Interior Secretary Denies Meddling With Environmental Review Jobs Numbers | Fox News:
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/02/15/interior-secretary-denies-meddling-with-environmental-review-jobs-numbers/

Interior Secretary Ken Salazar on Wednesday denied meddling with an environmental review that initially found a proposed rule would cost thousands of coal jobs before contractors were allegedly pressured to change the numbers.

Rep. Bill Johnson, R-Ohio, pressed Salazar on the incident during a hearing before the House Natural Resources Committee.

But Salazar said he was not involved in any interference and indicated top administration officials weren’t either.

“I had no knowledge of this, and I do not believe that anybody in the White House did,” Salazar said.

The incident in question involves the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement, which is part of the Interior Department. The dispute revolves around proposed changes to a rule regulating coal mining near streams and other waterways. Experts contracted to analyze the impact of the rule initially found that it would cost 7,000 coal jobs. But the contractors have claimed they were subsequently pressured to keep the findings under wraps and then “revisit” the study in order to show less of an impact on jobs. They refused.

Contractors testified on the incident in November. Johnson also released a December 2010 email that showed a mining office official telling the contractors not to discuss their review with outside parties

WTF?! Black Mother Gets Felony for Sending Kids to a “Better” School?! | United Black America:
http://unitedblackamerica.com/wtf-black-mother-gets-felony-for-sending-kids-to-a-better-school/

The judge and the jury (pox on them, sew and reap) threw a felony charge on this single black mother for sending her kids to a school district outside the one assigned to her by the government education monopoly. The judge laid on a five-year prison sentence, of which she was to actually serve ten days, plus she has to “pay back” the $30,000 –that’s right, thirty thousand dollars!
