Ottomans kicked out. Israel-can-do-no-wrong apologists claim that Arabs happily sold their lands to European Jews during the years of British occupation after World War Two.

But there’s more to it, because the Ottoman Turks had a bunch of land titles. They were sold cheap to incoming European Ashkenazi money.

Pressured from opposite sides by Zionists anxious for a Jewish state and by Arabs seeking an independent Palestine, the British finally decided to pull out after World War II and to turn the problem over to the United Nations. As the drive for a Jewish state intensified, the revered Dr. Judah Magnes, president of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and head of the Ihud movement, bitterly denounced “Zionist Totalitarianism,” which, he charged, is trying to bring “the entire Jewish people under its influence by force and violence. I have not yet seen the Zionist terrorists called by their rightful names: Killers – brutalized men and women. … All Jews in America share in the guilt, even those not in accord with the activities of this new pagan leadership, but who sit at ease with folded hands….” Shortly afterward, Dr. Magnes felt it necessary to exile himself from Palestine and emigrate to the United States.

Under unbelievably intense pressure from the United States, the UN – including an enthusiastic U.S. and USSR – reluctantly approved a Palestine partition plan in November 1947, a plan that formed the basis of the British pullout and the Israel declaration of existence on May 15 of the following year. The partition plan granted the Jews, who had a negligible fraction of Palestine’s land, almost half the land area of the country. Zionism had succeeded in carving out a European Jewish state over Arab territory in the Middle East. But this is by no means all. The UN agreement had provided (a) that Jerusalem be internationalized under UN rule, and (b) that there be an economic union between the new Jewish and Arab Palestine states. These were the basic conditions under which the UN approved partition. Both were promptly and brusquely disregarded by Israel – thus launching an escalating series of aggressions against the Arabs of the Middle East.

Despite the propaganda we hear today about Arab attacks, the Irgun and Lehi had already made clear they were in a de-facto war against the Palestinians living within the borders they wanted. The massacre at Deir Yassin made their plans clear, made even more clear by the fact that the town had declared itself neutral and had been one of the friendliest to its Jewish neighbors.

The entire war of 1948 was fought in ARAB majority areas, territory recognized by the UN Partition Plan and by the world as majority-Arab areas. This was not a barren empty desert, Arabs were making their living there. The neighboring Arab states only attacked after it became clear that the Irgun and Lehi and the other paramilitary groups were engaging in their own ethnic cleansing program, and the Palestinians began a massive panicked rush to Arab-controlled areas to save their lives.

So much for the Israel propaganda line that Palestinians migrated “voluntarily”.

The Arab neighbor nations found themselves helplessly out-fought by what was in essence an invasive militia with European military experience.

The prophecies seem to indicate that the “Jews according to the flesh” will eventually come to recognize their Messiah and “mourn as for an only son”, but until they follow their own prophets up to and including their very own Jesus Christ, they are described by Jesus in his pronouncement lamenting the rejection of his people then: ” Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.”.

Evangelicals are not trying to bring on Armageddon, just protect Israel

This is in reaction to the article written by one Dr. Manion, just a comment about your reference to dispensationalists. In general I agree with his criticism of the warmongers among Christians, but have one small “correction” on one point in the interest of understanding them:

Along the same lines, evangelicals are not just interested in hastening Armageddon, although you might think so from some literature if you don’t try to understand them. I’m a Christian, but such labels do not fit me, I was against the Vietnam War in the 1960s as the young Communist I was, but ever since I came back to Christ in 1971, I have been against every single war the US has engaged in to date.

Most evangelicals in the pews are more motivated by thinking they are supposed to be friends to Israel, help protect Israel against the world. This is indeed due more to the dispensationalist influence than anything else, and “dispensationalists” will agree with this, but most people in their pews in church do not understand this well.

It’s all about helping Israel right up to the pre-Tribulation moment (another false doctrine) when they are raptured out of the Earth, and the world is left behind for the Antichrist to take over.

The main historical devil responsible for “dispensations” getting a false interpretation is Cyrus Scofield, and then there’s his own mentor, Charles Darby in England. Scofield’s notes gave special twists and turns to scripture, made many of them seem backwards from what they were. In other words, he hated the Bible but knew that Americans would not be so easily fooled as to new false “translations” like Darby’s, so he just wrote copious notes that did the job.

Gullible Christians;

Ron Paul, Military Spending and Wars, the Fed, and Israel

How often do lies and deceitful spin from Old Media get repeated before the Truth overcomes it?

Ron Paul voted consistently NO whenever he thought a bill was unconstitutional. The problem was that Congress almost NEVER offers a constitutional bill anymore. 30 years of no compromise with Crony Capitalism, no payoffs, straight up. Incorruptible. The ONLY one for 30 years. What more do we want?

Anything less IS compromise. And with the self-enforcing culture of corruption in Congress, forget persuading them! And he convinced the people that matter. For his efforts, the ideological yoke of socialist lies over the youth of America has been broken and they have joined on to the new Liberty Revolution, it’s a Love Revolution, steps toward a consciousness of Golden Rule society, freedom.

Would that the entire Congress would have voted, No, No, HELL NO!!! all those times he did. NO WE WILL NOT RAISE THE STUPID DEBT CEILING AGAIN, NO WE WILL NOT LET YOU WAGE AN UNDECLARED WAR, NO WE WILL NOT LET THE FEDERAL RESERVE CONTINUE LOOTING OUR POCKETS!!!! **** !*##%$#$

The military interventions overseas have yielded ZERO benefits for the USA and ZERO benefits for the victims of those interventions. Contrary to the Lying Sniveling Hissing Old Media, Ron Paul did NOT want to completely dismantle the military, and he even wanted to keep some nuclear submarines going I believe.

Isolationist? Snort! Another lie! Commerce with all nations, entanglements with none. It worked the first 150 of our years, and drove the Industrial Revolution here and with a domestic free market allowed the USA to become the biggest economy of the world.

ISRAEL? The US gives FOUR TIMES as much foreign aid to Israel’s enemies than it does to Israel. Ending ALL of it would be a favor to Israel. The USA has only been a ball and chain holding Israel back. Set them free! (Google Settlers of Samaria and Israel)

And we need more people yelling about the root of the problems, like the Federal Reserve money changers, fiat currency, endless unconstitutional war making, the new declaration by the Obama administration that they now only get war-making orders and permission from the UN not the American people, and the outrageous NSA spying, the criminal presidential kill orders! Compromise for 100 years has NOT worked! Never worked! Time to put backbone to conviction and yell the truth from the treetops!

Especially good is the demonstration that the best “political spectrum” goes from Total Government to No Government.

 

The usual “meme” they foist on our brains, the left-right “political spectrum”, is a blatantly false one if you inspect it thoughtfully. Just think about it: on the “extreme left” is totalitarian dictatorship by the state; on the “extreme right” is the totalitarian dictatorship by a corporate-state partnership.

 

So the “moderates” are caught without an ideological escape to freedom from tyranny.

 

The “powers that be” have indoctrinated generations of schoolchildren into this mind-set of non-thinking. With China and Russia introduced a few controlled, guarded, so-called “free-market reforms” into its production infrastructure, note that it didn’t fit easily this right-left diagram they use for the United States.

 

So they made a temporary exception to the usual definitions, and called the ones pushing for more freedoms as “liberal” and the ones pushing for more state control as “conservatives”, as if “conservatives” only want status quo and “liberals” want to change things for better.

 

That’s the way the powers that be report it in the West, especially the USA. The word “liberal”, however, when Ludwig von Mises wrote his books about real-world economics, the word “liberal” meant letting people do what they want, “laissez faire”.

 

There is another form of government not mentioned in this video. It is anarchism, but not of the sort portrayed in the clip. There are “anarchists” for sure who are better described as “nihilists”.

 

But if you go to the www lewrockwell dot com web site you’ll find definitions there for “anarcho-capitalism”. This is the idea that relations among people should be constrained by the “non-agression principle“, defined like this by Walter Block: “It states, simply, that it shall be legal for anyone to do anything he wants, provided only that he not initiate (or threaten) violence against the person or legitimately owned property of another.”

 

In an example of an “anarcho-capitalist” society, we have the Biblical time of the Judges. There was no government as such, no provision at all for a permanent police force, no standing army, and disputes were adjudicated by the priests or by judges who simply were judges because people looked to them for an arbitrator’s wisdom. When they were oppressed by invaders, individuals rose among them (God rose them up) to form volunteer armies to repel the oppressors. And then they disbanded.

 

I don’t want to bring back the laws of Moses like some Christians do, not just Orthodox Jews. But it’s just to show that where at least the dominant culture respects the principles, it can work. In fact, when they people of Israel demanded a king of Samuel because his children were bad boys and apparently there was no respected alternative, God told Samuel that they had not rejected Samuel but God himself!

“Christian Right” and “Christian Left”

Jesus said to heal the sick, comfort the broken-hearted, set the captives free. The “fundamentalist Christian Right” have been doing this for 2,000 years WITHOUT STEALING A SINGLE DIME BY THE FORCE OF THE GUN OF THE LAW. You do NOT get ANY moral credit for sending IRS agents out by the thousands to make sure you TAKE WITHOUT SPECIFIC PERMISSION all the stuff you use for “good” things. The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

The Neo-cons and “Christian Zionists” –Pharisees of this generation– indeed have left off following the Two Greatest Commandments, following Israel into denying what Jesus said: “I am the way, the truth and the life; No man cometh to the Father but by me”. Jesus said this to the same Pharisee sect that today gets special privilege in Israel –founded by godless, SECULAR and socialist Zionists, by the way.

Neither the Christian Media Establishment of today, NOR the leftist Sojourner-type Establishment Christians, are following Christ’s teachings. One is into stealing from their neighbors in the name of the sacred “majority vote” for the WARfare state, the other is into stealing from their neighbors in the name of the sacred “majority vote” for the WELfare state, and the only true recipients of all this largess in the end is either the military-industrial complex on the one hand, or the government-media-corporate complex on the other.

While they give out crumbs to keep the poor happy (crumbs they steal from the middle class) and cry “Let them eat cake!” in the imperial capital of D.C., they swear allegiance to both the “safety net” and the Constitution. But there is no safety net except for the winners in the wheeling and dealing in our Imperial occupiers’ capital.

Along come people making off with the “Christian” label who obviously do not care to “search the Scriptures, to see if these things be so”.

These are the “Christians” who see the robbery victim on the side of the road and pass by. Instead of carrying the poor guy to the inn and promising “I” will repay like the Good Samaritan, they rob the next guy to come along to pay for the first guy. Good innovators with good ideas and good business ethics like Tucker are left in ruins because they expose the whole sordid fraud of “welfare”.

While the cold-hearted “religious right” pours out tithes and of their abundance to get there first after Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Andrew and around the world to help the helpless, the oh-so-warm-hearted caring “liberals” are very liberal with their NEIGHBOR’s fruits of somebody Else’s labor, stealing as much as it takes to “help” rich politicians get richer off the backs of the poor man’s vote. They want even more –like Ron Paul said it– so they can “steal from the poor in rich countries to give to the rich in poor countries”, and call it “helping”.

And until Ron Paul, not many people paid attention to the money changers who are committing Grand Theft Inflation, robbing the resources right out from under the housewife’s grocery money to spend it on their own interests.

If you can only get your money by stealing it in taxes (taking without asking) or by printing money (exchanging your dollar’s value for a dollar of less value without having to bother getting shot back like the BURGLAR they are), then you are NOT obeying Christ, you are leaving the poor guy on the side of the road for a good Christian SAMARITAN like in the story Jesus told or David Livingston or Mother Theresa to help undo your damage to the poor.

“Feed my sheep” and give them warning from me

Christians, it’s not “take care of my sheep”, it’s “Feed my sheep”:

John 21:17 (KJB) He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

I saw the modern this verse in a prayer list email message, and I wondered about this difference in the modern deviation from the original jot and tittle.

The NLT (“New Living Translation“) copyright 2007 (No copying more than a chapter lest the Copyright Police come and take away your place and your nation):

Jesus repeated the question: “Simon son of John, do you love me?” “Yes, Lord,” Peter said, “you know I love you.” “Then take care of my sheep,” Jesus said (John 21:16, NLT)

What’s missing there is the Great Commission from Mark 16:15 that is lost in that verse. A true shepherd of the Lord is NOT supposed to just “take care of” the sheep, he is supposed to FEED the sheep from “every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God”.

“Taking care of” the sheep is an earthly engagement, while Jesus’ admonition is the spiritual feeding of the WORD. To give it a different meaning is to destroy the spirit AND the letter of every “jot and tittle” of meaning, and demote the office of a shepherd to a mere earthly caretaker.

Christ was saying that the job of a shepherd is to make shepherds out of each sheep in his flock. It is NOT to just merely “take care of” them. “Taking care of” the sheep can mean different things in different congregations. Some pastors do nothing to take care of them; others reject all the guidance of scripture to “visit the widows and the orphans”, and prefer a “gospel” in favor of supporting governments that steal from the rich to give to the poor, and that’s how they “take care of” their sheep.

Is your pastor following Jesus’ admonition to discern the “signs of the times”? Jesus is saying here that the Pharisees had all the signs they needed and they had the Word, but they rejected the plain truth reading of the Word of God and instead sought some other kind of sign because they did not want to accept the signs of the times but wanted a different teaching. They wanted a false prophet instead of the word of God, so they “seeketh after a sign” because they are a “wicked and adulterous generation”.

My promise to Newtown parents: Defend the right to defend the children

I got a well-meaning email from a friend that was a pass-it-along plea originating from the new group of parents of the deceased in Newtown. They are asking for a promise to support “common sense solutions that make our community and nation safer from similar acts of violence. This is my reply.

The problem with this theme in the media is that the whole conversation has revolved around the citizen disarmament issue, instead of “What is wrong with us, what is wrong with our society”. I do honor the memory, but I fear that the measures being discussed to supposedly make us safer are only going to make us more vulnerable to much greater dangers. I cannot sign such a promise –these days especially– before I know how it will be used. And by the way, “common sense solutions” of all kinds are all over the air waves and cable channels without end, and most of the time the phrase is associated with the roads of good intentions but that are not well thought-out.

As the son of a late son (who left us in December 2011) and husband of a mother who saved her own son from a kidnapping many years agone when she had to use her own concealed carry, I will remember those victims. My wife is from a country now known for having one of the highest murder rates in the world. A lot of the crime is from the Venezuela-connected traffickers that tried to overthrow the Constitution in 2009 with narco-socialist dictator Manuel Zelaya who was ousted from his illegitimate power grab by court-ordered arrest and a constitutional transfer of power.

In Honduras, the street gangs for awhile were making bombs in their basements, and they make their own home-fashioned weapons that pack a powerful punch. While even the Justice Department-ATF was caught running guns to the drug gangs, weapons are always gone missing from military inventories. You think they want you to know that?

Like I said, I will remember those victims and avoid a repeat. It’s impossible to prevent it 100% but the most effective defense against an incident like the one in Newtown is to do what Israel does, and allow responsible staff and faculty to defend themselves in such a case, and defend their right to do so.

In Israel, there people with arms everywhere, and servicemen and women and those who have arms get jail sentences if they do not keep them on their person at all times. A granny stopped a shoot-up at a mall once by firing back.

These parents do want to stop the senseless killings. The shooter chose to go to a gun-free zone instead of a police station or a shooting range where people go for target practice. The shooter in Aurora avoided seven other theaters in his area, including one much closer to his home, and went to the one theater that bans firearms from it premises.

In that theater there was at least one active serviceman who took the bullet (and died) for his girlfriend. If he had been able to have his protection with him, he may have been able to save more than his girlfriend. There was at least one former serviceman there too, who could not shoot back.

At Fort Hood, the theater where that one occurred was full of guys that knew how to use theirs, but were prohibited from carrying them inside.

The kidnapper had made his threat and was walking away with my wife’s oldest son from the bus stop, a child at the time, and my wife pulled out her own and pointed it and that was the end of the kidnapping.

Another Navy man I met once helped his black buddy protect the grocery store the buddy’s Mom owned during a Liberty City riot in Miami. Both of them were on the roof with their equipment.

But aside from the personal scale, or even the scale of a school, consider that the worst thing that could happen to a child is what happened to tens of millions of children along with their parents around the world in the 20th century in the months after laws were passed and enforced that disarmed those victims. Armenians in Turkey; Ukrainians in the Soviet Union; Jews, Gypsies, handicapped, dissident Christians in Germany, professionals and half the population in Cambodia, and sixty million Chinese. Not to mention the gun laws in the United States that banned ownership by blacks and mulattos in the South during and after slavery days, and the disarming of Indian tribes.

The shooter got in through an emergency exit door. So much for gun-free zones. How’s that workin’ out for you?

One guy with a gun could have stopped him. Feinstein retorted on one news show: “And maybe you could have had a fire fight and killed many more people.”

Oh yeah, right.

There are witnesses that say apparently someone else apparently opened it from inside and left it cracked open, where the shooter entered.

Of course the Yellow Press Corps quotes the control freak spokesfolks more than the ones that support self-defense, but the fact is this cinema chain has a very strict no-guns policy.

Can you confiscate every gun in the entire world? Then your dictators would be the only ones with them, and it would create a homemade-arms industry overnight and the next thing would make the current drug wars look like a shuffleboard competition.

What would Jesus do?

Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take [it], and likewise [his] scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.

But Peter told him they already had two among them. So yes, they carried protection.

You think it’s different today because there’s guns?

The only reason gun control is a political issue is to protect the gang that owns the institutions that would carry them. That’s why we nned a regular militia that’s totally independent from government.

There go the control freaks again, who don’t live in a dangerous neighborhood and don’t care about people who live in them that want to defend themselves.

The NYT got a movie critic to jump on this story and give gun control freaks something to chew on before their brains got in gear:

Hey Egbert! What a line. Here’s a fact, not a theory: The only guy allowed guns in the theater that day was the killer. The bad guy. Cinemark prohibits guns inside, one commenter said he was turned away one day for carrying.

You just shot yourself in the foot, you could say. We should want somebody to shoot back.

Oh and to prove to us that he’s right, he shot himself in the foot again, and showed that only nice big rich white liberals that have enough money to live in the safest neighborhoods really don’t care about the people who cannot afford to move there but still need to defend themselves:

It costs twice as much to live in a safe neighborhood here in Miami-Dade than in Liberty City or Overtown, the highest crime areas in South Florida. Some people there cannot afford to move out. But wise-ass rich white guy Egbert, wants to take guns from blacks too.

Let’s see what he says to Condi Rice, who might not even be here if her Dad had not used his big gun to chase away some evil white guys when she was a little girl, eh? How about “Just move” to him, eh? The gun didn’t help, you say?

Not one person shot back, and that’s why so many got shot, same as in the movie theater at Fort Hood full of disarmed soldiers.

A team of four or five Palestinians once went into a shopping center in Israel, started shooting everybody in sight, until a Granny pulled out hers and shot back, wounding a couple of them. It stopped them cold. The wounded bad guy said in the ambulance they didn’t expect anybody to shoot back. It was just a few days after Israel legalized concealed carry.

If anybody should “worry” about concealed carry, it’s Israel, don’t you think?

And then there’s the time my wife was on the bus tour through Central America with her now ex-husband. There was a road block by a gang that had guys hidden in the bush, and they were stopping everybody and keeping the loot. It could have been former Contras, or former Sandinistas, the peace had been signed months before.

True story. They threw their passports outside, because diplomatic passports are kidnapper bait. But there was a guy in a Pepsi delivery truck nearby, and they heard the guy say, “Well, not for nothing a brought this!” And he pulled out his (great big) gun and started shooting at the guys taking the loot from the front.

At that a lady in a car nearby got hers out and started shooting and pretty soon they were shooting back at the guys in the bushes too. The bus waited for my now wife to get the passports and they took off on down the road but it was a full-blast shoot-out by then.

Egbert doesn’t know from logic. “in theory” people should be able to defend themselves. Maybe “in theory” Egbert should be able to defend himself, or what do you think?

The circle of madness. Egbert closes it with his own madness. “Them that love death”.

What I question is they hypocrisy of many who claim they are for peace in the Middle East and question supposedly “pro-Israel” positions. George W Bush dictated at Israel just as much as Obama does.

Were they bothered by Clinton’s bomb-throwing at pharmaceutical factories in the Sudan and some hillside in Afghanistan, or his bombing of civilians in Serbia and later the civilian caravans of “Kosovars”? No, they cheered wildly when Obama sent bombs raining on Libya, and when it didn’t work fast enough because so many Libyans loved him so much and enthusiastically went to the front to defend him, they started demanding more bombs and even ground troops.

And they themselves demanded that we throw away our own natural rights by shredding the constitutional ban on wars without declarations of war from Congress.

But maybe we’re just jaded, and our brain cells faded.
