Last word on Zimmerman (I think); Distraction from the important stories

We all saw the photos with wounds on head and broken nose. We all saw that the Prosecution withheld evidence. We all saw that Obama did the same stupid meddling as he did when he figured a black professor and professional indoctrinator was mistreated by a white cop. We all saw the Old Media and how they formed a feedback loop to call Zimmerman “racist“, and how Obama joined in to hype the thing.

(You’ve written good stuff about other things like the suspicious Hastings “accident” but on the Zimmerman story here you’ve allied with them).

Then those that were interested facts found out, together with the FBI, that Zimmerman was NOT a racist but that he was judged in fact by the color of his skin instead of the content of his character:

(1) in his blood runs the veins of a black grandmother
(2) mentoring two black kids with the gratitude of the mother
(3) took a black girl to prom night
(4) protested to the Sanford police over the mistreatment of a black suspect
(5) a good number of black friends that testified to his non-racist disposition
(6) FBI investigation trying to pry any little sign of racism out of something like 36 witnesses and saying “there’s no evidence”.

Gimme a break. This whole thing was pushed through and played up in Media so they could avoid the real stories:

(1) the Fed continues to trash the currency and the economy with fiat “notes”
(2) the IRS continues to drain the lifeblood of the economy
(3) business -and wow, unions even- are being crushed under the weight of Obamacare and the other related regulations
(4) businesses changing employees from full-time and even overtime hours for the ones that are productive and reliable and trustworthy down to 35 and 30 hours a week to avoid the Obamacare crush.
(5) The NSA spying on EVERY AMERICAN to see who opposes the government and to see what they might get on them. (See #6)
(6) Janet Napolitano and DHS have still nether apologized nor cancelled their “watch list” for federal, state, and local enforcement officers, for including veterans, Ron Paul supporters, constitution supporters, libertarians, as potential terrorists, making them the real terrorists
(7) the Benghazi fiasco and cover-up and blatant lies
(8) the seizure of all the AP records and the naming of a journalist as criminal for his speech, and then having the gall to blame it on the lack of a law (they don’t even pretend to obey the constitution anymore)
(9) testimony to Congress by the Defense Minister that they go to war when they want to asking permission of the United Nations instead of Congress, and by the way, if we feel like we’ll tell you we’re doing it.
(10) the obliteration of a BLACK town of 10,00 in Libya by the “rebels” Obama and NATO installed in government there.. Now how about those 10,000 racist murders?

(11) the presidential kill lists.

How much will it take?
At least Mr. Duff did ask the right questions about the Hastings death.

No one has reason to distrust our government? Nobody?

Except for black folks born and raised in earlier America, the victims of the first gun control laws in the United States.

Except for the Japanese-Americans born and raised in America who were rounded up and sent to concentration camps set up by military forces. (But today’s dissidents in 2013 are paranoid when they talk about concentration camps?)

Except for black folks in Memphis that were intentionally infected with syphilis, added to the Guatemalans that were also infected for the same kind of studies with human “subjects”.

Except for the people who were secretly poisoned with varying levels of LSD by the CIA to study psychological war strategies. And the millions of hippies and students and other youth that were enticed to take lots of LSD and other drugs by cheerleaders like CIA agent (or “ex-agent”?) Timothy Leary, and other unwitting influences like rock stars. I had friends whose brains were damaged by those drugs.

Except for the native American Indian tribes whose people were harassed, exploited, moved from state to state, pushed around, oppressed, and hit by broken treaties, and became the subject of abominable caricatures. These caricatures continue today in the justifications that governments give for the “help” that has not “helped” them at all.

Except for the Mormons, who were harassed and persecuted and thrown in prisons and chased from state to state until finally they went to where they thought nobody would bother them, in the West, and even there, the federal government sent the Army to make threats to them.

Except for the people that belong to a list of categories of “terrorists” that include pro-lifers, end-time prophecies, traditional marriage advocates, constitutionalists, Ron Paul supporters, one million names on the FBI terror watch list, secretly compiled.

Except for a peaceful community of a small religious community in the town of Waco, Texas, who were cleared of any arms violations in three inspections by local law enforcement, and attacked in a raid planned during the first Bush administration and carried out under Bill Clinton and Janet Reno.

Except for “new left” organizations in the 1960s and 1970s into the 1980s, investigated and spied upon by the FBI.

Except for other peaceful religious groups of the turbulent period, one of whom was infiltrated by a young agent for the FBI, who lived with the group for about three months. One day she went back to the FBI, told them they were peaceful and non-violent, turned in her credentials, and returned to the group to join the much falsely slandered Family of Love.

Except for the Muslim-Americans who were rounded up in the year 2001, held incognito without charges, and without access to lawyers, habeas corpus, or other recourse, under indefinite detention.

Except for the people in the 1999 “report” the FBI issued for law enforcement (“Project Megiddo”?) that listed “new threats to law enforcement”. These included supporters of gun ownership rights, property rights, home schooling, U.S. Constitution, and of course those who think elections are rigged, opponents of the New World Order, and others who think old military bases are planned for future concentration camps.

Except the people who are the indefinite targets of future “government continuity” plans that some people say are included in a project named Rex84 suggesting a FEMA cover for a continuity of government plan in case of rebellion by countrymen.

Think back to your science fiction movies. Remember “Deep Impact”? Not everybody got a place in the underground refuges. Who can doubt that with so many scenarios played out in popular fiction and in popular discussions around the nation and the globe, that anybody with enough influence in Washington DC would be assured protection from mad crowds in the event of disasters or protests? In exchange for keeping quiet so as to “not to cause a panic”. 😉

Isn’t it funny, that every time some “terrorist” or madman does something, or another “terrorist plot” hatched by the FBI is stopped again by the FBI, voices of government trust demand that government do even more to watch the peaceful citizens, do more to make Mr. and Mrs. America less dangerous?

Except for the wives and children of peaceful people in living in remote area of Idaho known as Ruby Ridge.

Except for protestors of the “anarchist movement”.

Except for people who get shot by gun smugglers and Mexican cartels that were protected by the Obama Justice Department itself?

Except for groups of people around the world who want the means to defend themselves against mass murderers like in Southern Sudan and Dafar and other places where minorities are in danger.

Oh, right, nobody has anything to fear.

1945 interns finally released with $25 and ticket home (if they still had one) 1988 Ronald Reagan signed a formal apology and granted reparations to survivors
The bill named three failures: Racial prejudice, wartime hysteria, and lack of leadership
2001: Roundup of 1000s of US citizens and residents, saying they used “immigration violations”.

David Koresh said he was NOT God, he was NOT Jesus Christ, and my Dad heard a lying edited clip more heinous than the one NBC did on Zimmerman that he was God. I heard the context: “They say I’m God, but I’m not“.

They denied starting fire, but then NBC a year later did a documentary showing the fire belching from the tanks.

Reno said they did it for the children, but they already had the infrared “see-through-walls” technology so that they very much sent the tanks at the rooms where they had to know the kids were housed.

The local sheriff had done an arms raid three times and declared them clean. After the raid, he said that the feds would now have to burn the community down to the ground to cover the evidence, and called them names like “idiots”.

They rolled the tanks over and over again where they had seen the families bury the ones that the ATF had killed.

At one point the FBI negotiator asked them if they had any fire extinguishers in the building, and the response came back there was just one. (Why would they ask that?)

The ones inside asked for someone like from the press to come between the siege commandos and the ones inside to negotiate.

When the grandmother came to try to see Koresh with a lawyer, one of the agents said “I hope she told him goodbye”.

The lawyer that went in and out of the camp reported that Koresh had said that the residents were relieved that they would not have to die and that the situation would be resolved.

The negotiators reached an agreement with Korresh that held promise that they would come out on April 19, and they received proof of good faith of the agreement on the day before from inside. The raid was launched on April 19.

This is classified as a chemical warfare in treaties, banned in war. It’s a powder and they mixed it into an aerosol and it’s volatile, very flammable. Special forces used it in Vietnam to incapacitate Vietcong in their tunnels, knock them out.

Since this web site is all about police misconduct, we cannot let the twentieth anniversary of the Waco incident pass without comment.

April 19, 1993 marks the worst police action in modern American history. Here are the main things to know:

• 76 people, including 27 children, died that day. That loss of life is a sufficient explanation as to why this incident is important and worth remembering.
• The federal police operation did not involve a handful of “rogue” agents. The incident is disturbing because it supposedly involved the best units of the ATF and the FBI. And much of the decision-making was done by the top people at headquarters facilities in Washington, DC.
• Make no mistake, crimes were committed by federal agents at Waco. And those crimes were covered-up.
• If the feds can successfully cover-up the worst police action in modern American history–an event that was highly publicized and that eventually brought extensive congressional hearings and the appointment of a special prosecutor– it is frightening to consider what police agencies would be able to get away in instances where there is no media scrutiny or legislative oversight.

For those interested in the details, read this, which was nominated for an Academy Award in 1997). For today, let me just highlight some facts for all the people who do not have the time or inclination to study the details.

• When the Branch Davidian residence burned to the ground and it became apparent that the FBI tank assault on April 19 backfired–resulting in almost everyone losing their lives, Attorney General Janet Reno told the media that the reason she ordered the assault was because “babies were being beaten” – so the feds had no choice–they just had to move in. About a week later, Reno testified before Congress. Under oath, she admitted she had no evidence that babies were being beaten! What!?
• The FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team kept saying they were there to save lives and that they were especially concerned about the safety of the children in the residence. But their tanks drove into the side of buildings even as the agents admitted they did not know the whereabouts of the children.
• Some of the Branch Davidians survived the inferno of April 19. They were arrested and charged with “murdering ATF agents.” In a stinging rebuke to the federal prosectors, the jury acquitted the Davidians of those very serious charges.
• One of the primary reasons the cover-up was successful was that government officials kept deflecting attention away from their actions to the Branch Davidian leader, David Koresh. And, later, the feds would deflect attention by pointing out the crimes of the Oklahoma City bombers. The feds seemed to taunt everyone with the question, “Who are you going to side with? Koresh? McVeigh and Nicols?” That was always a false choice. One can, for example, condemn excessive force against a shoplifter without “siding with” shoplifting.
• There are, to be sure, some wild conspiracy theories out there about the feds and Waco. But the existence of a conspiracy theorist(s) does not make all government conduct lawful and ethical, at least in logic.

What’s the takeaway from all this? First, recognize that this awful incident really did happen. Crimes were committed and then the government tried to deceive everyone about what actually happened there. Second, when it comes to government power, especially police power and the use of deadly force, be impartial, ask questions, and follow the evidence. We must remember that, in a free society, police agents may not use the “color of their office” to commit crimes.

Now, as you can probably tell from all the fake terror plots the FBI has dreamed up recently, this is an agency desperate to engineer job security. These five individuals in Cleveland look like they could have been recruited by the FBI with little more than five crack pipes. Or five hits of meth, perhaps. In no way are these the “criminal masterminds” they’re being made out to be by most of the mainstream media and the FBI itself.

Speaking of the MSM, more and more newspapers across the USA are waking up to the FBI’s fake terror plot routine. Believe it or not, even the New York Times recently ran a feature story questioning the FBI’s role in planning, providing weapons and even helping carry out all these fake plots.

Yessir, the FBI is getting really really good at engineering terror plots, and then stopping them.

The ATF could learn some tricks from them, instead of heading fast and furiously into disaster. In trying to get some ground for taking guns from good guys, they tried to prove that bad guys were getting them from this side of the border, so they sold some from this side of the border to the bad guys on that side of the border, meaning… here you go…

Government is the biggest child abuser

Okay, sure, the amount is ridiculous but the abuse is not. The court found that the children were NOT being abused, the children were acing all their school courses, and told the state to give the children back to their mother where they belong!

Oh, they protested, she was mentally unstable. Says who? This mother with a last name that says she’s from another country was accused of having “hallucinations” like saying the FBI and Secret Service was trying to take her kids? Maybe she just doesn’t understand the different law enforcement departments we have in the U.S., government is government?

It just seems another abuse in the long list of them by state agencies against kids and against families, eagerly kidnapping them just because there are too few legislators and citizens standing up for our natural rights, constitutional law, and respect for fellow humans.
