Case law v Plain English

Forget the totally twisted Supreme Court “case law” that has overturned previous “case law” and other “precedent” a thousand times already.

Contrary to the labyrinth of mazes they teach in law school (“How to Torture Legalese 101”), if the Constitution is the “Supreme Law of The Land”, not the interpretations of men in robes. Case law interpretation says confiscating private property by force for a private developers’ shopping mall plans is a “public purpose”??? Up is down?

Thank God that the U.S. Constitution is written in plain ENGLISH. I disagree sharply with it, and as a radical advocate of liberty disagree with much of it, but I cannot stand the arrogance of law professors telling people it means what
