And that program airs about the time that the DOJ is suing to stop Florida from checking eligibility of those registered to vote. And the Clinton era “motor voter” law of 1993 does not allow any database checking at all by election boards.

    And in a lot of counties, there are more registered voters than there are voting-eligible citizens. In a couple of counties in Florida in 2000 (where Bush won) and in Ohio (where Obama won) in 2008, among others, there were more votes than there were voting-age citizens in at least two counties.
