Anybody can see that the sun overwhelms everything men can do in the space of 12 hours! The temperature fluctuates with differences of anywhere from 10 to 20 to 50 degrees in ONE DAY, actually HALF a day, just by whether it’s facing the sun or turned away from the sun!

Of course the sun is the overwhelming influence on the climate!

Heat and carbon dioxide are fantastic for plant growth!

The judge ruled properly here. When police powers are abused beyond those permitted by the natural rights listed in the Bill of Rights, there should be some kind of punitive remedy.

A judge in Detroit has ruled that the decision by police in neighboring Dearborn to arrest a Christian pastor who wanted to hand out Christian tracts at the city’s Arab fest in 2009 will cost the city some $100,000.

That’s the decision following a request from the pastor’s attorneys that the losing side in the First Amendment argument over expressing religious perspectives on city streets be required to pay them for their work on behalf of Christian Pastor George Saieg.

Magistrate Judge R. Steven Whalen said his recommendation for fees and costs totaling $103,401.96 be awarded in the case that was handled by attorney Robert J. Muise.

Of course the problem is that one must vote for people one trusts, BUT then one must keep their feet to the fire to make sure they respect the proper boundaries.

Romney, Gingrich, Santorum are all Establishment: Supported TARP and Individual Mandate, ALL of them

Newt, Romney, Santorum all supported the TARP rip-off that robbed the American people to give to the rich white-collar criminals that ripped off families and old ladies with mortgage scams and empty “derivatives”, playing musical chairs with them till the bottom fell out like Ron Paul told everybody it would. So of course instead of letting the bad guys pay, Bush, Obama, McCain, with Romney, Santorum and Gingrich all said, “Let the American Middle Class pay!” and they took our money, ignored the Tea Party roar and the shouts from other Americans and did it anyway. In broad daylight!

How quick Americans forget! There is only one who has been the consistent constitutional conservative, and sure, the Big Money Media calls that “crazy” today eh? We all know who the consistently honest one is, who does better in all the polls against Obama, and who both the Big Media and the Establishment is against.

Don’t believe this fraudulent myth. They’re setting up Romney as the CEO business guy, Gingrich as the anti-Establishment guy, and Santorum as their “Christian conservative” guy, but they are like the different brands in the store of the same product that are made in the same factory. None of them are talking about the biggest rip-off of all time, the Federal Reserve and baseless currency. That would be Ron Paul.

Jack Abramoff names Gingrich as corrupt and flip-flopping chameleon

Michael Savage has lost credibility with some of his attacks on Ron Paul, but Jack Abramoff now calls himself a libertarian. He named names in his book and one of the names was Gingrich:

He said Gingrich was unpredictable, flip-flopper, and one of the most corrupt in Washington.

I don’t know who was thinking what when they went after Jack Abramoff, but now he’s naming names and telling on all the bad guys and blowing the whistle on the whole system.

Sixteen very prominent scientists have signed a letter published by the Wall Street Journal demolishing the call for killing the economy with decarbonization in the name of global warming:

A candidate for public office in any contemporary democracy may have to consider what, if anything, to do about “global warming.” Candidates should understand that the oft-repeated claim that nearly all scientists demand that something dramatic be done to stop global warming is not true. In fact, a large and growing number of distinguished scientists and engineers do not agree that drastic actions on global warming are needed.

In September, Nobel Prize-winning physicist Ivar Giaever, a supporter of President Obama in the last election, publicly resigned from the American Physical Society (APS) with a letter that begins: “I did not renew [my membership] because I cannot live with the [APS policy] statement: ‘The evidence is incontrovertible: Global warming is occurring. If no mitigating actions are taken, significant disruptions in the Earth’s physical and ecological systems, social systems, security and human health are likely to occur. We must reduce emissions of greenhouse gases beginning now.’ In the APS it is OK to discuss whether the mass of the proton changes over time and how a multi-universe behaves, but the evidence of global warming is incontrovertible?”

In spite of a multidecade international campaign to enforce the message that increasing amounts of the “pollutant” carbon dioxide will destroy civilization, large numbers of scientists, many very prominent, share the opinions of Dr. Giaever. And the number of scientific “heretics” is growing with each passing year. The reason is a collection of stubborn scientific facts.

Perhaps the most inconvenient fact is the lack of global warming for well over 10 years now. This is known to the warming establishment, as one can see from the 2009 “Climategate” email of climate scientist Kevin Trenberth: “The fact is that we can’t account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can’t.” But the warming is only missing if one believes computer models where so-called feedbacks involving water vapor and clouds greatly amplify the small effect of CO2.

Accusing the U.S. Census Bureau of “stalking” and “harassment” against dozens of Americans, officials with the Rutherford Institute have asked the federal agency to explain how its “American Community Survey” questions related to information the government is authorized to request.

Or perhaps it should just stop sending out the forms with dozens of questions that demand information about fertility, martial history, utility costs, vehicles available and health insurance coverage, a letter to the federal agency says.

“The right to be left alone has been characterized as ‘the right most valued by civilized men.’ By compelling responses to invasive, personal questions that go far beyond the type of census mandated by the United States Constitution, the federal government is intruding significantly into the ‘zone of privacy’ the United States Supreme Court has recognized as being protected by the Bill of Rights,” said John W. Whitehead, president of The Rutherford Institute.

This is another demonstration that citizens need to demand Congressmen that respect the United States Constitution, and they need to demand of its judges, most of all the Supreme Court judges, that they also respect the Constitution.

There are some Christians who think politics is a dirty business, and prefer to speak about more “spiritual” things..

Well, tell you what, there are lot of things in 2012 that the rulers of this world have told us are “political” issues that do not belong as issues in any government philosophy.

Christians have an increasing sense that there is something wrong with what they’ve been told by the world’s news and information media complex and the government’s indoctrination machines, and by their own Christian leaders, but they can’t quite articulate it. They are hungering and thirsting after righteousness and can’t quite put their fingers on it.
